Quality Inn North Conway

The property lobby was under repair when we checked in but other than that check in was a breeze. The pool water temperature was excellent, our king bed room was very spacious with fridge, microwave, and a table with two chairs everything was very clean. We would definitely come back.

During our family road trip, we were disappointed to find that the pool was under renovation. We had specifically chosen this hotel for its pool, as it was important to us and our children to have a place to relax in the evenings. Our kids love swimming, and this was a key factor in our decision. Unfortunately, this information was not disclosed at the time of booking. Had we known, we would have chosen a different hotel. We kindly request a refund, as we did not receive the experience we paid for. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Seems some repairs are needed. Pool edging in disrepair and taped together.

Bedside lamp unplugged. Doors to common area unlocked 24hr, Detached building no elevator or handicap access. Filter on ac unit very dirty, Hot water very very slow to get to faucets, Loose tile on bath floor. Very small coffee cups in lobby.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect for going sightseeing and the Quality Inn staff is very good and helpful. The parking is great and we do feel safe. We would highly recommend this Quality Inn in North Conway NH.

Place very clean...people friendly...used pool very clean area, pool was perfect not heavy on chlorine. Would gladly go there again !

Suggestions made for security. Access to buildings should be with key passes now anyone can walk in at any moment. Maintenance, electrical plugs need replacing as objects don't fit well just fall out. Plates missing on plugs with exposed wires very unsafe for children.

We were put in the very last building next to the back door where staff hung out to smoke so forget about opening the windows and every time you opened the door. Fine if you are a smoker but we had kids so it was not pleasant. The room is outdated and it need of an update. The pool had chipped concrete at the bottom. Ok if you are only coming to sleep.

Great location. Loved the indoor pool and the continental breakfast.

3rd floor - no elevator, toilet stained and not more than 12 inches off ground, tub stained, rotten molding and bed was very uncomfortable.

There was no room service for the entire stay. The tub and shower was not caulked so there was mold in the corners. Mold in the AC vent. Uncleaned carpet. Several flies were also present in the room when we got there.

Mold all over the bathroom shower and ceiling and the bottom 6 inches of the white shower curtain was pink from bacteria and spits of mold. A little bleach would clean that easily. Couldn’t wait to leave.

This hotel is in a great location. The lobby is redone and all the staff members were kind and friendly. Our room was on the first floor and the bathroom smelled of stale urine because a toilet from the second floor had been leaking through the ceiling, probably for a few years. Our sheets had stains on them and so did the curtains. The one plus- the bed was super comfy!

the room was dirty, with a very bad and strong smell. I wouldn't stay there again. the price was much more expensive than other places, so I expected a better place.

We did not eat but the room was not very clean the carpet was dirty around the edges and the table and nightstand has something sticky on them

Our baby was crawling on the carping and his legs and hand turn all black. The carpet was really dirty and i don’t they cleaned it for while. Even my white sandals turned black. It felt sticky and wet when walking on them.

As soon as we walked in the lobby for check in the mildew/moldy smell was overwhelming. The floor in our room near the air conditioner was wet and bugs in my bed and shower. Convenient location but needless to say we will not stay here again

Hotel room was not clean. House keeping was non existent. Hotel decor looks like something out of the 70’s and generally run down and dirty. Would not stay here again.

Hallway smelled musty, room was also “damp”, and bed sheets and comforter had stains. Bathroom ceiling had mold on it

Very disappointing, noisy, you can hear anything upstairs and have odor in the hall way and room. Shower is bad, no space to keep soap! The recent upgrade just quick fixes, won’t stay again!

The room was not sound proof as we heard every movement the person above our room was making .

Older motel that is conveniently located next to the outlets but needs updating.

Average room but guests should know that there are 3 separate buildings and the one we stayed in had an entrance like a split-foyer house. You either went down to level 1 and your window was level with the parking lot or in our case you went up 1.5 sets of stairs to level 3 (no elevator). Old property under renovation. Ok for 1 night.

Had a nice stay but… We were on the first floor and it was so noisy. Paper thin walls so anyone walking down the hall talking could be heard like they were in the room with us and we could also hear people in the room above us. Not fun at 2am and 3am Staff was nice Area was close to shopping and restaurants Room was clean for the most part. Bathroom was very small Free Breakfast was nice Pool was heated and my daughter enjoyed it. It was fine for one night but I’m not sure I would go back if we decide to stay a bit longer, just because we got zero sleep.

It was an older hotel, which hasn’t been renovated in a long time. The room was ok, but it was old. Beige and brown carpets through out the hotel. It is directly adjacent to the outlet mall, so you can just walk over without moving your car.

Needs to be updated. No elevator.

The hotel is old and it shows, but the bed was super comfortable, the towels plush, and clean.

The room was clean, the sheets were fresh, the bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. Thank you. The only problem is that the flooring is made of wood, and the footsteps are heard all the way from the hallway. Also every step taken in the upstairs rooms are heard downstairs and the noise can be unbearable. Other than that it was a good experience

Customer service was awful. Called front desk to ask about wifi. They hung up on us. Called back to ask what wifi is and rang off the hook everytime i called. Called front desk to checkout in the morning and no one ever answered. I will never stay here again. Very unfriendly.

Great place! Tristen was very welcoming and helpful. The staff was also nice.

Lack of customer service. Travel plans got delayed and they made arrival much later than anticipated. No lights and just a number to call of after hours. No call back or anything. Stay booked last minute due to circumstances and location. Don’t post if you aren’t going to call back, even this next morning.

Very dated hotel Unpleasant smell Filthy Service was terrible, was ignored for 15 minutes trying to check in while reception was taking a personal call, listened to the entire conversation.

The Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was offered from 7-10 in the lobby, but we slept in and didn't take part in it. We did enjoy the coffee station after breakfast hours though. The room was acceptable and very clean and the price was right for our budget and this last minute trip. It did look like the hotel was undergoing some construction upgrades, but that didn't affect any aspect of our stay or contribute to noise during our sleeping hours.

Honestly a great little budget hotel. Great staff especially in the front desk

Very happy with this Quality Inn and would gladly recommend to others. We had requested 2 ground floor rooms and Tristin was extremely accommodating. He made sure he fulfilled our request. Staff was very pleasant!

Tristan was absolutely wonderful with the check-in, breakfast service and checkout. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It was nice and convenient to Settlers Green.

Complimentary breakfast was a nice addition. They continually made sure all offerings were filled. Rooms were clean. I think more attention to cleaning staircases and halls should have a little more focus. It was a nice comfortable stay.

Staff were kind and breakfast was pretty good for continental breakfast.

The staff were very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. I rated it a 4 because the room we were given was not as pictured in the reservation photo of the room I reserved. Also, they are undergoing renovations, and we were told at the time of check-in, if we wanted to have breakfast, it was continental style. A tray was available in our room if we chose to bring it down and help ourselves and return to our room to eat. We were slightly disappointed, as we have stayed here before and enjoyed the breakfast they offered. However, it would not deter us from staying again. I would recommend this hotel, rates are great, staff are very friendly.

This property needs an update. The tile ceiling in the bathroom were rusting, damaged, and the fan was very loud and did not appear to be in good repair. The tub was very stained and dingy. The hygiene products were low end and not something I would use. The breakfast was marginal and not good quality.

Convenient to Settlers Green shopping. Hot breakfast provided in the morning.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The breakfast was ok nothing special but it’s hot and free so what more could you want. The coffee is 24/7 and not terrible. The service was excellent and very professional. The pool was clean and warm. It is sandwiched between Dairy Queen and Applebees. This was quite convenient for a quick 1 minute walk for a blizzard after dinner. Now for the not so great. Upon check in I’m told that the property is smoke free (perfect because I don’t smoke!) unfortunately staff was smoking right outside the doors outside and the hallways smelled like smoke. There is absolutely no sound proofing. Our neighbors across the hall were very loud and all conversations could be heard easily through 2 closed doors and a hallway separating us. The tv remote barely worked and the tv needs to be updated. (Minor inconvenience) overall not a bad place to stay on the cheap. It could definitely use some renovations and updating. Please don’t let people smoke right outside the doors outside and get something to eliminate smoke orders in the hallways especially by the entrances/exits. We would stay again and tell others too as well if they are looking for a decent place to stay in the heart of North Conway.
