This is my second time staying here, it’s perfect when doing the Kancamagus and North Conway. Rooms are large and very comfortable, very clean. I can thoroughly recommend this property. I will book here again.

Room was clean. Had a heating and hot water problem and had to be relocated. They “upgraded” us to a larger suite room, but it didn’t feel like an upgrade and it was super inconvenient for us. We had just wanted to relax in between our hikes and dry out our clothes, but instead we had to switch rooms in the dark after already settling in once. We were really turned off by this experience.
