The room was quiet, clean and functional, and the resort has good restaurants across town and free entertainment which were a good surprise (puzzles and board games, yoga classes, Sip and Paint events, movie night, kayaks and paddle boards etc.). Check-in and check-out were very easy. Definitely on my return list. Meredith is small but charming and the lake absolutely beautiful.

Hot tub was highlight, the pool was a bit dirty and the pool area itself was certainly outdated. This was in the winter so walking from one building to another was horrible. The insulation in the place is non existent outside your room, we stood in the hall waiting for drinks and almost said never mind because we had to get out jackets to wait.

During our stay the hot tub was broken and yellow. We were at the mill falls marketplace. The fitness room did not have a working treadmill and all the other equipment was dirty. When we signed up to do S’mores it was not clear where to go to do them. There are no staff working at any desks so we texted the virtual assistant. There were dirty towels every where in the pool area on the floor tables chairs etc. we did have a lovely dinner at the lake house.

Excellent hotel. Loved the pool and the fact that they have 4 EV chargers located right next to the hotel. Very much appreciated having the chargers on the property. Will certainly be staying there again.

This is an amazing hotel. So much to do and see around the property. Indoor and outdoor pools . Hot tubs , gym , biking walking boating. The list goes on . Beautiful rooms , something new around every corner. Definitely a must stay.

I was staying in this hotel for Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately my stay was cut short because the conditions of the rooms are not acceptable. The first room where I was initially staying was extremely filthy. There was dust everywhere, the pillows were yellow, the sheets were dirty, there were spiderwebs everywhere. This was at the Chase house. Then they move me to Baypoint. Here again, the sheets were dirty the pillows were yellow, there were spiderwebs. But it did seem a bit cleaner and more renovated then the Chase house. I had to do the cleaning myself with the help of a personnel from the hotel , Because the cleaning crew never arrived. I was still charged by the hotel for one full night stay even after my issues. I spoke to the manager, and she said that I have to call Expedia to request a refund, I called Expedia and turns out that the only one that can provide the refund is the hotel, and they were not willing to do that. Expedia thankfully provided a credit towards my account, but not in the full amount for my one night stay. I hope no one goes through what I went through. This is a place that I would never like to stay in again.

The room was beautiful and they accommodated our wishes for our room of choice at check in. The young man at the desk worked to make everything so pleasant for us at check in. He is wonderful. The room was very clean. The balcony overlooking the lake was so pleasant and it was a gorgeous view. All of the staff were so pleasant and helpful throughout our visit.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We checked in with ease, our room was a lovely king corner with lakeview and balcony. The amenities in tbe room made it comfortable. There was also a Keurig coffee maker and 2 bottles of water in the mini frig. There was also fresh coffee, tea, and hot chocolate on the first floor which we enjoyed on our balcony. It was a lovely stay.

Customer service was good, staff seemed friendly. We stayed in the main building last time but the price has sky rocketed so we stayed in the Inn building next to the gift shop. It was very old, hot tub and pool were stained and the floors were very dirty. (Socks were black from their rugs). We love the area but we probably won’t stay here again

We stayed in the Chase House. It was not very clean. The signs said there was going to a big renovation in 2025 ( although it’s already August) and it sure needs it. The carpets and windows/ balcony were filthy. Furniture was aged. It was hard to access the pool/lake because we weren’t in the main house. We “ missed” maid service because we were in the room when they arrived. Just a bad experience. The staff were pleasant. For the $$$, not at all worth the experience.

Our room was clean, comfortable and had some character with a lake view balcony and gas fireplace. The only thing that was wrong was that the tv did not work correctly. It went in and out. If you were watching a show, you’d get about 2 sentences, and then it would go dark for about 5 seconds, and then back on. We didn’t report it at the time but we did leave a note. The only other complaint is that there was not good direction about things like where and what time breakfast was served or where the pools were located. Once we found the pool it was great, with a gorgeous view of the lake. You can walk down steps to a sandy beach from the pool, as well. We will be back.

Our room was clean, but looked a little run down. Disappointed that the concierge was in another building. Coffee in the room was Keurig with 3 decafs and 1 regular. Wifi broken and no one to talk to about it unless I wanted to run to a building across the street and down the road. Pricy room not worth it.

Quite possibly the worst check in experience and we travel a lot. Did early registration about 2pm and was told would get a call when room was ready. After not getting a call, at 415pm stood in line behind about 20 others. Some who had not early registered were getting rooms before us. Don’t blame service desk but something better needs to be done. Finally got a room assignment because wasn’t leaving before getting it even though we were late to a concert

Plan accordingly. The check in process is beyond chaotic. Four properties using one check-in location that is a significant distance away from 3 of the properties and under staffed. We felt lucky to get a room by 5:30pm because we accepted a room that was below the level we reserved. Others were not so lucky. The properties are very nice with beautiful views. The front line employees try their best but there are not nearly enough of them nor do they seem well supported. No management presence or interaction. A guest services request (our keys didn’t work) was happily accepted and ultimately ignored. Staff just seemed overwhelmed. Great location, premium pricing but service well below.

We were traveling on a motorcycle and we arrived at the property at 9:38 PM. We were out all day and when we got there, they said our room had been canceled and Expedia should have notified us they had but as I said we were traveling on a motorcycle And we had nowhere else to go at 10 PM not a good scene

I was in Meredith for a work event Friday evening and booked a one night stay so I didn't have to travel home after the event and spend the day in Meredith before heading home Monday evening. The hotel was convenient, clean, and comfortable. The event was at one of the other Mills Falls Resorts and they did a great job. The area was beautiful and the Palmer Inn is located right in the middle of shops and restaurants and across from the lake making everything accessible.

The place is clean and friendly. Good stay. Loud busy road in front of room. We stayed across the street from the main hotel. The check team explained very well how to get to our location but it still was very confusing as we went in 3 different buildings to find our room.

Beautiful place. The room was spacious and comfortable . We ate dinner at Camp restaurant located on site and It was fantastic . The food was great and it had a fun cozy atomosphere . I wish we could have stayed longer !

We had a great time! We swam in the lake, pool, and enjoyed the hot tub. The restaurant, Lago, was delicious and the alcolic drinks were the kind of quality you don't expect to get anymore. We had the clam and fish dish and I'll get that again next year when we go back.

This property is quite unique … it’s several different buildings built along Lake Winnipesaukee shore. You feel like you are in a village. Even though all the properties are not on the water they are within a block and have great views of the lake. There are several restaurant choices. We ate at one called the Camp … food was delicious. My husband thought it was the best clam chowder he had on our New Hampshire week … and he ate clam chowder every day.

When paying $400 per night, you would expect the finer things. They were various things broken in the room, including the bathroom sink. Our favorite breakfast place has been closed indefinitely in the hotel. I’ve had better stays.

Beautiful property with lots of different options. Park once and walk everywhere. We were seated first for breakfast one morning and 40 minutes later our breakfast still had not arrived. We ended up leaving without eating. Other than that our stay was great.
