Breakfast was fresh good scrambled eggs and sausage and had variety of other things but no hard boiled eggs. Clean room, keurig in room, comfy bed. Elevator not working in the morning. Not a big deal for us as we had minimal luggage so we used the stairs.

We decided to stay at La Quinta because it had a hot tub listed. Unfortunately it was out of order so we tried the pool. It was refreshing so that helped with our stay. Our room was comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower which is convenient. There is Keurig, microwave, and a refrigerator. It was close to several restaurants and gas stations. It was quiet and the breakfast in the morning included eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, toast, etc. It was quick and easy.

The bathroom was dirty. The hallway mirror had smudges on it. Most of the bathroom towels were dirty. The desk had not been wiped down. The only reason I did not request a room change is because I was tired from traveling and the bed appeared clean. Instead, I use my own Clorox wipes and wiped every surface. Twice. There was one towel that appeared clean and that’s the one I used. All of the washcloths were dirty so I went without.

The property was pretty beat up! A stain on the lamp shade in our room and bathroom not cleaned very well. Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Trash that was on the floor when we checked in was still there the next day. So room for improvement!

Everything was ok until I saw the black mold in the shower behind me as I was getting ready to leave. I told the person up front and she was concerned and wrote it down but I guess after leaving, I was disappointed that I wasn't offered a free future stay or something. I should have taken pictures. We have enjoyed our stays there all the other times.

Room 110. Smelled of must and mold, very humid in the room. Dead bolt didn't work. Bathroom door would not shut. Caulk was poorly done and moldy around the shower. Bed covers/duvet had holes in one and stains on the other. Gross. The guy at the desk gave us new ones. I don't know if he would have given us a different room. We had already gotten our things into the room and we were exhausted from the day. I told him we'd just stay put, but I was truly disappointed since the last room was so nice. I know you are redoing your rooms as we stayed in an updated room a week and a half ago. It was very nice and worth the money. You should not be charging the same amount for room that is so inferior, and you know it because you are updating all the rooms. At most, you should charge half of the rate for a similar updated room. Unfortunately, LaQuinta should not even have a room this bad.

While the on line photos of the property look great the actual product is still pretty worn. The "convenience store" inside was not in operation...empty coolers and looked closed as lights were not on. The shower head barely functioned and looked years and years old. The shower itself is in desperate need of a facelift (nothing worse than showering in a shower that looks cracked and badly worn) The bedding is not what's pictured however the room floors and furniture and tv have been updated. The air conditioner worked fairly...the room still seemed stuffy. Good fenced in dog area. While the property has been somewhat updated it still has a ways to go. Staff was nice. Coffee in the morning wasn't hot...barely warm. That being the case I didn't even bother with the breakfast.

Great service from the front desk clerk and the room was very comfy until the middle of the night when I noticed that it was not very cool and the ac was struggling. In the morning there was water all over the floor by the ac unit and I called the front desk and they said they were trying to figure out what was going on with the ac—sounded like it wasn’t an isolated incident. The bed was amazing, lots of great pillows, decor was nice, big tv, access to coin laundry to wash clothes and dry them. No hair dryer in room. Overall decent stay other than the ac. Didn’t eat breakfast but lots of people did and the selection looked okay. Would likely stay again if I needed a room in north platte.

I paid for my whole stay before getting there. Once there they asked for a Credit Card for incidental. Which was given. Now, for 4 days straight. Said CC has been charged. Have talked to front desk where they said it’s not them charging the card. I have also called Hotels.com. Once I explained to them they said “let me call the hotel for you. Which I already told her I did. Was told the General Manager would be back Tuesday. But charges are still there even though we Checked Out Sunday morning! Not happy with this problem and my money still not put back in my account! No help anywhere. Will be back on phone again in the morning.

We arrived at LaQuinta around 11:50 PM, only to find we’d been given a room with a known A/C issue. The unit had leaked water over a third of the floor — which I only discovered after stepping in it with my socks. I won’t even say what I thought it was at first — absolutely disgusting! We called the front desk and were told someone would bring us towels. A staff member eventually showed up, went to hand me the towels, and I quickly pointed out where the water needed to be cleaned. I was not going to clean up the water on the floor myself! We requested a late checkout due to the late hour and the inconvenience and were told the latest they could offer was 11:30 AM. That DID NOT happen. Housekeeping banged on our door at 9:00 AM, startling and waking us up from a dead sleep. When we stated we were in the room and still in bed sleeping, she then started vacuuming the room next door just 10 minutes later. This was a completely unacceptable experience from start to finish. Poor communication, zero empathy, and a clear disregard for guest comfort or requests. We will never stay at this location again.

Lovely hotel, plenty of parking. Reception staff was friendly, quickest check in ever. Your people are well trained and efficient! Breakfast was plentiful, lots of different choices, and I was even greeted with a “Good Morning “ by all staff. Very nice stay, very pleasant people. Excellent stay.

Front desk was not friendly. Property was being remodeled. There was alot of construction noise. Even early in the morning. Heard the trash machine dumping the dumpsters in the middle of the night. Furniture was really hard. Breakfast was cold. House keeping knocking 3 hours before check out. There wasn’t any Do Not Disturb sign for the door. They cancelled my reservation before I got there. Paid for the room in advance. They said it was the computer. Stayed there alot in the past. Probably will try somewhere else in the future.

It was a bit noisy as if there was workers, working in the room above us, most of the night. We checked out at 5:30 AM and i noticed a charge for $108.46 on my crefit card. The staff member working when i called said he vouldnt help me and i would havd to call the manager (Teresa) tomorrow.

Welcoming and friendly staff greeted us when we arrived close to midnight. Hot breakfast or cereal and pastries were waiting for us in the morning. Breakfast area was clean and well kept. Coffee was delishish! Loved that they had half n half as well as coffee mate. Room was clean and more than adequate. Bathroom was greeat size, tons of water pressure and hot water. Loved the Dove bath and body products, too.

It was just a quick stop for us on our way home, but everything went very smoothly. We had our dog with us and it was great to have a ground floor room near the exit. The breakfast was nice. They even had gluten-free bagels, which was a sweet surprise for me. The woman who was overseeing the breakfast room did a wonderful job.

Convenient location, comfortable bed and great shower. But the best thing about this La Quinta was Alan. In a world with too many negatives, we were reminded of all the good in the world thanks to the LaQuinta breakfast manager named Alan. He is kind, friendly and takes pride in providing an outstanding breakfast experience for his guests.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. And the gentleman serving breakfast was a very nice guy. Very friendly and attentive to everything and everyone. Hotel is getting a bit dated and could use a remodel, but overall a good place to stay. My wife and I have been staying here on occasion on our way to CO to visit our daughter over the past 4 years.

The property was conveniently located and relatively clean (the furniture not so much), but I just didn’t feel safe here. Also the milk at breakfast had gone sour and I didn’t realize until it was on my cereal, which was a waste of perfectly good lucky charms.
