The property was impeccable, modern, clean and comfortable. The views of the city were spectacular, the food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious. However, we were not impressed by how slow the elevators were, the pillows were too soft and we were woken up with a knock on our door at 6am to ask us if we were checking out.

Recently opened and very modern property which celebrates polished concrete walls and minimalism design. Staff were amazing and special thanks to Ms Hoa who went to great lengths to accommodate my vegetarian food requests. The gym on the 27th floor is fabulous as are the pools on the 28th floor. Rooms have an impact and "wow factor, but lack storage.

The hotel location and amenities were great. Our room was on 5 th floor but still private and in an excellent condition. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with wide range of multicultural options. The one issue I would have is with the over priced tours they provide which are very poorly organized. Pool are is small with very limited seating options.

One of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and with a extremely great value for the price. The room was absolutely huge with an amazing view to the beach. Service was very considering and helpful. Great swimming pools, although I didn’t quite understand the loudplaying music on the upper pool. Breakafast options were very versatile, from Vietnamese to Western options. Very nice spa treatments and an ok gym. Overall super good experience and would recommend to someone who wants a bit of luxury for their holiday, with a very affordable price.

숙소는 역시 신축이라 그런지 너무나 깨끗하고 인테리어가 정말예뻤어요 위치는 더할나위없이 너무 좋고 외관도 너무 예뻐서 랜드마크 너낌 불친절한 직원있다해서 잔뜩 쫄아서 갔는데 다행히 그런 직원은 못본거같아요

This place is a dump disguised as a 5 star hotel. Showers are grimy with black mold, and the toilet and shower share a sliding door—meaning you can’t use both at once. Windows don’t open, the A/C has a weird smell, and the whole building feels slapped together and in poor condition after recently built in 2024. We stayed in the Green "Suite", big but still grimy. The smug manager clearly doesn't care, and it shows. Only decent thing? The bar across the street. But you get no perks—no priority seating, no room charges. Just another gimmick. Skip this place. At this price, you’re getting scammed. Try the Voco—it’s farther out, but clean, reliable, and Grab makes it easy to get around Da Nang.

We stayed in a seaview Green Haven Apartment. It is a full sea view apartment. The facilities were new, in very good condition, and clean. The roof top swimming pools are fantastic. The service is amazing. Staffs are polite, helpful and efficient. Very good breakfast buffet in terms of quality and quantity too. Thanks Emma for her nice and wonderful help. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel with a luxury feel but very still very affordable. Modern, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and many amenities. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included with our room and were delicious and plentiful. Very close access to the beach and many great eateries nearby. Fabulous infinity pool on top floor with a bar and magnificent city and beach views. Tour companies happy to pick up at this hotel for Hoi An and Bana Hills day trips. Staff were professional, courteous and very helpful, assisting us with train station pickup and airport drop off for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Vi bodde på M Hotel i 5 nätter och hade överlag en bra upplevelse. Hotellet är väldigt snyggt, rummen är rymliga och de allmänna utrymmena (pool, gym, restaurang mm) är toppen! Det enda som vi inte var helt nöjda med var att vår AC var svår att reglera (skiljde väldigt mycket bara man ändrade en grad upp/ner). Vi hade också problem med duschen som också växlade mellan kallt och varmt helt plötsligt. Kan vara så att det bara var ett problem med vårt rum. Vi hörde också ganska mycket ljud från gatan (vårt rum låg mot stranden) så om man är känslig för det är det något att överväga.

The description of the room booked do not match what I received. The first room they gave me didn’t have a desk or view. The second (which matched what I booked) had a view and desk but no bath tub so there was always inconsistencies between what I paid for and received. There also was no smart tv (no streaming or casting available), nothing in the minibar, it wasn’t soundproof and there wasn’t even a phone so if you want room service you have to go down and order it. They made no effort to partially refund the stay after the dishonest listing. Otherwise a super nice place but not the five star experience you would expect for that money in da Nang.

M hotel os teally new and the standards are high. We could not fault the hotel apart from the fact that it does get a little noisy outside which is out of their control. It gets quiet after midnight. Room is spacious with a bath tub, there is no balcony which we did not mind anyway. Shops and restaurants are everywhere and the be is literally across the road.

I was first allocated an executive room but needed to move due to external construction noise, which varied depending on the location within the hotel. While the quieter room was appreciated, it felt like a step down in terms of lighting and overall feel, with no real acknowledgment of the downgrade. One of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and with a extremely great value for the price. The room was absolutely huge with an amazing view to the beach. Service was very considering and helpful. Great swimming pools, although I didn’t quite understand the loudplaying music on the upper pool. Breakafast options were very versatile, from Vietnamese to Western options. Very nice spa treatments and an ok gym. Overall super good experience and would recommend to someone who wants a bit of luxury for their holiday, with a very affordable price.

Breakfast and afternoon tea were included with our room and were delicious and plentiful. Very close access to the beach and many great eateries nearby. Fabulous infinity pool on top floor with a bar and magnificent city and beach views. Tour companies happy to pick up at this hotel for Hoi An and Bana Hills day trips. Staff were professional, courteous and very helpful, assisting us with train station pickup and airport drop off for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

They let you wait at lobby during chek out say need to check if you use mini bar and stuff. So we wait at lobby for at least 20-30 mins. Everything about this hotel exude class. From the friendly staff to the amenities in and outside of the property. As mentioned, the staff was amazing but there was one person who made our vacation extra-ordinary, this was HOA from guest relations. From the minute we checked-in and checked out of the hotel, Hoa went above and beyond to help us experience DaNang from a different lense. Take it from us, we have travelled to different areas of the globe, at different 5-star hotels, M Hotel can be compared the Ritz, Intercontinnental, Four Seasons, etc.

We stayed in a seaview Green Haven Apartment. It is a full sea view apartment. The facilities were new, in very good condition, and clean. The roof top swimming pools are fantastic. The service is amazing. Staffs are polite, helpful and efficient. Very good breakfast buffet in terms of quality and quantity too. Thanks Emma for her nice and wonderful help. Highly recommended.

The property was impeccable, modern, clean and comfortable. The views of the city were spectacular, the food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious. However, we were not impressed by how slow the elevators were, the pillows were too soft and we were woken up with a knock on our door at 6am to ask us if we were checking out.
