The hotel lobby looked like it was recently renovated and was very nice. Until you got to the rooms. They smelled and were kinda dirty. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good however there was a huge mess at the waffle maker and no one ever came to clean it up or even check on breakfast. It made do for a quick stop for the night but that’s all.

Decent for price. Room was dirty on arrival but we asked for housekeeping and they came the next day. Laundry room was not working but staff allowed us to use their machines. Breakfast was minimal. You get what you pay for.

Mike the front desk staff was A1. Very helpful and seemingly doing it all. OTHER STAFF were very pleasant during our interactions. The outisde parking lot definitely needs to be cleaned. And seems the location maybe under staffed or atleast needs a do it all person. The bathroom downstairs needs attention also. The room was comfortable over all the cleaniness was the biggest eyesore of the property. The room wqs / appeared clean .

Our room with a king bed only had 2 pillows, when I asked for 2 more they said I could have one. The halls reeked of food and no ice machines worked. Shower/tub had what looked like mold on the outside and bathroom fan did not work. Also says on website there is coffee and a breakfast item ….. not true!

Cockroaches and spiders in bathroom. The remains of someone’s cut hair was on the bathroom floor and it didn’t get vacuumed up on the next day. No glasses in the room. Crude was in the corners of bathroom like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The sink was very dirty when I arrived. I had to clean crude off the sink. I put towels on the floor and sink so I wouldn’t have to touch anything. Every time I stay there you have two are three cars being worked on in the parking lot. It’s just sad how this usual stop of mine has gone down. No plans to ever go back. Sorry for the harsh review but you charged me a lot of money to sleep in dirt and bugs.

I should have known better than to book a room at a "Super 8" I requested a non-smoker room, and the first thing I get, even though the nice clerk said all rooms were non-smoking, is a nasty smell of cigarette smoke. I come downstairs and request a new room, just to be sent to one that smelled like someone had just had a massive vomit not 10 minutes ago. HORRIBLE experience. I will never be back at a Super 8 in my life.

Our stay started out with a super simple check-in process. We paid the stay fee + an undisclosed $50 retainer for potential damages. We got to our room which was conveniently located and instantly noticed the lack of cleanliness everywhere but the king sized bed and toilet. There was a wad of hair in the shower, someone’s left over chicken wings in the fridge and the pullout sofa our daughter was meant to stay on was filthy. The floors also weren’t swept or mopped whatsoever. These were all unexpected but easy fixes. We threw away the chicken wings- flushed the hair and purchased a mattress for my daughter. All in all, you get what you pay for- just grateful there were no extra visitors of the bug variety. Check out was easy, breakfast was simple and if you want waffles- get up EARLY.

This stay was not as good as my previous one. The first time, I must have been given a better room. While I wasn’t expecting anything high-end, this time around the room was in noticeably worse condition. The shower was dirty, with hair on the floor, mold in the caulking, and grout that clearly needed attention. The walls looked like they were falling apart and the whole space could use a deep cleaning. The closet is also in poor shape, with loose screws, and the curtains were stained. To make things less convenient, rooms are only cleaned every three days, so you have to request towels. On the positive side, the lobby is well-kept and the staff are genuinely kind and accommodating.

The bathroom was very dirty, especially the tub, dusty, all the bedroom had a terrible smell, like humidity or lack of cleanliness, even the beds had a terrible smell. The price we paid was overrated for the room we stayed. Breakfast was continental, the coffee was cold.

I have stayed at this property several times in the past few years. I've noticed declining maintenance over time, but didn't have high expectations based on price point. However, this will be my last stay. Bathroom had black mold in shower, in floor corners, and on the ceiling. The carpets, bathroom floor, towels, and counter were all soaking wet (mgt said due to carpet cleaning which is fine but they should not house guests in these rooms while wet). The bath fixtures were rusty, and the place, especially bathroom, was just not clean.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking but the bedding had a faint smoke smell and even had a couple of cigarette burns in the blanket. The air conditioner would not cool sufficiently. The thermostat said 66°, which was the lowest setting but it felt much warmer than that.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I like it. I want to like it more. There always seems to be something "off." This time, a wire is visibly hanging from the ceiling to power the wall-mounted TV. There is not a single coat-hanger in the room or even hook on which to hang clothing (so everything must fit in a dresser drawer under the sink). I did the "online checkin" (including a picture of my driver's license to verify identify, filling out personal information, checking boxes about what I would agree not to do) that was supposed to make checkin simply a matter of picking up my key, but I still had to go through the same rigmarole at the front desk as ever, which makes me wonder why I wasted time with the other procedure. None of these are serious problems, but I wish there were no grounds for complaint at all.

The room was not very clean . Paint was peeling off the walls in need of lots of repairs . AC did not work in room . Staff was nice and tried to get a different room. That next room the AC unit was missing screws and sounded like a freight train . Staff got me a 3rd room where AC worked. The staff did their best with what they had to work with they were friendly and as accommodating as possible . I expected better from this hotel chain and the priced too high for what it was

This was the smallest hotel room, I’ve ever stayed in! It had no closet,table or chairs;it didn’t even have hooks on the bathroom door, to hang cosmetics! I think it was called 8, because it was 8 feet square;and, there wasn’t anything super about it!

So I’ve stayed here for a month total now for work. After the first 2 weeks everything had been great. I left good reviews and everything. Now when I checked back into a new room I was asked about a deposit and after mentioning that this is the first I’ve heard of it I was told not to worry about it that they won’t charge it. Well then after 1 week into a 2 week stay I wake up to see that the hotel had went ahead and charged me the deposit over night. When I brought it up the staff said they would talk to their manager and I never heard another word about it. I also told the front desk staff that my smoke detector had been beeping extremely loud and I couldn’t sleep and they never came to do anything about it. Everything else was fine, my only complaint is with the front desk staff

Check-in was an unfortunate event. I received a text from the hotel with a link to complete the main components of the check-in process ahead of time- including paying for the room. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to go through the process again, and was asked to pay for the room AGAIN. I had the confirmation number and the transaction recorded on my bank account as proof, but the staff maintained that they hadn’t received payment. After waiting about 20min, the issue was resolved with the first transaction being voided, and the second (processed at the hotel) being confirmed. The room itself (205) was damp and smelled of moisture/mildew. The amount of moisture in the atmosphere actually made my hair start to frizz, the paper with the channel list felt damp, etc. The grout on the bathroom floor and shower stall was noticeably stained/dirty, and the vent in the bathroom wasn’t functional either; the freezer slot in the mini fridge had frost buildup. Spend the few extra dollars and stay elsewhere.

As we arrived to the property we found out the they checked us in around 8:00am instead of waiting for us to check in at 3:00 ( they charge us to the card on file instead of the one I was planning to use; we asked to speak to the manager on duty, he ( Mike Carter) refused to talks to us because he was on a “meeting” on a Sunday afternoon, the hotel didn’t fixed the problem so we were charged to the wrong card. We stayed 6 days, any of those days we were greeted by any of the staff members; when you can find one, because lobby was always empty. Elevator was always duty, area outside the hotel too (garbage)never clean during our stay. The room was duty also. I would never recommend it to anyone.

The property was a convenience. We were there for Junior Olympics…. The staff was barely at the front desk. They cleaned our room the first night but the second day they only removed the trash and didn’t leave any towels. Also our room door was left opened. U The bath tub had mold and I was very upset when I saw it. Upon checking out I had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to the desk. I needed a receipt. Please fix these problems. Thanks

The room was not ready, the sheets were dirty on the sleeper couch and I had to get clean sheets and make the bed myself. The children in the next room were screaming at the top of their lungs for hours from 9- midnight . There was no adult in there a toddler answered the door for the clerk. Their tv was on All night with pounding drums on. Then at 4am a bunch of phased a screaming match outside our room and were slamming doors multiple times. I went out to the front NUMEROUS times at least 8 to complain. Even the guest on the other side was out complaining about the screaming children. At 3am the clerk offered me to switch rooms. That offer should have been made at 10, not 3. And frankly the loud room should have been forced to move. I asked to speak with the manager numerous times. He was NEVER in and supposedly the clerks left messages. Well now I am really irate. I will not pay for the stay. I would have gotten more sleep in my car.

One of the nicest and most peaceful we can get away trip we’ve had in a while. All kinds of food options gas stations anything you can need immediate area but still quiet enough to feel like you’re on vacation.

Close to Coltrane Festival. Room musty when entered. Staff aired it out so tolerable. Given only 2 bath towels and one hand towel. No shower mat/towel. Bath fan did not work. Only one waste basket. Breakfast very skimpy. No fruit. Coffee out. No juice. Yogurt machine out. Frozen sausage sandwich inedible. Went out for breakfast. .

Our stay was a stop on our way to our beach vacation. This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Some corners and edges need a good scrubbing but overall clean. Beds were comfy. Did not hear a lot of noise. The breakfast was slim pickings. I would stay again for a one night stay. I would not stay here for a multiple days vacation.

Two of the lights in the bathroom were inoperable. When I moved one of the small tables in front of the sofa, there were multiple "dust bunnies" under it demonstrating a less than thorough cleaning prior to our stay. The complimentary breakfast had less hot options than most comparable hotels. Due to your reasonable rates per night my overall review is good. If patrons were required to pay more, it would certainly lower the overall rating.

Basic, you get what you pay for. Bed and temperature was fine. Water was hot but the hand held shower head did not stay up. Coffee pot in room was not clean. Breakfast was a disappointment with carbs only - cheap cereal, white bread. The only good was the coffee.

No eatable food for breakfast and juice was terrible and I end of eating outside spent extra money. Room smell was really bad and noisy especially AC sound like tank. FYI go to better hotel and I want my money back
