Huge pot hole driving up to the property that will total a car quickly. When we checked in all of the down stairs room doors were wide open with the air conditioning off. It was 90 degree day. My mom didn’t want to stay but I talked her out of it since I had just paid. When I asked the man at the front desk about our room being wide open he just said in his limited English, “it’s okay.” So we went to dinner so our room could cool down. Other than that issue the room was ok. It was pretty clean in both the bathroom and bedroom. Toilet a little wobbly and too short to be a handicap room but we made due.

The young lady that works the front desk was very very sweet and understanding. The manager however was just NASTY and RUDE. He is in the wrong line of work. The room reeked of smoke and mildew and there were ROACHES. It was evident that the rooms are not being cleaned properly. Residue from the roaches was EVERYWHERE People loitering in the parking lot playing loud music and drinking beer at all hours of the night. Again the manager is a nasty, nasty, NASTY man. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Spend your money with people who appreciate your business. This property should not bear the name Wyndham. It’s a disgrace.

I recently stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham pearl in Mississippi, and I must say it was a highly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked into the room, I was hit by an overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. The odor was so strong that it was difficult to stay in the room without feeling nauseous.The cleanliness of the room was another major issue. The floors were filthy, with visible dirt and stains everywhere. The bed linens looked unwashed, with unpleasant stains. The air conditioning was very dirty and dusty Overall, my stay at this hotel was extremely unpleasant, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The lack of cleanliness and the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. Save your money and find a better place to stay.

I checked in late and slept well on the bed. I found the refrigerator very useful. The water was sufficiently hot enough for my shower. I could not use the automated pancake maker in breakfast area because it was being serviced when I needed to use it

The owner and family lives on site and the children were out playing and became quite load as we were trying to get our grands to sleep. Everything was amenable except during the check in process. The lady handed me my card with no slip with my room number. And when I asked her to write my room number and the WiFi code (which has been standard being given without being asked at ALL other establishments I’ve stayed) she had a unpleasant attitude like I had asked her to do something that was a inconvenience to her. So next time I need to fly out of the airport I will find another establishment to stay since I didn’t truly feel welcome at this one. But the room was VERY clean and felt safe.

I did not like the customer service. I tequested a room on the botton floor and was told that I had to take what was given because third party does not have a priority with the establishment. I was given a room upstairs and the phone in the oom was not working on they cut it off. I was defiitely not satisfied with the establishment.
