The Lake View: Family and business travel

We needed a quiet and clean place with a comfy bed and a hot shower. This charming little house met our needs and more! The amenities were thoughtful and the host responsive. The walking path was a plus. The one car garage is tiny and our SUV would not fit—not ideal with the snow, but no problem in warmer weather. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful time around the fire every night. It was very comfortable to sleep in the bed. Lots of views from this wonderful vacation home.

Wow, I don't know where to start with this wonderful home. When we got there we were in awe of the beauty that you look out on at the Utah Lake from the front porch. In the mornings you can hear the frogs & birds chirping in the small pond directly in front of the home.This home was immaculately clean. It was wonderful to feel how well they made sure it was ready for us.We didn't have time to go to the store that night, & there was a small basket of sweet & savory treats that held us over that we enjoyed.Then we happily saw the small bowl of chocolates they had left too! Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, & body wash and plenty of towels. The rooms are so well organized & each one feels peaceful and cozy. Our daughter got her hair and makeup done the morning of her wedding & we opened the window and the makeup artist and hair person said how refreshing it was to hear nature as they worked. The home is very well organized.Many of the light fixtures on the walls are labeled so we knew exactly which light turned on where and was quite helpful. The living room couch is so comfy! They have a succinct and informative booklet well made that you can refer to for any information needed. There was anything you needed in the kitchen as far as paper towels, baggies, dish soap, dishes, trash bags, & we didn't have to go buy any of those extras that sometimes the homes don't provide. The host was very responsive and very easy to work with and couldn't have asked for a better stay!!

This home was perfect for our family of six. Plenty of space for a good night's sleep. Very clean! The host was friendly and quick to respond to messages. Checking in and out was easy. The neighborhood is quiet, and the lake view is nice. Great location! Definitely recommend.

Such a gorgeous setting! The one problem is that it is a bit of a long drive to malls, and other shopping/food areas. The beds are incredible, the kitchen is so well-equipped, and you are even welcomed with snacks and excellent coffee. The only thing missing from this house are boxes of tissues. It was super easy to communicate with the manager. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the interior of bathroom and kitchen drawers could be cleaner.

We had an absolutely wonderful time!! This home is extremely clean. The beds were so comfortable. Our Host was quick to respond with any questions. My Sisters and our daughters had a wonderful time!! My daughter is moving to Missouri so we were having a get together before she moves. Thank you for such a great place to stay!!

The host was fantastic with communication and the home was very clean and comfortable. We didn't spend very much time there unfortanately but would come back to stay there again and spend more time.

Beautiful and clean house

Did a sisters weekend and this house was perfect! Super clean, large bedrooms and amazing location. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the lake and the mountains turning pink. The little pond is charming and offers some fun exploring. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The hosts were helpful and responsive. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. It made cooking very doable. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is definitely prime - view of lake & small pond across the street. The house is nicely appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Overhead fans in each bedroom were appreciated. The only drawback was that both bathrooms were upstairs - no powder room on first floor. That got uncomfortable for us older folks. It would be a good thing to point this out in the property description. Older folks would appreciate knowing this fact. We enjoyed our time staying here.

Very nice location with walking trails and scenery. Lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. The home was equipped with paper goods, cookware, laundry facilities, board games, comfortable beds, Wi-Fi and internet was good.

Loved the property and would stay again. Would like to add that the backyard is only fenced on three sides so if you have littles you’ll need to watch them carefully due to the pond across the street. Enjoyed walking the pond and making friends every day. Only change we would have liked was a main floor bathroom but we definitely got our Fitbit steps in going up and down!

Great property! Communication with manager before and during our stay was excellent! Property was very clean and inviting. Appreciated the attention to detail which made our stay very comfortable. Large TV in every bedroom! If you have a large group, just know that there are only 2 bathrooms. We have no complaints and would consider staying here again! Thanks!

The beds are on the firm side, but we all slept comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed including a griddle. We will definitely stay here again!

We were impressed with how easy it was to stay here and how clean the property was. Check-in was simple, access was simple, the place was clean and well equipped, it really couldn't have been easier and the owner was super responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house was perfect for our group of 4 ladies. We were attending an event at Thanksgiving Point. The property was close to the venue as well as other restaurants and shopping. Great property!

It was fun to be near the trail, fishing lake, and so many other things to do. The yellow-belly marmots are fun, too. They tend to be out in the afternoon and early evening and are about a 10 minute walk West on the paved lake trail in front of the house.

This is a beautiful house. It is clean and well decorated. It is right across the street from a pond and Utah Lake. There are great trails to access from the pond area.

There is an adorable little patio out front that we enjoyed coffee each morning and sunsets in the evening while viewing the lake. The house is decorated adorably giving a beach vacation feel.
