This home was so amazing. The decor was top notch to begin. The size of each room was perfect. Alexa playing relaxing music, bed was so comfortable and they have an area outside the bedroom door where you can go sit and have a smoke if you need too. I was sitting out back with my sweetheart and seen a falling star . This place is a must stay if you’re ever in the area. You won’t be disappointed I promise you that.

This was my first stay at Slanted House, after two stays at Always Friday, which is directly above. Once again it was a fantastic experience. The property owners are excellent to deal with, the location is perfect, parking is very convenient. I would highly recommend any of their properties.

This house is close to many restaurants and bars, and it's very easy to walk across the bridge to Cincinnati. The bed is comfortable. You can hear footsteps from upstairs and loud cars, but nothing that the white noise machine can't drown out. The house is very unique...almost like walking back in time. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place is *amazing*! SO MANY cute little touches everywhere. We were constantly saying "look at this!" "did you see this?". Just really neat stuff everywhere. The bed was comfy, kitchen/bathroom well stocked, and a complimentary FOOT MASSAGER :) We loved the location and can walk to the football and baseball stadiums (as well as a lot of great restaurants and bars). I cannot recommend this place highly enough. You will not regret booking here. We can't wait to return!

I chose this place because of proximity to Brady Music Hall and Great American Stadium. Both were about a 25 minute walk across the Ohio River on a suspension bridge. I found some nice restaurants all in walking distance. Vicky and Doug were never more than a message away with great suggestions about local food and entertainment. Place was thoughtfully decorated and well maintained. Although it was on street parking only, I never had an issue finding parking right in front of the place. Also, easy access to interstates. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will stay here again next time I go to Cinci!

My husband and I booked Vicky and Doug's place for an overnight trip. We planned to see a show at the Aronoff Center in Cincinnati on a Thursday night and chose to kick around Covington Friday morning and afternoon. What a great spot! The house was cozy and charming -- and clean. Most of my communication was with Vicky, and she was prompt with responses and made some excellent recommendations. The rental was conveniently located near Main Street (Mainstrasse) shops and restaurants, and just steps away from the Southbank Shuttle stop. We could easily walk to all the amenities, and the Shuttle took us up to Fountain Square, just a few blocks from the theater. One amenity of the house I particularly enjoyed after a day out walking was the foot massager in the living room. It was nice to kick back, flipping through the old-school View Master toy and listening to classic vinyl while my tootsies got a treat. We stayed Thursday night and did not notice any loud street traffic, and the upstairs neighbors were pretty quiet during our stay. In the morning, we followed the simple check-out instructions, grab a complimentary snack for the road, and thanked our hosts for a wonderful (albeit short) stay.

My family had a wonderful stay here and we plan to come back for sure. The owners have done an amazing job decorating this house with fun, vintage signs and articles. In fact, we spent our first hour here just checking out all the fun tchotchkes. Super clean and perfect location with plenty of restaurants and boutique shops in walking distance; most important to us, we could walk across the bridge to Great American Ballpark. Highly recommend the Slanted House to anyone wishing to visit the Cincinnati area.

My husband and I really enjoyed our overnight stay at The Slanted House. The place was clean, comfortable and full of small touches that made our stay nicer (thanks for stocking the house with coffee!). The location of the slanted house is also great and is very close to many restaurants and shops in Covington. We went to the Savannah Bananas game during our stay and it was very convenient to catch the Southbank shuttle (2 pp) to the stadium. Also, we met our host Vicky and her Mom on the last day. Thanks for the nice conversation and restaurant recommendations, Otto's was great for brunch!

Great place to stay with a unique charm. It’s within walking distance to many attractions, shopping and dining. My only complaint would be that it only sleeps 2 comfortably. The couch is an option for 3 (in our case) or more. Would definitely stay again but bring an air mattress next time.

This apartment was perfect for a weekend stay in Cincinnati with my husband and our small dog. It's located on a bustling street but is immediately over the water from downtown Cincinnati, close to so many things. Unit was well stocked and adorable, just was highly communicative whenever needed. Would definitely keep this place in mind next time we return.

Good location, busy street with a lot of traffic.Our dog was somewhat difficult to walk on the sidewalk "togo" because of traffic and loud noises.Overall your home was a great fit for the two of us.Enjoyed the fresh ground coffee. Thank you.

Easy to locate, very clean, loved the high ceilings. Within walking distance of the stadium. Easy communication with owner.. loved her Swifty messages! Lol Very appreciative that they didn’t Jack up their prices when popular concerts in the area.. honest people.. Needed help with the lock and she was easy to contact and stepped through the process..

Had trouble with scheduling the reservation, but the Property owner helped with reserving, even when VRBO couldnt assist me, they told me to schedule with another company! Vicky was so helpful! Great experience! My Mom Loved the experience! I did as well!! Thank you! Jeff & Eulene (Mom)

I chose this place because of proximity to Brady Music Hall and Great American Stadium. Both were about a 25 minute walk across the Ohio River on a suspension bridge. I found some nice restaurants all in walking distance. Vicky and Doug were never more than a message away with great suggestions about local food and entertainment. Place was thoughtfully decorated and well maintained. Although it was on street parking only, I never had an issue finding parking right in front of the place. Also, easy access to interstates. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will stay here again next time I go to Cinci!

My family had a wonderful stay here and we plan to come back for sure. The owners have done an amazing job decorating this house with fun, vintage signs and articles. In fact, we spent our first hour here just checking out all the fun tchotchkes. Super clean and perfect location with plenty of restaurants and boutique shops in walking distance; most important to us, we could walk across the bridge to Great American Ballpark. Highly recommend the Slanted House to anyone wishing to visit the Cincinnati area.

This apartment was perfect for a weekend stay in Cincinnati with my husband and our small dog. It's located on a bustling street but is immediately over the water from downtown Cincinnati, close to so many things. Unit was well stocked and adorable, just was highly communicative whenever needed. Would definitely keep this place in mind next time we return.

We had such a great time staying in the slanted house. It really is a nice spot if you’re looking to go to a bengals game and hit up some bars and restaurants after. Shuttle picks you up right down the road and takes you straight there for $1 a person.

Home was very clean, in a great neighborhood, walking distance to most of the Covington areas, to both ballparks. Quick drive across the bridge to cincy. Doug and Vicky were quick to respond on questions and very communicable. Definitely recommend for any type visit to the area!
