It was our first time staying at this hotel. When I booked it, I was looking for a place with a continental breakfast and where parking wasn't that high. We were planning on going to 2 Orioles games, so we wanted to be close to the stadium and in a good area so we could walk over and not pay for parking. The continental breakfast was burnt both mornings we were there. The hotel had 2 elevators but one was designated for construction workers, so really they only had 1 for customers to use. There was an outdoor pool, but it was closed when it was the beginning of August. We were able to walk to the stadium, which took about 30 minutes. The staff was friendly, and the location was great. It was right in front of a Casino, but kids are not even allowed to set foot in it even to go to the restaurants. We would stay here again if we go to another game, but I wish we had known these things before we went.

The room was very nice and perfect for the night. The issues where having no working elevators. There were handicap people climbing the stairs, I felt awful for them. Another issues was having to ask for towels. There were no bath towels provided. I had to go and ask for towels from the front desk and had to ask for an extra because I needed one for my hair. That was an inconvenience to say the least.

The room was clean for the most part. I seen a roach right before checkout. Our room key stoped working 3 times. There were homeless people sleeping on hotel property. The elevator was soo slow we took the stairs every time. Breakfast was included with our stay but when I went to get a yogurt there was a lock on the refrigerator. The only good thing about this location was that it is close to the casino. We will not be staying at this property again.

Very clean! The staff is so kind and courteous. We haven't stayed there in several years, but glad we picked there to stay again this visit. The modern upgrades were perfect. Just what we needed for one night.

When we checked-in and got to the room we checked everywhere but when we checked the bed it was hair all over the bedding on the fitted sheets and the pillows so I called front desk and they switched us to another room and it was clean no problems at all

For the most part, everything went great. The refrigerator didn’t work at first but eventually it was fixed. It’s also very loud if your room is facing the road, but staff was great, and it was very clean.

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express’ around the country. This is, by far, the worst one I have stayed in and would definitely not go back. The bathroom had a very noisy fan that you couldn’t turn off. Very noisy area. As soon as we walked in the room, my son said to me exactly what I was already thinking… “I’m glad we’re on my staying here one night.”

Hate to give a poor review but as far as this stay itself, it just wasn’t good! Staff were excellent and professional. Complex was OK. Arrived Thursday and room faced Russell St which is extremely noisy. Friday the whole 2nd floor filled with cheerleading squads under 18, there for a weekend competition event, so now loud outside and in! Staff were quick to assist and moved us to the 4th floor and away from traffic!…but…the heating unit’s blower (and it was a cold weekend) was cruelly loud when it kicked on! Let it slide and just chalked it up to one of those laugh at it later tales! Coffee was really good though as well as the morning meals available! I’m sure it would have been a better experience if not for our unlucky stay!

It’s been over a week and I still have not received my deposit back that the hotel has a policy on that they must take a card for. Breakfast was good, someone next door at the convenience store was blaring music until 2am - windows give no relief to sound.

Very nice people, clean but they charge $30 to park and the mattress was hard and lumpy. They say they are brand new but I’d advise to take mattress topper. I think I might have only slept combined 2 hours and I’m so tired

Checking in was the slowest I have ever experienced. Our shower had no pressure we asked twice to have a looked at and no one ever came. The location to the stadium was amazing though !!!

Frontline staff was exceptional. Diamond assisted right away when our room had a minor air conditioning issue by getting us right into another room. It means a lot to any traveler when the frontline staff is empowered to be solutions based. I appreciate it. Thank you.

Our initial interaction was somewhat questionable. We arrived at the property at 2:30, check in wasn’t until 3:00. We were told we would have to pay $60. for early check in. The location is on a very busy street, with traffic all night. The room was remodeled nicely. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was not prepared on time, maybe prep should be supervised better. Everyone was waiting for food, coffee, creamer. The yogurt was locked and the key was misplaced, it was found 20-30 min. later. The pool was not opened. ( which was not indicated on website) They said it was under construction. Christine was very helpful and wore many hats, she went above and beyond. Overall, it served our purpose, it was clean.

The hotel stay wasn’t the problem. It was being told afterward that I was going to be charged extra fees that I wasn’t told about up front. And then also told I didn’t pay state tax when I checked in. I wasn’t provided an accurate receipt. Nor the phone call I was promised.

I'd like to shoutout a couple of the staff from this hotel. First Christine was great on check-in, she had such a professional and empathetic approach to my unique situation to kuddos to her for that! Mackenzie the AGM was great to talk with, and embodies what someone in the hospitality field should be! He was easy to talk to, and we connected over building connections. Lastly, Diamond was great with our checkout experience. She made sure I received all the information, and made sure on my way out I was greeted, paid attention to everything I had to say. Kuddos to the staff here, room was great. Free breakfast and distance to the stadium were spot on. If you're visiting a Ravens game at M&T bank, I'd highly recommened staying here. Kuddos to the whole staff for making this trip memorable.

Best place to stay if you’re attending a Ravens/Orioles game. Very easy and safe walk to the stadium(s). Breweries and fun places to stop by on the way. Staff was pleasant, parking on-site was easy and fairly secure. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen in a while in terms of selection. Would easily pay the price to stay there again if I was ever in the area. Well done Holiday Inn!!

This is the perfect hotel for going to the stadium. Check in and parking was easy, the staff was friendly and easy going. We stopped at the casino before the game for something to eat and drink. After the game, we easily walked to the hotel past everyone else sat in traffic. The room was comfy and quiet. This place 10x'ed our game experience! Highly recommend!

Comfortable, very clean room. Staff all kind and helpful, even brought our door dash dinner up to the room for us. Free breakfast was more than just cereal and muffins. Quite tasty omelettes, French toast and two types of sausage as well. Need to get a room for tonight also, unexpectedly. Will definitely be trying to stay here again. Very nice hotel experience!!

Marlo was absolutely fantastic. So friendly and welcoming. Would have given 5 stars but the breakfast was horrible. The sausage and bacon was hardly cooked. Pancake machine didn’t work. And no regular creamer for coffee. The area was very clean and the girl was nice. But the food was nasty.

I was not pleased with my stay here. First, I had reserved a mobility accessible room and was told when I got there that they did not have any accessible rooms available. Second, my fiance was selttling in watching TV and someone just opens our door. Apparently, front desk put someone else in our room. They did discount my 2 night stay for that because it was a security breach. Third, during the first mornings breakfast the cook was informed that there was not any sausage out and she said she was doing inventory so she could not cook. During the second morning's breakfast I had a problem with the pancake machine where the pancakes were coming out less than paper thin so I brought it to the cooks attwntion that the batter was either getting low or it was too thin and she got smart with me and said I don't make the pancake machine and that is how it is supposed to be at which point I told her that it was not like that the day before and that I was talking to her manager because it was the same cook from the day before. The did give me points on my account for that incident.

Bunch of homeless people will harass you it’s expensive for 1 night the building needs upgrades badly I flushed the toilet once with just a tissue from my nose and it clogged also the breakfast sucks ass not even worth it
