Motel 6-Sulphur, LA

They never cleaned the room. They would take out trash but the beds were never made and the floors were dirty. Fleas in the room. No vent in the bathroom. Almost positive there was mold on the ceiling in the shower.

Payed in full online then got charged again without notice when I checked in. The next morning when I went to tell staff tha they charged me twice they acted as it was my fault that I got charged again and made me go through the process of calling Expedia to get a refund. After two hours of calling the staff came to truck and said they called Expedia. But I had no confirmation email or nothing . Later that day I called Expedia an found out tha the staff had not called and I got charged a third time from hotel they said it was an accident. DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel was fine. Your website just sucks and should be charged with fraud. I booked with you, was told I had a room, left town, went 5 hours away, showed up at my hotel and was told I did not have a room and was told on the phone by your staff that no hotels are available in the area. I drove home 5 hours at 1 a.m. after a long day because of your ineptitude. I will never use your website again and am pondering legal action.
