Quiet despite proximity to highway, clean, no bugs, comfortable bed, good hot water with good pressure, wifi OK. Larger than expected fridge, microwave OK. Parking available right outside room door. Only problem,TV didn't work. For a good price, would stay again.

Checking in was the only problem I experienced, I called prior and got all the information I needed but once I arrived I was told a different price from what the woman said on the phone. The room and everything else was clean, however it did have an old moldy smell upon walking in the room. I brought sprays and everything, but the staff & the smell was all. Everything else was nice, pool area and everything was lovely.

Perfect stay. Clean well kept inside and out. Comfortable beds. Nice little sparkling pool. Well lit parking lot. A very pleasant surprise for this price point! Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant.

Stated that they had parking for rvs and trucks but the parking was not on site. Also said breakfast included. The breakfast was muffins and honey buns from Walmart. When we checked in the smoke detector was chirping I told the front desk and they told me to take the battery out. If there would have been a fire we would not have had a smoke detector.

this category of franchisee owner/operator motel can be disappointing but this location is excellent! furniture looks new, slept great in the bed, plumbing looked new, door locks worked fine, appliances quietly worked great, A/C was surprisingly quiet and worked great. I am happily surprised at how well-maintained and new this entire facility is. Parking is very secure. It passes my biggest test of all - the television remote was new (instead of the usual beat-up junk at these cheaper motels.) I recommend this Days Inn/Wyndham and will definitely stay here again.

I booked a king and got a double room. When I went to inquire about it, I was told that was what I was getting, because they were “very busy tonight”. The next day I was unable to ask again to get moved because I worked all day. The room smelled of old piss, I killed multiple insects upon entry to the room, and there was a half gone tp roll provided us. When I got back to my room the second night, I realized my TV had stopped working. It’s a convenient location, but everything, including the staff, could use an upgrade.

The bed was comfy. The place was clean. But the ac didn’t blow hard at all. I love a dark cold room. It wasn’t as cool as I’d like it to be. But overall was a good one night stay. Close to the casinos.

Its was not what i expected, ac was not good and when it did work it made a terrible noise. Also the noise upstairs were terrible. Also thought we had queen size beds but they were barely full size. Would not recommend

Horrible customer service. Front desk lady had the worst attitude. We checked in around 10PM not sure if that was the reason for the attitude as she came to the night check in window in pajamas. Room had a horrible smell, bed was so uncomfortable, only had 2 towels in the room, fridge didn’t work. We ended up leaving a day early.

Clean room but over all the experience was a bit hostile we went over 7 minutes pass check out and they were calling and knocking and basically escorting us out the room that was very disturbing. I think a call works perfectly as a reminder . Won’t ever stay here again.

Have stayed twice in hotel. Each time have been a problem with the reservation. This last time we were given a smoking room, which was a problem because we don’t smoke. Nice hotel but always a problem with the reservation.

We went to check in and the place was totally unkept and locked. No one was there. So I expect a refund. I answered terrible on staff and room but we didn’t get in to see a room. I would not have stayed there from the looks of the outside.

I work for a non-profit, so I’m always looking for a clean, safe, quiet place in a good location to major highways that doesn’t cost a lot. This Days Inn is a really nice value and checks all the boxes. For an older building, they keep it very clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, plenty of places to eat close by, and very convenient to I-10. I will warn you that the “free breakfast“ is nothing more than coffee and juice and mini muffins and sugary donuts. Absolutely nothing healthy to eat. With that said, however, I will stay here again the next time I am in Sulphur. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were decent, the Internet was great. I had to ask at the front desk for an iron and ironing board, and the staff quickly and cheerfully supplied them for me. This is a very good value for the money.

The address on dennis street you drive on dead end it looks like it stops then you drive through the truck stop parkinga and you can't see the hotel on the other side of brick building . Its scary for women alone thinking gps led you into a trap. . For a minute i thought this was a scam

All good only thing id change is make sure coffee is hot and use a folgers brand and stock better breakfast items ! The bed was super comfortable the bedding was very new and clean bathroom and towels new very clean. Ac cooled the room quickly so did heat . Hot water was sufficient. Enjoyed our stay would definitely recommend and price was reasonable . It was very clise to the Golden nugget where we were going for a concert

Stop over on trip home from vacation. Late night check-in was prompt and hospitable. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Basic grab and go breakfast which included bananas, granola, muffins, coffee, etc.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The check in and out was easy. The breakfast that was advertised on Hotels.com was nonexistent. Don’t advertise you have a breakfast when you know you don’t have one. Picked this hotel because it had a breakfast. Very disappointed… also this is an area we stay at because it is a halfway point. We won’t stay here again…

Room and staff were great. The only thing that kept me from scoring the stay higher is the breakfast. I filter my rooms by if they offer breakfast or not. This one had breakfast included. What was offered was not anything close to a continental breakfast.
