Hotel was so loud, not just the guests but the hotel itself. AC loud and squealing. You could hear motors running all night. Room lacking. No batteries in remote. No extra pillows. Just one per person.

I just wish there was a microwave and refrigerator

Always a nice experience. I just wish they included a cooking pan with the rooms.

Towels were staine. Tub was stained. Comforter had burn holes. The bed was hard and small. Stay in the odd rooms because the traffic noise is loud. The elevator was dirty. The furniture is old and beat up.

The check in hostess Deisha was nice. The room service hostess beat hard on the door twice and did not identify herself as room service, before opening our room at 10am not 11am.Then she was rude! There was roaches in the room. The pool was a green color!

Came for worķ , had issues with job and had to keep extending ,, manger was very accomdating , gave buisness rate on multiple rooms even though we could not book the whole stay at once ,, a/c and tv had issuues , both were resolved quickly without inconvienace , will be returning for work with even larger crew and will definatly be booking here , manager even gave cell number if i had any problems ,, actually appreciates customers , pleasant change , i travel alot and that is not usually the case with econmy or extrended stay hotels ,, friendliest helpful staff , i was just really surprized ,, and pool was open too ,,,

Bed was comfortable, pillows were awful. We had 4 in our room but only two towels. No utensils even thought the website says there are basic cooking utensils in the rooms. Rooms kind of smell funny and the elevator always smelled like marijuana

As far as price, you wouldn’t be able to beat this place and customer service is great. However the place is falling apart. Room smells like mold. Appliances is old and rusted. But if you’re traveling for business and need a place to crash for cheap. This would be a good place

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. We booked what was advertised as a large, non-smoking room with four full beds to accommodate eight people, including our six children—one of whom is a 7-month-old infant and another with asthma. What we got was a filthy nightmare. First, one of the beds was a twin, not a full. The sheets were visibly dirty, and one of the pillowcases had dried blood on it. Even worse, we found a pubic hair on the sheets. That alone should have been reason enough to leave, but unfortunately, it got worse. Despite signs everywhere stating “No Marijuana Use,” the entire hotel reeked of marijuana. We were somehow placed on a smoking floor, exposing our children—including a baby and an asthmatic child—to cigarette smoke for the entire night. Completely unacceptable. To top it all off, our AC barely functioned, and the hotel’s solution was to give us a cheap box fan as if that would make up for the miserable heat and lack of air circulation. We felt unsafe, disrespected, and like our concerns were completely dismissed. This hotel is a health hazard and a disgrace. Do not waste your money or put your family at risk by staying here. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This was a last minute booking. The room was good sized and had a kitchenette which I did not expect.

Very disappointed in this hotel. I was very concerned of the surroundings and found out on the last day that our door could be opened without our keycard. Called to upgrade our room however manager never returned our call and our request was ignored. No fire Extinguishers in the designated boxes in the hall. Had 2 towels for 2 days in the room for 3 people. No body was ever at the front desk. The floors were dirty and bathroom had gunk in all the corners. I have called twice since checkout and no answer. I will never stay at this hotel again.

It wàs very nasty.... couldn't even use the shower...also smelled like mold

The floors were dirty and nasty. The walls were dirty. Left a day early because my grandchildren were uncomfortable.

The room smelled like wet dog the sheets and pillows was stained there was items left in the drawers and refrigerator the restroom was dirty the towels were not clean or they were stained i used my own towel really bad i will never stsy again.

The door wouldn't lock you could bump it and it would open

That I can cook for my family and my kids swim. The front desk clerk was very rude to me.It was very loud couldn’t sleep due to door slamming.

I didn’t like how the front desk clerk came to my room beating on my door while I had a do not disturb on the door didn’t know I paid on line hollering at me and throw my do not disturb sign at me saying and take this off than push my door hitting me with it. Than if you in room 126 you will not get any sleep by people going in and out the door slams so loud.

Good stay for the price. Only issue was that it was sometimes difficult to find someone at the front desk. Otherwise, pleasant stay for price.

Terrible experience, Lazy staff who lie to customers about moving them to a room with working A/C when the hotel is empty. Very rude and unprofessional manager

They took my $ 50.00 deposit, was told they would refund it back to me 3-5 days and here we are 9 days out and no refund, spoke to someone who said I just sent you a receipt, saying we refunded you, the receipt they emailed was what was charged to Expedia not me.. very poor communication..will not ever stay here again..

Very unhappy!! Made reservations 10pm on the 3rd. Arrived at 2am. No one was behind the desk to help. Eventually after 2 hours on the phone with customer service I'm waiting to see how they make it right..I also paid for insurance!! I'll keep y'all posted how hotels. Com handles it.

Where do I start?! One polite front desk clerk . One that gets real handsy in the elevator. Nothing like getting groped by an employee because you asked for cleaning products. keep an eye on the women and young girls in your group here..

Pillows and beds sheets was dirty . Sheet had blood on them and they tried to keep my deposit blaming me when I put there stuff in a pile on the floor .. wouldn’t recommend going here back door don’t close no cameras throughout property.

It was clean and the girl at the front desk was was very nice very quite property i actually slept very well and i usually dont at hotels i really have no complaints i well definitely stay there again

I had a good experience. Staff was friendly, it was quiet and comfortable and slept well. I felt safe. Adequate room at a reasonable price

Must stay there at the hotel was great. I had great room service. The receptionist was very very nice and courteous. They made sure that they met my every knee. Actually I told all of my coworkers about it.
