This was a horrible experience. The whole building is very run down. When I stepped into the bathtub to take a shower, the base of the bathtub crumbled, and my foot went through the bath to the subfloor. It was obvious that this was not the first time this had happened, as it appeared that there had been a weak effort to repair it from a previous collapse. The icemaker did not work. The TV did not work. The guestroom furnishings were worn out. The building was very noisy. The only acceptable part was that there was a very nice Asian couple manning the front desk. They were very pleasant and kind; but they just didn't have much to work with.

This poor property is old and there are tenants who live there. Old rusty, junky vehicles in lot look bad, windows open with tenants shoes sitting out to dry. But the worst was water dripping from above AC unit and it came right into my room on top of my AC unit. Dripped down electric cord. So unsafe. They were VERY quick to move me out of room but I had to put garbage can under unit to collect the water. I feel like they were going to do nothing about the water damage. Can probably overflowed. Management was very responsive to me.

The grass was at least 3-4 feet tall .Out side entrance dirty.Concret hadnt been painted in years . Toal outs I de apperance was filty .The small kitchete was nasty .No coffe .Ice machine broke down . The room was clean, comfortable. The location was excellent to the event I was attending. Wifi worked most of the time. There was a wait before anyone would come to the desk. There was an option to call someone, but I did not have phone service. Someone was also given my room key. They managed to open the door. This should never happen at a hotel. When I returned from my event, the key wouldn't even work. Overall, I was happy with condition of hotel & most especially reasonable cost. My car was safe outside and I had no issues with anyone.

The outside of the property wasn’t in the best of shape when we first pulled up, but the inside was very clean and manager was very friendly and accommodating. The room looked like it had recently been remodeled. It looks like they are getting ready to remodel the outside. Great value

First strike was the air conditioner was not functioning properly. The air coming out was barely cool at all and the thermostat was as low as it would go. Next, the ice machine was “temporarily” out of service, but based on the worn sign, it seemed to have been inoperative for a long while. No cups at all in the room. YouTube was blocked by the wifi.

The motel was very old and run down. When we arrived many of the room windows were open and it appeared people were living there. The room had dead roaches and other bugs on the floor. The lights did not work when we entered the room. Apparently one the lamps had the lightbulb unscrewed and the lamp on the switch was not plugged in. The shower facet handle was not attached making it difficult to turn on the water or even adjust the temperature. The whole building smelled like cigarette smoke due to the motel having smoking permitted in certain rooms. Would not recommend staying here. I will say that the two ladies that worked the desk were very nice.

The walls had several holes in them. Bathtub wall was covered in mold. Several lightbulbs were burned out. TV was propped up on one side with a book. No coffee maker in room. Refrigerator was on a light switch and turned off. WiFi did not work. Tom Bodette would be ashamed.

This hotel was very outdated and dirty. Honestly, I would have not stayed a single night if I hadn't been on the road for 11 hours when I got there. The bed seemed clean. The bathroom toilet was dirty as was the shower. The entire room did not feel clean at all. Definitely not comfortable. The smell in the room was overpowering and gave me a headache. Like cheap pinesol. The walls were paper thin. When someone used the water in another room, it sounded like it was in my room. When the person upstairs walked across their room, it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. Not because they walked heavy, but because the ceiling creaked and cracked so loudly. There was a blinding light coming through the window at night that the curtains would not cover. I had to sleep with my eyes covered. The heat/cool unit constant fan did not work. I booked 2 nights. I reluctantly stayed one night out of exhaustion and promptly checked out the next morning. They said Expedia would take care of my refund for the second night. I contacted Expedia who then contacted the hotel and they denied my refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This place was the dirtiest motel I’d ever been in. Like board of health violations dirty. We walked into the room, noticed a large dirt spot on bedspread, pillows had long hairs on them, towels in bathroom were dirty. The front of the heating unit was broken, revealing filthy ac coil and electrical wiring. We quickly decided not to stay. We returned to the front desk to let the clerk know why we were leaving. The sign on the desk directed us to call a phone number for assistance. We called and the guy was at Walmart!! No staff in the place at all!! I booked an unrefundable rate. I’d rather lose the money than stay at this place. I have photos and look forward to sharing them with the Kentucky Board of Tourism and State Inspector.

I made a quick trip to see my daughter. Didn’t realize hotels were booked up for parents weekend. This hotel had better ratings than others available around but I can’t even imagine how bad the other really were. This place was so gross!!! I arrived very late, went straight to bed and didn’t find these things until the next morning. Urine on the toilet seat that wasn’t cleaned. Door that didn’t lock. Mold EVERYWHERE! Outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Coffee was available but you better like it black because there was no cream or sugar. I realize the room rate was lower but it was still NOT worth what I paid. Next time I will just nap in my car.

It is the first hotel/motel I've ever stayed in that only had Roku TV. No network stations were at all available . . . and I'll never stay at another Motel 6 unless they guarantee that there is network programming is readily available. By network I mean ABC, CBS, and NBC

My 2nd stay here, only problem was I don’t think the bathroom was thoroughly cleaned, cigarette butt in toilet and it was a no smoking room, air condioner worked great but made a lot of noise , no fridge in room Good prices tho, will stay again! Super easy check in and out , This room also had Roku!

Our first night at check in, the air conditioner didn't work in one of our rooms. We just opened the window since it was late. Then we found dead roaches in the 2 rooms. The toilet seat was broken in one room. We left to sight see the next morning and when we returned our rooms had been ransaked and cleaned out. We went to the front desk where we were told the maintenance man had gathered our belongings and put them in the hotel laundry room. We were given a different room and it took 3 different trips to the front desk to get all of our belongings back. The manager assured us they had spoken with the staff member and profusely apologized for the experience as they had just acquired the facility and was in the process of chnaging a lot of things.

The room was clean, comfortable. The location was excellent to the event I was attending. Wifi worked most of the time. There was a wait before anyone would come to the desk. There was an option to call someone, but I did not have phone service. Someone was also given my room key. They managed to open the door. This should never happen at a hotel. When I returned from my event, the key wouldn't even work. Overall, I was happy with condition of hotel & most especially reasonable cost. My car was safe outside and I had no issues with anyone.

For the price I paid, I was very happy. Per the norm, first thing I checked was for bed bugs, there were none. Don't expect some fancy high end hilton type of place. It's pretty bare bones, you get what you pay for. You could tell the place wasn't brand new but everything worked as it should. A/C worked well. Bed was comfy. 6 minutes from Stargazer lounge where Armadeus, Jockey Onassis, and Atlas Stone were playing. Plenty around to eat. I'd be very comfortable staying here again. The GF and I were in room 113.

The walls had several holes in them. Bathtub wall was covered in mold. Several lightbulbs were burned out. TV was propped up on one side with a book. No coffee maker in room. Refrigerator was on a light switch and turned off. WiFi did not work. Tom Bodette would be ashamed.

I made a quick trip to see my daughter. Didn’t realize hotels were booked up for parents weekend. This hotel had better ratings than others available around but I can’t even imagine how bad the other really were. This place was so gross!!! I arrived very late, went straight to bed and didn’t find these things until the next morning. Urine on the toilet seat that wasn’t cleaned. Door that didn’t lock. Mold EVERYWHERE! Outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Coffee was available but you better like it black because there was no cream or sugar. I realize the room rate was lower but it was still NOT worth what I paid. Next time I will just nap in my car.
