Not every staff are friendly or like to listen to you. Level number displayed in one lift is incorrect. One of the two lifts doesn't reach the base level, and you have to switch another lift if you want to access the garage. Tickets for breakfast are not consistently interpreted between staffs.

Great place to stay. Short walk from Amtrak train station. Great place to eat in the building, although meals not included with stay. Staff was great! Our train was not due to arrive till 10:00 p.m., so staff stored our luggage for us till time to catch our train. Even though our train was over 3 hours late they allowed us to hang out in lobby till train arrived.

The room was great everything in the room was perfect but the parking and the parking garage was very confusing 😕 and we had to go in three times to ask how to get back in and the staff acted like they couldn't help. Finally a housekeeper told us how to fleet back in.

Our stay was very good overall. It looks like the hotel has been recently renovated. It looks great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and provided any information we requested. The location is great in terms of being close to Purdue's campus and is very close to dining, coffee and entertainment options. The only drawback is the parking. Guest can park in the city garage behind the hotel for free with a validated ticket which is great. It's just cumbersome to use. Outdated signs tell you to park on levels 6 or 7. This isn't necessary, but the staff didn't tell us that upon arrival. You just can't use reserved spaces. Also, you access the hotel from the garage by walking across an "alleyway" and entering the basement level where you may have a long wait for the elevator. Only one elevator goes to the basement so if you catch the wrong one from your hotel floor, you'll need to switch on the lobby level. Things could be worse, but guests should know this aspect of the property.

Great location. Love having a restaurant in the building. WiFi sketchy, wouldn’t allow pictures on some email sights. Floors appeared dirty—I think the type of tile. Our bathroom door was too big or swollen and made noise as one tried to open and close it. Parking a tad confusing and behind hotel. Neighborhood full of shopping, dining and drinks. Breakfast buffet was generous for the price.

Cups in the room for coffee had holes and leaked when filled. Toiletries were not replaced when cleaning the second day of stay. Shower curtain had a bad smell. Overall service was bad when compared to previous experience with Hilton hotels.

This hotel is one of our favorites. The front desk staff are always kind and so helpful, we especially liked Ryan on this visit! What a great guy! The rating for cleanliness is lower because our bathroom was not very clean, sink water would barely drain and the shower was pretty dirty with what we assume is mold. If bathrooms were updated a little this would get a 5 star rating for cleanliness!

DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. They dont clean the room during your stay. They give you a paper at check in saying “if you need room clean please request it at front desk”. We did that and the answer was “no. Rooms are not cleaned daily, just every other day”. Other day we did it again and answer was “no, you needed to request it one day before”. Maybe I should pay for my stay “every other day”. Im paying for a hotel not an airbnb. Im paying for an hotel so I can have a clean, refreshed room. So out of 5 days, 3 days my room was not cleaned. Our room was infested with ants to the point they were all over the inside of our suitcase, clothes, and personal items. There was also clearly something going on with the air conditioning because it made a loud, continuous, screech every time it turned on. Sometimes it works stop, sometimes it would continue.

I booked this trip for a quick getaway. Room was clean, expansive and very comfortable. I had lovely views and big windows that the light could filter through although the darkening shades were also a bonus. I’d recommend and stay again especially if visiting Purdue

The shower didn’t work and while the maintenance guy fixed it, it broke again. They need to actually fix the shower knob and not do a quick fix. Asked for maid service, and she did the minimal, not cleaning the shower or making the bed properly. The front desk people were quite lovely and attempted to help as much as possible. I will say the location is great. Close to everthing.

The hotel was terrific, until we got to our room. Our door was broken, it was split and the top hung was falling off. Even with several screws added, it would not close unless you physically picked up the door to make it straight. Who puts people in a room with a broken door?

The hotel was renovated. Most employees were not very nice. Only polite. There was one that didn’t even bother to answer my question. One of the rooms that we got was good. But the other was the bathtub was in a terrible condition, and also was the toilet.

This was a good hotel, conveniently located at 10-minute walking distance of Purdue University Campus, so it is a good option if you are a parent helping your kid to move in (my case). It was clean, had comfortable beds, free parking, good light in the rooms. Bathroom was clean and worked well. No safety box though. But overall it was a good choice, even though it was not a bargain. But it is as good as it gets in W Lafayette.
