Pool was closed. We stayed somewhere else.

Greenberg seems like it was built for travelers. I’m the gas station and Pizza Hut were in the same plaza. Across the street was this hotel and Starbucks in the morning. Everything within half a mile of each other. The building is in need of repairs, the pool was out of order, but the staff found me a room when everything else was booked, and they did it cheap. It served me need while I was passing through. I may come here again. The parking and bringing my bags up the stairs was not convenient, but it’s okay. Family owned and operated.

Hotel was hot and funky in the lobby. Took forever for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The pool was closed to boot. We went for early check in just for the pool. They were going to charge me for early check in also . Our first room smelled awful and we found hair all in the beds sheets. They gave us another room equally as dirty but no hair I. The bed. Carpet was not clean. It made me sick to sleep there but I already paid for it. My lesson learned is to call to make sure pool is open and to check reviews online. Total disaster for my out of town weekend.

The hotel was very dated. Listing says they had a pool but they do not. Breakfast was lacking and the coffee was disgusting. The room was a nice size but the ceiling and walls had water damage stains, paint chipped everywhere, and the room had a spot where the hair dryer hung but it was missing.

The pool was in very poor condition. Rusted, broken ladder. Just not cared for. The hotel needs an overall up grade.

The room was very nice and the breakfast was great. The pancake maker was wonderful. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was gross. Dirt on the bottom and sides, cloudy water, and a crazy number of floating dead insects for an indoor pool.

Used retainers in my nightstand, pubes on an empty shampoo bottle, pool was closed and in construction. Probably for a while. If anyone wanted to swim. Breakfast basic. Comfort average. Not bad. Could be cheaper.

This place is very dirty.it looks like they have updated in recent years but have not taking care of it..the main halls are very stained and they don't appear to be vacuuming very often..there missing fire doors all over.open doors with huge duct work showing that have big holes people could fall into..pool is gross.. thousands of bugs dead in door ways..

This place is DIRTY. Everything was dirty. Also we got a call at 10 when our kids were sleeping and the guy wanted to bring papers to our room to sign! This place gives me the creeps and I feel dirty after staying. I don’t recommend.

The hotel is run down. Lots of damage from pets and poor maintenance in my room. Sheets and pillow cases were stained. Ants on the night stand from something sticky that had been spilled and gotten under the lamp. The best part of the stay was the free breakfast.

Our room was falling apart. The security latch was very loose. The dead bolt did not engage. The dust around the edges of the room and bathroom was nearly half an inch thick. We were in room 120 and in room 121 they were renovating until 1AM! Breakfast was late. I had to search out my own syrup. Signs for displays were written on copy paper and were very sloppy. They only provided 2 towels in the room and 1 wash cloth. I walked down to the desk and asked for 3 more and 2 wash cloths. Only received 2 additional towels.

At first they didn’t have my reservation. The guy at the desk was hard to understand, and had a hard time understanding me as well. The lobby and hallways were dirty, there were no pillows in the room and there were cobwebs in the corners. …the bed was comfy though!

Hotel is run down. The paint job is super sloppy and was sprayed over the toilet paper holder, trim, doors, everywhere. The bathroom was barely clean, there was mold in the a/c vents, and the bed is cheaply made (the metal made a banging noise just sitting in the bed). The breakfast was sub par. They use a reusable waffle mix cup that was a mess from other guests. The bananas were half rotten. I arrived late and there were kids running down the halls being noisy. I am not super picky but it’s obvious they cut a lot of corners at this hotel. Would not recommend.

We stayed 3 nights. we chose here because of the cheap price. it was an okay stay. the room was dirty, stains on sheets and floor. bathroom was very dirty and rusty. there were insect traps under the beds. we were only there to sleep as we were with family. but it was pretty dirty and I saw reviews of bed bugs but didn’t have that issue but I was nervous

I am displeased with my current stay in this hotel. Our sheets and comforters had matching dried stains, which would indicate they were not swapped out and cleaned between guests. Both mirrors have bubbly/spit substance on them, indicating they were not cleaned. We found a full bottle of opioids in our closet, with our 4-year-old staying with us. The bathroom door hits the door frame preventing it from closing. TV will turn on but will not display anything and will not cycle channels or display any menu or display anything really. The hallways have cleaning chemicals out, lying around, unattended where anybody can grab them, including our 4-year-old. Not once was our room freshened up durring our multi-day stay. Moving onto the breakfast. It is extremely lacking on variety and meats. Only had original oatmeal. All the juice options were water. Only 2 flavors of yogurt and they were extremely small containers. Just blueberry muffins. The "made to order" pancakes are smaller than a golf ball, no joke, the batter was over half full and size was set to medium, I verified. There were 0 meats; no gravy, bacon or sausage. This is stay is during the national solar eclipse with people traveling from all over the country and I was expecting better service since the current going price for a room here is $259 for this weekend and the normal price is about $75.

Filthy sheets, no tissues in bathroom after asking twice at desk…The desk attendant was hardly at his post, so guests were constantly waiting…and after all this, they double charged me… called before booking to confirm there was a pool, only to find out it wasn’t functional, despite being an indoor pool and having been told it was open. Very upset to have spent $40 extra on a hotel with a pool, and being lied to. Breakfast was a joke as well. No caffeinated coffee, only decaf, and cereal/muffins.

Manager scammed me out of extra money demanding pet deposit in cash above normal pet fee and an extra unlisted deposit which he did not return (no damage). Room was dirty and the sheets were full of sand boogers and weird stains, semen? Clearly not laundered after last guest. Disgusting avoid unless you are at risk of frostbite and even then think twice.

There was no hot water. No coffee in room, (not allowed,) but there is a coffee pot. i assume because there were mice. Roach hotels were behind the dresser. There is a metal thing under the bed that sounds like a steal drum when you sit down on the bed.

Hotel door did not lock properly other wize it was a good stay.

Did not have a blow dryer in the room it had no extra tissue paper and I had no Kleenex, but the bed was comfortable very soft. Slept good. There was a loud music playing at the other motel there and you couldn’t even hear it inside that was great.

Had trouble logging into WiFi and staff on duty was no help when called from the lobby phone and didn't even offer to come out and help with the situation. I had an upset grandson, who has special needs, over this! Continental breakfast SUCKED! Sausage, eggs, and potatoes were COLD! NO pancake mix in the maker! No variety in yogurt flavors. My grandson DID NOT eat and I have a bagel and a pre wrapped muffin. NEVER saw staff to tend to the breakfast bar while eating! The pool was closed andy grandson was upset about that! Staff DID NOT come check me out when leaving! They told me to put the key card on the desk when I called from the lobby phone. NOT worth my $85 for a one night stay!

Average hotel. You get what you pay for. Coffee machine broken the whole weekend we were there, hairdryer didn’t work in the room and the AC sounded like their was a cat in a litter box

Property is rundown in need of renovation. Bathrooms lack ventilation which has caused mildew around tub in several areas. Ceiling in main room had texture falling.

The wheelchair accessible room is far from ADA certified. The bed is WAY TOO HIGH for someone in a wheelchair to get on it alone. They provide a mounted shower bench. Nice but then IMPOSSIBLE to reach and turn on the water.

Everything was really nice except the bed. It was hard as a rock neither of us got any sleep and was so sore thr next day. But other then that everything was nice

Nice, clean place to stay. My only complaint is that my check in took way too long. There was a line of people waiting to get checked in when I arrived. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes just to get checked in. The process, once it was my turn, seemed to be an eternity. It’s a shame the man behind the desk didn’t help the very kind & polite lady checking everyone in. The lady was very accommodating & extremely pleasant. The pool was closed for some reason. They didn’t say why. Very upset with the man for not helping the lady with the check in of so many people. Other than that, my experience was wonderful.

Pulled into Indiana last night around midnight and needed a place to stay at the last minute. We found this hotel and thought the price was too good to be true. When we showed up, we were greeted by a super friendly hotel manager who got us our room keys quickly. The room was perfect. Extremely clean, smelled great and a super cozy bed. The free breakfast in the morning was extremely welcome, and made the overall price of the room seem even more incredible. We had a lovely chat with the manager at check out. We will definitely stay again. Room 107 is the best! Thank you! 💕

The stay was fine the staff was awful. The night attendants first words to me were I was going to let your daughter in but I’m scared of dogs…. She was waiting to reenter the hotel through a key card only access door…. This hotel allows dogs yet the attendant treated us poorly because we had one. One of my kids spilled a cup of ice water on the way out of our room and he came outside while I was packing up the car to scold me for the spill. I couldn’t get into my room or building for last two hours due to a key card issue they didn’t fix for me. I have never been treated so poorly by hotel staff and I was traveling with just my three children and myself and our dog from states away. Definitely didn’t help the ease of our journey to be mistreated

Dont expect fast service at the front desk your going to have to call the hotel to get anyone to the front desk but rooms are ok for the price i guess

It’s close to family I believe the price is higher than it should be but with the Honda plant there rooms will rent it’s just you can drive 30 miles and save thirty dollars a night on just as good rooms

First when I get there, homeless people everywhere in front of the hotel, men trying to hit on you as you walk in. Hen they give us our room we get all our stuff out the car go to the room walk in and it’s a dirty room the beds were not made trash everywhere clearly was not cleaned went back up to the desk to get a new room then had to go to that room . Got dressed to go to the pool and it’s closed I was so pissed off . Do not stay here it’s nasty I would have rather stayed in my car for the night my kids wanted to swim and couldn’t . They said they had breakfast but no breakfast when we went down. Overall it’s horrible .

They were friendly, easy to other places and quiet, would stay again if we have too We were there for a softball tournament

Convenient location

My wife and I stayed one night. It was professionally overhauled w/ quality everything. The room was large as was the bathroom. We normally stay at a Hampton but had no choice but to stay at this motel for the night. It was half the price of a Hampton and nearly as well maintained. We would definitely stay there again. The country town was clean and neat w/ plenty of updated stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Our room was more than just refinished, it was like a brand new motel. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend the accommodations, especially for the price. I believe it is a $100 plus dollar a night motel. Very satisfied. Terry and Judi Jagger

Solid hotel. Affordable rates. You know what you’re getting. A nice little gym with multiple equipment. I’m pleased and will stay again. It’s not a resort so don’t expect the Ritz Carlton. This is a convenient location near the expressway to Cincinnati or Indianapolis.

The continental breakfast was one of most unpleasant meal I have ever tried to eat.

The room was fine, but there are no bath towels... just two hand towels. And the coffee machine at the breakfast area was broken. Not a very good start to the morning.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and had more than enough comfy pillows. The staff was very helpful, friendly and polite, they even spent time discussing day events with my 6 year old Grandaughter. Breakfast was well done! Many choices of breads, cereals, fruits, yogurts and the sausage and eggs were very good. I would definitely stay here again!
