It was especially helpful to stay at a clean, comfortable, and well maintained hotel that is right next to the convention center. The staff was very helpful. Checkin time was 3PM but they were able to get me in at 2 so I could go right to my convention.

The place was clean and the staff was very helpful! However There was only 1 of the 2 bottles of "complimentary" (aka $2/ea.) water in our room when we arrived. The A/C was not working. We were woken up by construction very early Saturday morning. The final straw was when we returned to our room that night and could hear 2 small dogs barking in the room next door. Not something the hotel could prevent, but was the last thing we could put up with after trying to work with the other issues. The employee at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating when we expressed all of this to her and got us a new room very quickly. (& let us know that they were not informed of the pets in the room next to ours) Again, staff was helpful and the rooms were clean - it was a list of little things that added up that inconvenienced us our quick trip.
