Staff was very professional and the room was clean and comfortable. I would suggest they provide shuttle service to the airport. I assumed that would be the case but it wasn't so shame on me for not confirming. Although everything else was good, unfortunately this would make me consider another hotel that offers shuttle service.

It was so quiet. We were there for a funeral, and the quiet was very much appreciated. The dining area could've used a bit more cleaning and the fireplace didn't work the first night - they did fix it - but overall, very pleasant stay.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hallways look/feel a little gloomy. But the rooms are great! Front desk staff is awesome! They are always very accommodating when I need anything extra for my room. And they always ask if I have a preference which floor I would like to stay on.

We have been coming to this hotel every year for at least 10 years every August.. It has been going down hill for years.. The dirtiness is unacceptable. i only slept here the 1st night! after i saw the amount of mold on the couch i refused to sleep in that room another night! service did the best they could to cover up the cigarette smell.. the amount of mold i saw when i took the cushion off to pull out the bed is beyond disgusting.. It should be ILLEGAL!!! i stayed in room 130 from August 15th to August 17th.. the audacity to charge a pet fee is laughable! stay away from this place.. far nicer hotels around ft wayne with cheaper rates!!! we will never be back!

We adore Gina, who went "above and beyond," showing great enthusiasm and passion in her work! She made us feel right at home. The Inn is very clean. Breakfasts are fantastic, with lots to choose from! Our lovely room space housed the most unique features and modern amenities. One could appreciate the thoughtful landscape of the elements in the room. I like that! The cozy Inn fits into one's lifestyle for vacation and or business. We slept well in the most comfortable bed. The residence is in a convenient location near popular attractions. There are many places to visit, such as restaurants, retail stores, and medical businesses. The Residence Inn Fort Wayne is the place to be when visiting Fort Wayne! We have no regrets, just lots of ongoing accolades!

The hallways needed vacuumed. They were filthy. The room was just ok clean wise. For a Marriot hotel I was a bit disappointed. We stayed here a few years ago and it was much better back then. Also fix the rim, it is way bent.

Our room was too warm and the thermostat didn’t seem to be working very well. Neither of us could sleep. The bed did not seem to be a queen size. We were cramped. The tub was SUPER slippery!!! There was a bar to grasp but the tub surface was so slippery we had to place a wash cloth down for traction. This is not safe for seniors or anyone else! There were no working lights in the bedroom. Weird.
