I needed item from house keeping, could not communicate due to no English. Used fitness center employees know the television in fitness center doesn’t work no remote. Has been like that for a very long time. No fruit offered for breakfast. I upgraded for a king family suite. Sheets were not upgraded. Just basic. Disappointed that the price did not match the quality that was described in amenities.

This hotel is undergoing a renovation, which looks like will be great, but it's always a little uncomfortable when flooring is torn up, etc. The staff was very friendly and my room was excellent.

It’s a nice hotel, but however, we could not use the pool. The pool was closed. The air in the room wasn’t working. The bathroom was dirty. Couldn’t watch TV because they installed new TVs but they never programmed the TVs to the hotel..

My stay was great. The entire staff that we met were very nice, polite and professional. The room was clean, including the bathroom. The common area / lobby was very nice. great location near any store or restaurant you could think of. I would definitely stay there again.

One of our biggest things when staying at any hotel is cleanliness. While the room was adequate in size, it could use a little upgrading and a good thorough clean. In-room microwaves and coffee pots are great features to have, but when they look like they haven't been cleaned/wiped down in ages, they are essentially rendered useless. There was an abnormally high amount of visible "crud" on the outside of each of these appliances (pretty sure the microwave was from the 70s) in our room, so we didn't touch them. Thank the Heavens they had fresh coffee downstairs. There were also crushed Doritos in the bottom of the closet, some sort of splatters/drippings on the bathroom door, and random hairs (definitely not ours) found on one of the beds. So while it's fantastic that they offer complimentary breakfast downstairs in the morning, we bypassed this entirely since we were concerned about the general cleanliness of the establishment. Other things to note are multiple inoperable electrical plugs in the room and the overwhelming smell of weed in the elevator and the floor we were on.

This place was absolutely disgusting! For starters, the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. When got into our room, there was blood on one of the sheets on the bed. After pulling off the sheets and then inspecting the bed for bed bugs, I found a bunch stains along with human and pet hair all over the mattress. Fast-forward a couple of hours later, and I went to open the blinds and found what appeared to be some sort of handprint with nasty brown stuff smudged all over the curtains. A few other side notes, the floors were so sticky we had to leave our socks on. The streaming services on the TV didn’t work and when I turned on the AC on at night, there came the smell of nasty stale cigarette smoke mixed with mildew. Don’t do it to yourself! Just spend the extra $20 for the better hotel.

I booked this because the reviews were excellent. It’s perhaps an anomaly and a mistake by the property, I don’t like being overly critical. But our stay was pretty frustrating. The bedding was dirty. There were hairs all over the sheets and the towels had several hairs on them. It’s not a huge deal but man it grosses you out! When I asked for more towels, it seemed like it was an inconvenience and the towels I got were very well worn out and also less fresh. It was pretty disgusting overall. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Linen on the bed was not changed from the prior guest. They just remade the bed. There was human hair and some type of animal hair in the bed. We went down and got more sheets to remake the bed ourselves and when we pulled the sheets back there was a blood stain on the mattress sheet. On the surface this hotel looks clean but it's absolutely disgusting. The shower baked up with every shower. Would never stay here again.

The staff was wonderful. They were efficient and easy to talk with. I was very impressed with the features. Nice variety of breakfast items, very clean room and overall property, great shower pressure, and wonderful bathroom lighting. The bed and pillow were some of the most comfortable I have ever had. Left with very positive feelings and a plan to stay there the next time I am in Evansville.

Pros: Very comfortable beds. Good sized room. Microwave and fridge. Quiet even though right near highway. Cons: aircon needs cleaning. Towels are tiny and rough. TV needs to be easier to navigate. Bathroom very small. Rooms near stairs can be noisy with people slamming the door.

The rim was nice. The service desk was very friendly and helpful. However, the air conditioning didn't work enough. I had to sleep with the windows open all night to get it cool enough in the room. Also, the water temperature in the shower was horrible. It went from hot to cold to hot multiple times in a 10 minute span. I wasn't even able to take a descent shower.

The room and service was great. The room was updated and very clean!!! Got a good deal on the room and will definitely stay there again. The only thing we didn’t like was the Roku TV. I would prefer cable TV. Didn’t get to watch our favorite channels!!!

I stayed by myself and when I checked in the clerk was basically a teenager that was really rude and barely said one word to me and literally threw the key across the desk at me. I went to my room which was initially fine, but the sheets had what appeared to be blood stains on them which was gross. I told the front desk before I left for my event. That night all night long people were slamming doors multiple times and stomping up and down the hall. At one point someone knocked on my door around 2am. My room phone didn’t work either and I was traveling alone so I didn’t want to leave the room and didn’t feel safe. I reported it to the front desk clerk the next morning and she said “why didn’t you call?” And I told her the phone didn’t work and she said “that sucks.” Not to mention when I got back from my event there was no where to park from all the labor trucks taking up several spaces.

We actually booked thru Expedia and for some reason they cancelled our booking. When we arrived the hotel manager re-booked us thru the hotel and gave us the same rate. We were supposed to stay thru Friday, but there was a storm hitting our home area of Georgia and we needed to leave on Wed. to head back, the manger credited us the last two nights back, we had a group of 9 with 4 rooms! The hotel staff was very nice and the rooms were great! We were attending an annual conference and we will definitely be staying in this hotel next year!

So we have stayed at this hotel many, many, many times! Never had any issues until now and I don’t think it was handled professionally at all. We were staying one night. At check in we asked for a late check out because we boarded our dogs and could not pick them up until 1pm. We were told by the front desk clerk 1pm would work. We have had many late check outs at 1pm at this hotel previously. We arrive back to the hotel that night from being out. It’s late (1:30am) and we confirm with the front desk clerk we are still good for a 1pm check out. Fast forward it’s 12:05pm and the front desk clerk is calling our room telling us we were supposed to be out of our room at noon and we are late. We explained the situation and the woman was very rude and told us there is no way anyone said 1pm. Instead she wants to argue with us. We told to her pull the cameras. She said I will give you a few more minutes to get your stuff together and hung up. Needless to say we had a conversation with her when we exited. She said they have never done 1pm check outs ever. We explained we have had 1pm check outs many times before. Then advised her the way she handled this could have been more customer friendly. Very very disappointed in the level of service!

When we got back to our hotel after being out for the day, we found the door to our room unlocked. We called the front desk to inform them and the man who answered didn't seem to care. Eggs and sausage were cold on Sunday morning.

This is the 2nd time that my wife and I have spent the night at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and quiet. It is right by the interstate with shopping areas and restaurants within a 5–10-minute radius. I would definitely choose this hotel if I am in the area for an overnight stay in the future.

Location was in a nice area of Evansville and close to Expressway. Check in was easy and the desk person helpful and kind. Our room good on the third floor, liked having a fridge and microwave and coffee maker. There was a nice seating area in the lobby and was used when breakfast was served. Really nice breakfast, lots of hot coffee, had a microwave in the breakfast area and I liked that. Renovations were going on in some rooms on our floor but the workers quit early and did not start the next morning until after 8:00am. The rooms will be really nice when complete. Pool was outside so did not use. Plenty of park. I would definitely stay here again.

A very pleasant stay. The location is secluded so traffic isn't bad, but still easy to get to. I was in a room facing away from the interstate so it was extra quiet! The room was comfy and spacious, and the bed was about as good to me as it gets.

Breakfast was always a full of eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, etc. They still provide full room service so you don’t have to ask them to clean your room and bring fresh towels. We always stay there when we go back home to visit family. Very nice staff.
