About what you'd expect for America's Best Value Inn. Staff was very good at the front desk. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Vending machines and ice machine out of order. Breskfast was not good, but there was at least something to eat. A safe, quiet place to sleep.

I like that it’s kinda of tucked off to the side. It’s not too confined around the property or crowded however, it is not too lit towards the property edges. when I asked about the laundry, they said that their wash was temporarily down at the moment however they do offer for you to go onto when the machine is working since it wasn’t working I can’t tell you the prices and I also tried to find where I could see how much it was if anything have my service animal with me and I had to let them know at the front desk when I was checking in and then pay extra amount.the staff were very helpful to me and also humble and courteous. The stores within a 2 mile radius offer any basic necessities you might need for night stay

Rooms were clean but overall could use some paint (specially in the bathroom), AC, and showers. The halls spelled like food at all times. Theres no elevator and the railings on the stairs are loose. However, the staff was friendly.

The toilet stool had a crack in the side, and it had a bolt missing on the bottom. When you moved on it it would tilt. The hair dryer outlet had a big crack, and it looked like it had been smoking. The outlet was not GFCI (dangerous). The air conditioning system did not work properly. The trash outside of the building was not emptied for the 5 days we were there. There were weeds all around the outside of the building. The coffee was good.

I only stayed 1 night in room 104 VERY clean plenty oh hot water in the shower, water pressure was ok. the bed was comfortable. on site free parking. Minimum basic continental breakfast Coffee,toast,bagel,mini muffins, or cereal. I was only in town 1 night so I can't say much about the surroundings I would definitely stay there again

This is my 3rd stay here in the last 6 months. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable and I felt safe parking my luxury vehicle here. Although there are big rigs near by it doesn’t cause much noise or loitering from vagrants. I WILL BE BACK IN A MONTH!!!! A rating for this place Btw I do swing for the King Jacuzzi suite each time. Even offered me my regular room since the reservation didn’t show. I declined got room across the hall that was just as conforming Way to go family keep up the good work and cheerful attitude It doesn’t go unnoticed

Given that it is a budget hotel, it was average for expectations. The room was clean( important) and the bed comfortable. The AC worked fine. The hotel ice maker was not working and the included breakfast was basically a toaster and stale bread products. Overall for a road trip stop it was not bad

At 4:30 AM the hot tub above us started leaking. We called the front desk and nobody came to help. We cleaned up the gallons of water that was spilling onto the floor with towels. If it wasn’t for us staying in that room that floor would’ve been ruined. we asked for a refund since we were awoken and unable to be in our room after 4:30 AM and they told us no refund would be issued. Hotel was clean and just a little dated but not happy about this service.

Overall our overnight stay was very nice. The room offered everything we needed (frige, microwave, good working air conditioner). The person checking us in was very pleasant and delightful which is not often the case at most hotels. The bathroom and overall room was very clean. The bed/pillows were very comfortable. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the country, I would recommend this hotel.

Hair in tub and in shower head. Bed and pillows hard. Sheets stained and has burn holes. Heavy smoke odor. Bought plug in air freshener. Kinda helped. Place needs renovated ngl. Stayed 5 hrs and left.

Property looked a little sketchy at first as there were no other cars in the parking lot and the lot was pretty dark. Property was decent and clean with obvious renovations. For the price paid, I was comfortable with the condition of the property. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and decent. Only issue was no hot water at all at the bathroom sink, but shower had plenty of hot water. Would have informed front desk staff at checkout, but no one was there. Just a box for key card drop. Included breakfast was pretty basic but fair for the price.

This is a motel used by truckers due to truck parking surrounding the facility. They keep the engines running and so is the noise level unbearable. I had to use a sleeping pill to sleep at all. If you want a nights rest, find a different motel. I got what paid for.

Needs a little upgrading. Furniture and bedding are old and worn and mattress is too soft and saggy. Definitely didn’t look like the pictures, but appreciated the economical price. Found a live bug on the extra mattress, not sure what kind. Otherwise, everything seemed very clean.

Questionable rooms. Toilet wouldn't flush. Service desk gave us a plunger. Still didn't work. Went to change rooms and toilet in that room was so wobbly we thought it would fall over. Went to get a refund and because it was booked through expedia they wouldn't refund us. We'll try to contact expedia but we'll probably never see that money again.

I was woke up super early to be told checkout was at 11 am and I already knew that. I didn’t need to be woke up to banging on the door for someone to tell me I have to get out of the room in 40 minutes. Also, room smelled like STRAIGHT cigarettes, an option of air freshener would probably fix that..

Everything was good until my car didn’t get fixed on time so I asked to stay an hour after check out time at 11 and the person(Man) I talk to said YES THAT WAS FINE. So when I’m leaving a lady said to me “NEXT TIME NO STAYING LONGER THEN CHECK OUT TIME” I told her I had an agreement with someone else already who works there also & then said with an ATTITUDE “THAT DOES NOT MATTER” She was extremely rude and definitely doesn’t know the situation between me and the other worker

The female staff and younger male staff were very pleasant and accommodating at this location. The older man not so much. He even blocked my number from calls received at the front desk when I was asking for a new hair dryer to be brought to the room! He needs to learn about proper customer service!

The hotel is older but clean would have no problems staying again, the area tho is pretty well deserted, minimal restaurants and even the local gas station food wasnt open during posted operating hours. Bring snacks for sure!

This was a one-night stop on the way through town and we decided to stay here based on other reviews. It was a great choice! The room was clean, there were lots of little touches that made it special, and the beds were super comfy. The ladies at the front counter were very nice as well. The breakfast was slim, so we just had a cup of coffee. We would stay here again without any hesitation!

Room, lobby, corridors all very clean. We had go depart early and were disappointed that their was no coffee at 5:30 AM. I know that breakfast hour was 6:00 till…. But I have more than a few times had to leave early and coffee was ready at 5:00 AM. Just saying. 😎

We were traveling out west and needed a place to spend the night. As always, I checked the reviews from other Expedia customers and use this information to try and choose a hotel or motel. In this case, as in many cases, there are a number of people who have some wild expectations for motels. This property was a little dated, however, it was certainly a comfortable stay. I would certainly recommend staying here if you need to make a stop while traveling. The only complaint I would have is there was an extremely limited breakfast offering. There were two types of cereals that were full of sugar, a few slices of bread, a few bagels, and what looked like tiny corn muffins. I decided to go for the Rice krispie treat!
