Frequent traveler to the area and have stayed here once before. Both times I found the beds lacked good support and room temperature fluctuated a lot making a too hot/chilly cycle all night. Worst, we paid the full posted price but the hot tub was out of order and the elevator was broken. Of course they kept my disabled husband and I on the 3rd floor making life more difficult than it had to be. No help or compensation was offered. We won't be staying there again!

We always stay at a hampton, but i was a little disappointed this time. The elevator was not working, the hot tub was in the process of being repaired so it was unusable as well. The ice machine on our floor was also not operational so you had to use the stairs to go to the next floor to get ice.

Received 24-hour notice the elevator was out of order. Best option was 3rd floor room. Room was clean but needed update and repairs. Pool was also out of order. Staff was profesional and courteous.

I stayed here previously, and was satisfied other than the hot tub being out. This time I was surprised that the pool was out as well as the elevators! Wish I had known that as I was on second floor, and have bad knees. Will have to do deeper research next time.

The elevator wasn’t working and we were on the 4th floor- they did call ahead and let us know. The hot tub wasn’t working, no towels in the pool area, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. The pillows were terrible. The heat in our room would not turn off.

Things went well except the pool. The temperature was nice, but it had too much chlorine. Eyes burned badly. Hot tub was fine. Breakfast area was very nice.

Front desk staff were helpful and attentive. After returning to the room at night, we noticed ants all over the floor. We were immediately moved to another room. This room had a handicapped accessible shower which looked very outdated and unclean. We noticed hair on the floor of the shower and the grout lines were very discolored. Because we had just moved rooms and were leaving early in the morning, we decided to just not use the shower. Had we been staying longer or needed the shower, I would have asked for another room. Very disappointing.

The light bulbs in their rooms are so dim you cannot even read a book. Absolutely awful. Tiny ants on the table. They can’t see them because the room is so dark. Bathroom is very clean. Bed not great but okay.

Jay was working the front desk and was super friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make my seeming disaster at another hotel chain (comfort suites) a distant memory. I’d stay here forever if I didn’t have to go back to my family lol

I waited 10 minutes in the lobby before any staff showed up to check me in. Staff wasn’t really friendly upon checking in either. I felt like I was interrupting whatever they were doing. Room was good. At breakfast the next day there wasn’t any clean table to sit at so I cleaned a table off myself.

Another great stay. We stay at this property every year for Special Olympics. The staff is always friendly, breakfast is always good, and the hotel is close enough to various sundry stores but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Plus the Destihl restaurant in the parking lot is a huge plus!

Parking was safe but the secure lock on our room door was missing a piece so if someone had a key they could come on in. Hair in the laboratory and on a towel. Room hadn't been given a good dusting in a long time. Bedside lamp outlet/switch was sticky. Breakfast was very disappointing. They said it was 6 to 10. We went little passed 8. Food items were empty. Coffee was empty. We ate cereal and muffins then went to fast food place for coffee. Upon arrival for checkin at 3:30 pm, we were told our room wasn't ready so they put us in another one.

Enjoyed most of our stay the pool was excellent and warm loved it the hot tub way to hot. bed comfortable room was nice the breakfast not so good. the sausage was dry and the fruit I found spoiled ones no orange juice, and watered down apple juice.

Overall, we enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. Breakfast each morning was great. We needed to add a roll away bed after the reservation was initially made and they changed our room to accommodate that request with no issue. I did ask for someone to lubricate the hinges on our bathroom door due to the squeak, but it wasn't done, so I did take care of it myself.

I have stayed at this Hampton many times over the years, but on this visit it seemed that the quality of the hotel in terms of cleanliness and maintenance was sub-par. In addition, there was an unexpected new $5.00/day charge for parking that I was unaware of until I checked out! The microwave in my room was not clean. The door handle on the inside of the fitness room came off in your hand! Made it tricky to actually open the door from the inside. In addition, it seemed that the juice was watered down to the point of just tasting like water with a little hint of flavor (cranberry). So, considering that in the past, this hotel has had a stellar record with me, I was disappointed on this visit.

Easy check in, nice decor, room was spacious, bathroom was nice, though there was a crack in the shower insert that should be replaced as mold would set in. Other than that, shower was nice, hot water plentiful. Tv easy to use. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. However, we were there at 7:15 and the coffee wasn’t ready! Breakfast started at 6. Way too late, was ready when I was halfway through eating.

The breakfast buffet was not attended well. We had breakfast at 7:30-7:45am and most items were already depleted and not refilled within at least the half hour we were there. The property definitely needs attention, carpets, furniture, paint etc…
