Guy at the desk was rude and gave me a key card that didn’t work. When I returned to the desk, I explained that it didn’t work and he said nothing. No apology, he just fixed it and said nothing. The room was extremely hot when I entered and it took a long time to cool down. Parking in the back was sketchy. Do not recommend this place.

There is no do not disturb sign because they want you to have no choice but for them to disturb you. They ask if you was housekeeping as early as 9:30am I've experienced jolting you out of your sleep. They have this thing where they knock on your door then walk away only to come back 5-30 min later. It's b3en done enough times to raise questions. I got an attitude at this and then was given a DNR. They seem to be staff centered not hospitalityc

Exactly what I needed for an overnight stay. No frills, bed was firm, but the price was right.

My only recommendation would be to get bigger towels for us bigger folk on the thicker side of the spectrum. The mattresses on the full size beds were hard as granite also. Bring your own bath accessories because the tiny bar of soap provided was enough to wash my hands once with. The A/C was cold, but it was loud. Some of the steps on the stairs going up to the second floor were loose.

The place was great. My rating was based solely on one event. The clerk wasn't the best. A more professional atmosphere is needed. Trust me look at your staff. First impressions are the selling point, and that impression sets the standard for your business.
