Was nice and quiet , beds were comfortable but pool was dirty needed to be cleaned up

Interesting layout. Top notch gym. Nice pool. Some dining options nearby. No continental breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

Pool was not clean

The property was nice and clean. Jacuzzi and pool were great. The only bad thing was the lobby had way too much perfume smell. It made me sick even being in there so we didn’t go to the bar or go inside to eat. The fragrance they were using is WAY too strong.

The pool was open and clean. The room was clean and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Elevator wasn’t working but no biggie, stayed on the second floor. Enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the breakfast, staff was very friendly at breakfast, check in and checkout. Loved how there was a lot of stores close by! Room was neat and tidy.

The hotel grounds felt really compact and at times a bit confusing to get around at first. There were two fridges in the suite but were not fully functional, only the freezer worked. The two ac units in the suite felt like swamp coolers often times leaving the suite humid. The pool was decent sized but felt to dirty. As if not properly filtered. As appearances go the lobby was nice and clean as well as the adjacent bar and restaurant. Did not have a chance to try the menu though.

I like the separate buildings on the property. Staff was really friendly and down to earth. The chicken sandwich I got late my first (Sunday) night was delicious and the only guy working was really nice. The pool was not yet heated (March/April) but the hot tub was great.

This was there in front of room for 4 days. They didn’t come to clean for 4 days in row.

They didn’t clean my room or anything there was also roaches on the ceiling

They didnt Clean the room, was so dirty under the beds, i guess they just Clean where you "can" see

When we came back to our room from dinner there was a large roach in our room. I killed it and we went to bed. In the morning there were two more in the room. I killed those. We went down for breakfast (which was not complementary) and told the manager. Went back to the room there were two more.

The stay was ok. Room was very dirty . Underneath the sink the backboard was falling apart. The tub was dirty and the bathroom door was dirty as well. The bed comforter was stained. And the worst part was the carpet.

We found two cockroaches. One inside room(alive) and one dead outside the door. Under the beads and tv stand were filthy! Trash, tennis ball, dirt. We were told at check in that there was breakfast in the morning from 6-9. It was not open when we were there at 6:15. Front desk staff were friendly, pool clean, room appeared clean until looking closer. The elevator was broken(we didn’t need it) ice machines missing….. I expressed my concerns to the front desk at checkout. They were very nice about it and apologetic. It was both great and terrible so it gets a medium review. I wouldn’t have stayed another night due to the roaches. Felt duped by the free breakfast.

Dirty room, looks like no one works there as

We found pubic hair in the restroom and sink. The carpet was also very dirty.

Honestly this trip was kind of a s*** show excuse my language but when arriving to the hotel room I originally got a suite entering the hotel room noticed that it was dirty the bed wasn't made nor clean, dirty towels in the bathroom, overall dirty. Went to go talk to the front desk they got me into another suite unfortunately the lights didn't work so we had to leave cuz we had a concert when we came back we found out that the door was not locking which if we knew it wasn't properly locking like it should we would notify at the front so that way our belongings could have been secured but they weren't went to the front desk to talk to him about that about 1:30 in the morning they had us move to another room. I'm grateful that they were able to put me in a room but it wasn't the original room that I decided to book they put me in a lesser value room which was nice but not what I originally wanted. So the next morning I go downstairs and I talk to them to ask to see if they can put us in a suite because that is what originally was purchased didn't get into his sweet until about 2:00 which is kind of annoying cuz it kind of ruined our whole day of going to the pool and actually enjoying ourselves but we ended up getting into our room finally and after that it was amazing but just the beginning 24 hours of being in a hotel was really the worst time I've ever experienced at any type of hotel.

It took 3 tries to find room that didn't smell of smoke. First room smelled of smoke and in the bathroom mold around the bathtub molding. There was a hole in the wall like someone took a bat to the wall. The faucet in the bathroom wasn't secured on the vanity. The door to the closet would not slide. There were small stains on the curtains. The lights around the vanity were not working. The second room smelled of smoke, so I didn't check that one out. I wanted my money refunded. The person up front had one more room that we went to, and that room did not smell plus it was late, and we were tired, so we took it. The last room had a headboard attached to the bed and the nightstand there was a big hole in the wall behind the nightstand. Creepy! Do not recommend this hotel. I stayed at many Holiday Inns and this one was not comparable to their standards... We went to the restaurant at the hotel, and they were out of most items on the menu. Very disappointing!

Room was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was you're near the freeway so there can be a lot of traffic noise, be mindful if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Overall i would stay again and recommend it

there was no hot water in the shower. the toilet did not flush properly

Property is showing its age. Carpet was stained and dirty. Bathroom is tiny and room small. Bed was clean and comfortable. No interior hallways. No free breakfast.

Old hotel, the carpet was disgusting, however the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, good location but the layout of the hotel is impractical.

Bathroom tiny, barely shut th e door to use the toilet. No shower curtain when we took our first shower. The room was clean, roomy and Bed comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful. Internet very weak, not usable for us. We have top of the line phones and computers

Great stay. The staff was great and helpful even when we needed an extra night to our reservation when our flight was canceled definitely staying again

Tim at the reception was SO polite, helpful and friendly. He made all the difference!

I tried to checkin 1 hr early because I just had 1 concern where my room would be I did not want to be put by the freeway. As I tried to check in, the service desk advised that I would need to wait util 3 pm to check in and they should not have a problem to accommodate. It was like I asked to be put there because that’s where I ended up. I was ok at first but then when walking into the room I noticed the air unit was leaking really bad and carpet was soaked. I called with the concern about both and was told that there is nothing they could do. When I asked for the number to corporate or manager. he did tell me he was the manager and to hold so I ( irate ). Was explaining to my sister that they did not want to help. However, I did not notice that I was not actually put on hold and the service desk heard me speaking with my sister. At that point I was threatened if I did not stop cursing they would have to escort me off of the premises. I advise I was not cursing and said he heard me say , and verbally said the F word to me. I tried to explain I never said anything to him as I was speaking with my sister when I thought I was on hold. He then threatened me saying if I did not calm down I would be kicked out and said there is nothing he can do again. I did not want to be kicked out as some of us had came from out of town. I had to just keep quiet and stay at a room with a wet carpet. The person name I spoke with is Luis. I also took pictures of wet carpet

Guy at check in desk with glasses older was extremely rude when asked a simple question he reacted irritated and bothered replying to where is breakfast served

Excellent location, easy on and easy off I-10, both directions, follow the detour signs due to construction on the interstate. Staff is awesome, friendly and eager to help with directions and give a detailed map of the premises.

The white hair guy at the front desk provide the worst customer service ever, treats you bad and is disrespectful, not Ccoming back ever

We enjoyed our stay of 6 days. Great service for breakfast, quick response for housekeeping and excellent parking and staff were very nice and courteous.

The hotel was right off of the freeway, but was very quiet. Room was very nice and cozy. I loved that we were so close to the casino and shopping. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

The hotel is easy to access off the interstate, and the staff is very friendly. The lobby is very nice, and the rooms are very clean. The hotel is also very secure and safe.

Breaksfast was super crowded and not there were not enough waiters to help everyone althought food was good

Didn't receive any housekeeping the entire trip, no one came to clean or bring new towels. I paid for breakfast and dinner and was told dinner wasn't available because the kitchen was closed no refund was issued

We had the free breakfast and it was very plain/simple, it’s one plate NOT buffet style like I’m used to for most breakfast included hotels, also it feels more like apartments since the rooms are outside of the property and lots of turns from the reception to the actual hotel room.

Everything was good. Breakfast costs extra. I don’t like that it’s not included. I want an easy breakfast, not just carbs. Bed great. Bathroom remodeled and beautiful.

The room was clean and comfortable but the pool wasn’t very clean and there were issues over my breakfast being included (it was) with my reservation. For the most part staff was pleasant and helpful.

Jacob was wonderful checking us in. He assigned us a very quiet room, which is what we wanted. The small restaurant at the hotel was very good. The waitress, Dallas, was so friendly and helpful!!! The food was delicious. The hotel is being renovated because it does need updating, but we enjoyed our visit!!!
