Quite possibly the best hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel is clearly brand new, which explains the cleanliness of the place. However, what blew me away was the hospitality of the staff, from cleaner to manager, everyone was so accommodating and helpful. We booked a suite for 4 nights, and were upgraded to a sea view suite. The room was spotless and the cleaners made sure it stays that way. The rooms are large and well equipped, with a beautiful view of the sea. There's a good range of amenities at the hotel such as spa and gym, however, I only used the swimming pool once and the steam room. Again, everything was clean and towels, lockers and even shorts all provided free of charge. The hotel is located in zeytinburnu near fisekhane. There's an underground train station next to the hotel (3 min walk) which was handy for us to travel back from sultanahmet or galata etc. Fisekhane itself is a great neighbourhood and has a great range of restaurants and bars, it has a great vibe especially at night. I really recommend the breakfast (Kahvalti) at Gasto 2019. The only negative I would say is the hotel breakfast was not the best. I have had much nicer breakfasts at other hotels, but it's not bad and the range is fine.

Stayed with my partner for 8nights, Pro: Newly built hotel. Good loctaion. Close to train station. Safe area. Close to marmara sea and shops are nearby. Mövenpick sweets,ice-creams and coffees. Hotel is in overall good condition due to the newness. Common areas are clean and well staffed. Functional Sauna Swimming pool is small but nice. Plenty of lifts Restaurant and cafe item's price is competitive Cons: Lacks Accor standards in staffs,service and professionalism. You will find the same Male gaze from few of the Male staffs as you will find in the streets of Istanbul. Uncomfortable pillows due to use of plastic lining inside the pillow protector!! Definitely not 5 star standard pillows and its a disgrace to see use of those materials inside the pillow protector. Breakfast buffet was ok but lacks variety. Some of the facilities already malfunctioning or incomplete. Steam room didnot work during my stay. Jacuzzi beside the swimming pool non Functional. Light sensor on corridor from to lifts are not done right. When you come out of the room or lifts its always absolute dark until you walk about 20 meters in darkness.(3rd floor) Gym has weird choice of equipments! Shower button, Cupboard sliding doors was malfunctioning. 2 of the ceiling lights never turned on Recommendations: Staff training, Reconsider the pillow protector. Fix the light sensors in corridor. Put number signs infron of the lift (Alphabetical)

This is a superb hotel. Everything is new and beautifully designed. The staff are incredibly helpful and well trained. The breakfast is top quality with a wide selection of options. There is a beautiful 12.5m pool with a gym and changing facilities. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with great views on the sea side. We enjoyed chocolate hour, although it doesn't happen every day. If you do manage to catch it, go for the white mousse in the glass. Absolute heaven. Also, in the restaurant, it's probably best to avoid the quattro formaggio pizza. We found many interesting restaurants in the surrounding area.

I am so grateful to have found this Hotel, Ali, and all the staff were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. The hotel is 4 stars but i would say 7 stars. I really dont understand how its only a 4 star. The whole stay was luxurious and had an amazing turkish bath, with hammam, sauna, steam room, salt water heated pool, luxury spa vegan organic hair and body products. Great location and 3 minutes walk to the train/metro. I wish i could stay there every day!!! There was another girl at the front desk that gave outstanding customer service with such a warm smile. They were very genuine and lovely staff, I really miss them!!! Thank you very much for having me... also, I miss the hair conditioner there!!! Highly recommend!!! 10 out of 10

Wir waren insgesamt 3 Tage in diesem Hotel und sind mehr als zufrieden. Das Hotel ist relativ neu und ist sehr modern eingerichtet - hat einfach Stil. Der Service ist einwandfrei - es haben sich alle Mitarbeiter von Anfang an um uns gekümmert, waren sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich. Wir hatten ein Raucherzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht - Ausblick war atemberaubend (vorallem bei Sonnenaufgang & Untergang) Pool, Fitness & Spa Bereich war kostenlos für die Gäste. I asked for a quite room and they put me in a connecting room with a crying baby on the other side. Nit their fault but come on! Insulation is below every standard. And they acknowledge that. So, until they do something to insulate the (very nice) rooms, I won't come back. It's too bad because the rest is value for money.

Beautiful hotel, decor was excellent and lovely area. Staff were friendly. The only negative was we could hear the other occupants next door, walls appear to be thin. Easy transport as the train station was 3 mins away. Shopping and dining not even 10 minutes away in Fisekhane, many restaurants to choose from.

Movenpick Hotel is just a 3-minute walk to Fişekhane, a new and modern lifestyle area with restaurants, cafés, and entertainment. The hotel is new, part of the Accor brand, and very well maintained. It is beautifully located facing the sea, with a spacious lobby and a large restaurant. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to assist. There are three major shopping malls nearby, and dining is never an issue as the area is surrounded by restaurants offering many different cuisines. We really enjoyed our stay here. Transportation is convenient and easily accessible. Highly recommended.

The hotel looks new. The room that has a reasonable size is clean with comfortable bed. The bathroom is neat. I like the glass wall with electrical shading which adds to the size of both the room and the bathroom. The show has constant powerful water flow. The bathroom needs additional hanging bars. I booked a sea viewing room, however I was given a partial view room. The buffet breakfast price is good with kind of good varieties.

We recently stayed for a week at the Mövenpick Istanbul Marmara Sea – it was my second time there, and I was just as pleased with the experience as the first time. The hotel is very clean and well-kept, and everything felt comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast buffet had a really good variety and everything we tried was tasty and fresh. The location is also a big plus – right next to the Marmaray station, which made getting around the city really easy. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I’d especially like to thank Gülbahar, who made sure our room was always spotless and who was always kind and welcoming. Ali and Fatih were also always friendly and approachable, and happy to help whenever we needed something. The only small downside is that the rooms aren’t very soundproof – you can hear noise from the neighboring rooms. All in all, it’s a hotel I’d definitely recommend and I’m sure I’ll be back again.

I’ve been staying in hotels since 1962, all over the world. This stay the most remarkable and enjoyable experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was flawless, the service from the front desk, bellboy, wait staff, counter staff and housekeeping were unparalleled. The staff were all courteous, friendly, helpful and polite. We love this property, it was not close to many attractions so we had to take taxis around the city, but the service and quality of the hotel are spectacular. I suggest adding the breakfast portion to your stay as it is $26 per person later, if you do not.

The restaurant was really good and reasonable but wish there was more than one restaurant in the hotel as the area did not offer very many dining options within walking distance.
