Hotel was under construction. I would not have booked if I had known. Pool closed. Construction filth everywhere. Razor blades on the ground. Found dog food in the elevator. 4th floor smelled like sewage until last day. AC button were jammed and was really hard to change the temperature. Parking was a mess with construction vehicles in the way. Very bad stay.

The place is under construction. Parking is sketchy and dirty. Satellite TV, not so good, only half of the local channels are available. The pool is closed because the place is under construction. That is just the first few hours.

I called due to them having reconstruction in the hotel and they told me they have the same amentied but when arrived they were not complete and they did not have a pool was so disappointed they tell me one thing and it was the opposite not ok.with that. They should clearly state it on there profile.

We did not know before booking that they are undergoing renovations and received an email after paying. When checking in was shocked that the lobby is down to bare walls and construction dust everywhere. Not even a discount!

Hotel is under renovation construction. 4th floor is finished but those rooms are having issues. Our hot water never got above lukewarm. Not fun for a shower. We had to be moved to the second floor to get a room that had hot water, that room had pretty heavy wear and tear but was adequate basically. Staff said renovated rooms were having issues. Third floor is closed for renovation. Hot tub was drained so couldn’t use that. TV wasn’t working in fitness room. We stayed here a year ago and it was better. Won’t be back I don’t think until renovation is complete and bugs worked out.

Car was broken in to. All my Christmas presents were stolen. Was under a security camera. No security cameras working. No security. Nothing at all to make sure patrons feel safe. I was also Parked two cars down from front door. I feel this may be an inside job. Very disappointed for my entire stay. Wont stay there again and will warn friends there is no security. A tape of that night was requested by the police. They couldn’t believe you had no security. It was bad enough I lost $2000 in Christmas presents, but no security was the icing on the cake. Shante on you for not providing a safe place to stay.

Everything was fine . A little construction going on but it didn’t bother us. The only downside was the air conditioner leaked on the carpet all the way to the bed. When I woke up I stepped in water which was a shock. I told the desk and she sent maintenance. It was nice. Free parking.

Staff was awesome and accommodating and the property is well maintained. The only thing I did not like was the smells within the halls. They were pretty bad. There needs to be better circulation. There was no specific time of day or night, just throughout my stay.

The sheets on the bed were not clean. There were crumbs and blonde hair (I am a brunette) in the bed. The soap in the bathroom was used and not one additional new soap was provided. It was beyond disgusting and I will never stay at La Quinta again.

Super Thin Walls, could hear child crying upstairs 1/2 the night. Also the AC unit was louder than expected. Woke up with major congestion probably due to the dust that thing put off. Clearly the filter or unit isn’t being cleaned regularly. Overall the property is okay, but it’s way overpriced for what it is. A glorified Holiday Inn Express. They think just because they put a 70” Smart TV in the room that automatically makes it worth $200 a night stay…. NOT

Overall the hotel was fine. But…our room was located DIRECTLY across from the elevator. The door to our room had gaps! Gaps that let light and SOUND in throughout the night at a more more disturbing rate than if it would’ve been sealed properly. Also, the internal “ding” of the elevator is set waaay too loud! It could be heard in our room over the tv. We tried to set the fan so it would drown out the extra noise but it wouldn’t keep running. Like I said the hotel was fine. Had stayed there before with no problem. But this room with the location and GAPS in the frame of the door made for some very sleepless nights…

Room was clean. But we were near the elevator and could hear it running… The smoke alarm went off in the morning due to the steam from the shower. So, we packed up and left early…. We were asked if the bathroom door was open or closed during the shower. This shouldn’t matter, as the smoke alarm should not be going off just from a shower. Plus not everyone wants the door open when showering!! Very inconvenient!!

Hotel is right off the highway and a little loud. Stay north of Herndon and you’re ok. Not many restaurants near by. Only chilis.

Room was very clean. AC didn’t work effectively couldn’t get it to stay on. The breakfast for a Marriott related co was terrible. Poor variety no muffins no real choices. Worse than a Hampton Inn

They're renovating, so things were a bit off, but once we got to the room, everything was nice. I didn't like the soap they provided. It seemed to never rinse off. The staff was nice for the most part, but seemed more interested in chatting with each other and doing each others hair behind the front desk. The area was just a business park, but seemed safe. Breakfast at the hotel was not good. Batter Up Pancakes is our breakfast recommendation.
