Clean room, accomodating staff. This suits if you want to prepare your iwn meal as the property has kitchen, it’s like a house :-) Quiet Location but not walking distance to the town. For me staying in the heart of Kailua Kona is still my preference, which you do not need to worry on the parking.

Our room was towards the back of the property so we could not see the ocean but had a very good view of tropical plants. Two pools with hot tubs, we really enjoyed the “quiet” pool. The sunset down by the lobby was spectacular, glad we didn’t have to drive somewhere. The suite was wonderful only complaint was that AC did not cool the room during the day, leaving the balcony doors open at night made the room very comfortable.

Great resort for the price. Although the rooms are a bit dated, they take great care of them. It was very clean, and the room had tons of space.

The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable.Kitchen well equipped and location very good with restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The villas furniture was looking slightly dated but was clean.overall I would recommend it

Next to a golf course, Kona Coast Resort is in Keauhou, a walkable area in Kailua-Kona with good shopping. Kailua Pier and Lekeleke Burial Grounds are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Regal Keauhou and Kahalu'u Beach Park. Donkey Mill Art Center and Kona Le'a Plantation are also worth visiting. Scuba diving, snorkeling, and parasailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.
