Wyndham Mauna Loa Village

Beautiful condo. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. Loved the complimentary availability of beach chairs, umbrella and cooler, huge plus for travelers to enjoy the local beaches!! Thank you for the Tuesday evening hula performance and complimentary adult beverages. We enjoyed the performance! A later checkout would be welcoming.

Check in experience was odd/unclear - someone was waiting in a golf cart in the parking lot that we just happened to stumble upon. it was 10:30 pm and dark. We found the man unfriendly at check in. The check in staff the following morning were more friendly and helpful. Suite is very minimally stocked which is a big downer. very minimal dishes, no tin foil/food wrap. no condiments at all. very frugally stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher/laundry tabs, body wash was empty. Though, front desk did restock when asked but would have been more convenient if the suite was well stocked for 5 people from the beginning. Kitchen was VERY small and not what pictured when booked on Expedia. shared BBQs to use on property which worked well and were clean. Ample parking, 3-5 minute walk from our suite. They were able to accommodate our two vehicles at no extra cost. Nice to have pickleball courts on property but wish there was a way to reserve a court. AC worked well. Nice lanais off both bedrooms. Ample pools with hot tubs for all guests, though could use a good clean/scrub down. very pressured check out experience. cleaner was waiting outside our front door at 09:45, though check out was 10:00. Biggest downer: shared beach chairs/umbrellas for all units and is first come, first serve. We ended up buying our own because there were none available when we went at 8 am. In my opinion each unit should have had their own, this is a must when travelling to Hawaii.

Beautifully landscaped, love that they have beach umbrellas and chairs to check out. Lots of great tennis courts recently resurfaced but no tennis clinics or programs. Close to snorkeling and surfing. We’ve stayed here two times and would stay again.

Very pretty, lots of pools and hot tubs close by which we used.Lovely balcony, nice kitchen. Easy parking. Use of beach chairs. Didn't care for two floors. The next time I would find a place with an ocean view and beach if possible.

Beautiful grounds. No Internet for 3 days, property needs repairs. Pool shower, whirlpool jets not working. No parking at Condo. Staff seems non caring.

Well maintained property. The service was wonderful. They addressed any issues we had and door service within minutes. The pools were great and convenient too.

We really liked the property . Clean , large , close to beach , beautiful outside . We can borrow beach chairs , boogie boards . Very good air conditioning. Perfect for our family .

I would have liked the pool to be a little cleaner, and the Jacuzzi to be a bit hotter. otherwise very relaxing and the staff was very responsive.

It was good. The only thing is far away to the parking.

We stay here often but was disappointed this time around. We dealt with a really rude front desk staff member, did not get in the area we requested, did not get our daughter's room close to our room, and were just not impressed with customer service. Spas were either too hot, too cold, and not working. We will try one more time and then go in search of a friendlier place that is better maintained.

Amazing, clean spacious rooms with well kept grounds and nice staff. Short and sweet stay. Highly recommend and will gladly come back!

Check in/out was fast. Parking was good. I just felt nervous because I had to walk the same path the cars are coming and leaving. It’s super dark and I was hoping I wouldn’t get hit. I used my flashlight on my phone. Property well maintained. The pillows sucked. Everything else was fine. The room was nice and big and clean.

Beautiful property. Little walk to parking. There was trash outside our unit that was still there on the day we were leaving.

The staff was very nice. We did have an ant problem. They promptly took care of it, but left ant spray residue on most surfaces. The 2 bedroom suite was very nice, but a good number of the plug outlets didnt work. We just used another in an inconvenient location of the suite instead. The pool and jacuzzi were very small. We only used them after a long day at the beach or hike to relax and there werent many chairs to be had if others were in the pool area as well. I would say the staff was the best thing about Club Wyndham.

The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable to sleep in. It was very relaxing staying in the resort.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay with my sister. Suites are spacious, extremely clean, and even come with a patio. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.

Front desk folks were nice. But wouldn’t allow us to change from ground floor to upper floor although occupancy was extremely low. Room was not real clean. Could not use patio for sitting and enjoying due to extremely high amount of spiders and spider webs covering chairs, posts, and walls. Lots of insects in the room. Pretty noisy with neighbors. Old archaic cable TV system. Only worked half the time. We got used everything and enjoyed our trip. But will stay somewhere else next time.

Very clean, nodern and up-to-date condo and well supplied. We loved all od the beautiful floiage and birds. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful. We went with our family of 6 and the space was perfect. It was townhouse style with two large master suites downstairs and a large living room/dining room/full kitchen upstairs. We were surrounded by beautiful palm trees and Hawaiian plants. Kids had a blast in the pool that was right behind our room. Every evening we watched the picturesque sunset via the shoreline access next to the entrance to the Outrigger which is located next door. If you walk past the Outrigger you’ll reach Keauhou Beach Park where you’ll find a small park and beach where you can find locals swimming and jumping off the short wall into the harbor. I gotta say this was the perfect location for an unforgettable trip to Kona.

Spacious suite, easy parking and very affordable

The property was great. Lots of room and space in the unit. Options for cooking were available. The parking was easy. It was central enough to enjoy the beauty of the town and the beaches

This hotel is like a huge one bedroom apartment! One and half bathroom, large living room and bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, full size fridge and stove. They is a washer and dryer in closet too.I do recommend you have a car but some tour bus will pick you up right outside your room. There are a couple pools too.

It was a very roomy, clean, and comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the pool just outside our unit, and lovely landscaping.

Lighting in bathroom was dim but otherwise it was excellent

I liked that it was a townhome, so no one above or below you. That was nice. Quiet stay for sure.

We stay here typically when we go to Hawaii. The staff are friendly and it’s the first thing I noticed when we come here. All the staff say hello and smile at you. They are warm and it feels like you are welcome. I like the layout of the condos. I don’t hear my neighbors. It seems like I would with how close the condos are to each other but I don’t. There are plenty of pools and hot tubs. The condos have everything you need to cook food. Blenders, rice cookers, toaster, coffee pot. They have a tiny washer and dryer and even give you laundry soap, dish soap, coffee filters so you don’t have to go get those things. My favorite part about visiting is the cats. They take really good care of the stray cats. They spat/neuter them. They make sure they have food and water. I don’t know how they do it but I have never seen any cat poop or smell of cat pee anywhere on their property. I have been to other condos or hotels and can’t say the same. I wish they were pet friendly as I would like to bring my dogs here instead of leaving them at home. There are plenty of things to do on property. Seauest snorkeling and Manta Rays are just a couple blocks away.

Nice, easy stay. Nothing real fancy, but plenty of room and very clean. Our flight was very delay and we did not arrive until after midnight, night guard was very helpful and got us settled in right away.

Better facility than I expected - higher end, well maintained, everything I could possibly need for my stay. Had two minor issues that were quickly addressed & rectified. If there's one (albeit tiny) negative, the property is located pretty far to the south of Kona - you definitely need a rent car.

Nice place about seven or 8 miles from downtown Kona. Very comfortable for families.

This property is too isolated without a car. It cause problems for us.

Very nice property located just a few miles south of Kailua-Kona, so situated excellently out of the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to it for quick access to the amenities. Plus a really close drive to the beaches for swimming and/or snorkeling. Nice grocery store and movie theatre close by. The units were fantastic, perfect really. The entire family had a wonderful time!

Nice location

For condo, it is great! You have what you need and you are close to the main attraction: snorkeling at captain cook monument and manta Rey night snorkel. You can also see a Luau next door at the Outrigger hotel. It is not downtown so it’s not walkable for anything else. But the grounds are very nice and the staff is helpful and prompt.

The hotel was very clean and well-stocked. We were able to cook food as desired, as well as laundry! The staff was very helpful with any questions. Great location and highly recommended to anyone wanting to stay in the area - close proximity to the highway to go in any direction.

Great place to stay. Would definitely stay there again. Staff was wonderful. Evan & Gerard were the best with activities. They provided great information on dining, things to do, and lots of laughs. Parking was on the property at no additional cost. Air conditioning was fabulous. Well maintained and a great value for the cost!

Very quiet complex. Parking was not convenient. Not at beach even though description suggests it is. Do not get a lower unit if you want privacy. Windows and doors right near walkway. No restaurants in complex. Had to drive to do anything.

Amazing for families!! Our unit was spotless and had a fully equipped kitchen. I love how there are multiple pools on property so everyone isn’t crowded at one. Shopping center with grocery store and lots of dining options is a 5 minute drive.

Would be nice to have a restaurant-bar on site for those times when we did t want to cook and didn’t want to drive, otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was gracious and helpful!
