This hotel was in a good location, right by many entertainment places. There are good cafes, restaurants within a walkable (or rideable if you take a bike) distance. The hotel room was clean, the bathroom was simple but clean as well. The staff was friendly and always ready to help or answer any questions. There is no pool or jacuzzi but they do have a nice gym area and a nice breakfast area. The Hotel has paid parking right in front of the building. My friend and I had no issues and no complaints with the place. I highly recommend it to anyone passing by or staying in Chattanooga.

This is a brand new facility and very nice! Beds were comfy, staff was very attentive and the breakfast was very good with many options. Parking is the only thing you’ll need to deal with - either valet or paid street parking. $25 night for valet, $15 night for self parking or pay for 2 hour street parking options. The street parking method is very confusing, so I strongly suggest the valet. If we ever come back to this area, we Will definitely stay here again!!!

This property is close to several attractions. We did not realize that to park on property you must pay for Valet Services (additional $25 per day). The hotel staff were very nice. The room would have been perfect had it not been for ants. This surprised us since the hotel has only been open since April 2024.

The hotel is new and clean. The staff was great and the complimentary breakfast was above average for hotels of this nature. The issue I have with the hotel is the completely unnecessary “mandatory” $22 + tax + tips nightly valet parking. You do not have the option to park your own car on property. The uncovered lot is on the property literally 15 feel from the front door (think regular hotel parking lot). I could have searched for street parking and probably should have but after a long day on the road I just went ahead and let them stick it to me rather than haul our luggage who knows how far. When we left the car was literally 20’feet from the front door and of course the attendant had to retrieve it and required a tip … sort of comical. Anyway, good hotel they just need to rethink their parking.

Our stay was great. Hotel is brand new and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Just two drawbacks - * They only offer valet parking at $25 per night. The lot is on property. Not very large so it seems a bit pointless and since you have no other choice, you have to valet. * The elevator needs attention as it is the slowest in the universe. Other than the above points, it's a lovely property and the breakfast that is included is really great.

The hotel itself was very nice. Clean, easy to find, smelled and looked new, breakfast was great! What I didn’t like was that the only option for parking was valet, and that was not listed as the only option on Expedia website. It was an option and only an option but not required. Instead upon arrival I was given an addition $22 charge for parking.

It was great except a couple things. The floors weren’t cleaned when we arrived nor were they cleaned during the stay when housekeeping cleaned the room. Our feet were filthy black. Paint smears on the bathroom door and big scrape on wall with messy paint around it. It looks like a rush job to get it finished. Some kind of silicone stick on bathroom floor. Shower only no bathtub. Fixtures really nice and comfortable bed really small for a king. Really small room but nice and quiet. I’d stay again if only on a budget but with 2 adults & 1 child it’s cramped. Valet parking ONLY through the week.

I was visiting Chattanooga for the night for an event and didn’t want to spend a lot on one of the fancier hotels. This location was brand new, within walking distance to the event, conveniently located to lots of other spots and was a good price. The hotel was immaculate. My room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. When I checked in, I was even greeted by a very friendly manager who chatted with me a bit. Checking in was quick and easy, but the staff working the front desk weren’t the most friendly or easy to understand. Not rude, just curt. And when checking out, I had to wait a bit before someone showed up, who was also rather curt. There is no self-parking. It’s all valet parking unless you park on the street or in a paid lot (which I’ve found to be the norm for downtown Chatt). But the valet was super nice and I liked being able to pay and tip via my phone so I didn’t have to keep cash on hand. I really liked this hotel. The little details in the rooms, the open concept lobby, the location. It’s a great spot. I walked to my event, to dinner, to a few shops and never felt uneasy. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Only complaint is the rooms are very noisy. Had an adjoining room and only one door in between both rooms. We could hear everything the person was doing and saying like they were in our room with us. The grounds were very well kept and the staff was nice.

The hotel is nice and clean. Close to many attractions. The room was too small for the price we paid. It was 4 of us staying and barely had room to move around, no space for the luggage. Also when I made the reservation I didn't see anything about a parking fee and was surprised when I did the check in and they told me that parking is $25 per day. You can park on the street but you also have to pay.

Clean and new, great value. Staff genial and super helpful, with a few communication glitches. Room super clean, pretty small by standards (2Q), points OFF for barn door bathroom and shower that can't be turned on without getting soaked (contractor/design error). Ticketed for parking even though we had paid, but management was attentive and is resolving that. A good value and walking distance to Convention Center a plus.

It was a good hotel. Expensive nightly parking though. $25 per night. Room was clean and comfortable. It was really quiet for sleeping! Biggest complaint was the bathroom door. It was a rolling barn door with NO privacy. Like you can see a large crack/opening when closed. You better be really comfortable with your travel partner about bathroom things, haha. Had to turn on the shower for some privacy.

I paid for a room with a view of the city and I got put on the second floor facing a lite pole and parking lot. I am not mad just disappointed I spent extra to have a nice view and got a brick wall to look at.

Staff was the most helpful ever. Super friendly and caring. Offered great options for unique dining experiences. Loved having a shower instead of a bathtub!! Loved the wood floor in our room. Helps with allergies. Cleaning staff was efficient. We had a want for nothing. Coffee machine was great. 24 hrs a day HOT! Perfect. Loved the little games in the lobby. Perfect vacation in Chattanooga.

We were put into room 109 and told to head to the first floor. Turns out when pressing Floor 1 in the elevator, the Ground Floor is infact Floor 1 ... The room was next to an internal fire door which all guests stayong on Floor 1 had to use to access the lobby - we had a sleepless night with banging until around 4am. Fair to say the customer service was sub-par and we wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. Infact, who do I ask for to get a refund - beyond dissappointed

It was very nice here. The best part was the staff. I showed up early and asked for ideas of things to do with my 10y/o son while I waited to check in. 3 people talked to me and all of them were interested and helpful trying to come up with numerous ideas. It was unbelievable. I felt like I was chatting with friends. During our trip we stayed in 5 different hotels and this was hands down the absolute best. It was nice, but the staff made it wonderful to be there.

My stay was good, but customer service is not the best.Front desk clerks are not very nice, even a "good morning" apparently was very hard to say, maybe because it was on Thanksgiving weekend I guess.The hotel was recently opened, rooms are very clean and nice and love the bathroom, very modern. Breakfast was excellent as well, even though I never saw any employee taking care of the area. Overall was a good experience but service needs to be improved.

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the Choo Choo and I was not disappointed! It’s a very easy, quick walk to the Choo Choo (and Clumpies)! We also walked down to the aquarium (about 1 mile away). There is a Carta station super close by so you can ride the free electric shuttle up and down the main road. The hotel is brand new, really nice, great parking, good breakfast, and super friendly staff. Comfy beds and pillows and very clean! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Easy online reservation-optional text to check-in- Amazing Lobby-Room was updated & extremely clean- My sis- in-law & I came to town for a Concert at “The Signal. Concert Hall” on Choo Choo Ave. We were thinking we wouldn’t feel safe enough to walk there & back at dark but the streets were lit & an easy walk! Breakfast was FREE. Check out at 11am was great! I would stay here again & again! 10 stars.

Check in was easy, and the room was clean. Air conditioner changed back to 72 every day while we were out so the room was hot and had an odor to it when we returned. Breakfast was ok, except there was no meat served on any of the three days we were there.

I checked in late but the desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and quiet. Hot shower, decent water pressure. Breakfast was well maintained and a nice selection. Right in the middle od downtown Chattanooga. Close to everything.
