It was hit or miss with this property. Front desk staff was always friendly, helpful, and polite. Other staff were heard publicly complaining about guests. Room looked clean at first glance, but upon further inspection that wasn't real. Sheets had small black hairs all over (under the top sheet) which seems like maybe they were not changed from previous guest. The tub drained very slowly, so during a normal shower water would fill up half the tub. Elevators had smears and grime wiped all over the floor and on some walls. Carpet in room was very dirty. Breakfast options were great, and there was a lot of seating. Parking was also easy as there were plenty of spaces each night we stayed. This is definitely better than some options in the area, but I'd recommend checking things out when you check in to be sure it fits your expectations.

From the moment we walked in the front desk was attentive. We had a double queen room which was roomy. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good! Loved that they had sausage and gravy. Pool was nice and temp of pool was great. Highly recommend and will stay again

Nothing amazing, stayed 3 nights, breakfast was cold to warm and bland. Room was ok but being on the main road, although back off the riad, could hear the traffic at night, mainly loud cars and motorcycles probably racing. Staff was friendly, hotel a bit outdated. Overall an average stay and doeable. Close enough to drive to the sponge docks easily.

The room was clean, but I’m not sure the AC was not having issues… It was so so loud every time it came on that we had to turn the TV up but then it was too loud when the AC shut off. Just annoying. And it was difficult to find an icemaker that actually worked.

The room was spacious with plenty of room for sitting the luggage and hanging up items. The breakfast was good. Our tub had rust in one area. It would be nice to have a walk in shower (it would also be safer for elderly guests). The toilets sit unbelievably low with no rail to help stand.I find this in all Holiday Inn's where we have stayed. The staff was courteous and helpful. It is our preferred hotel but we be even better with a few improvements suggested above. Thank you!

Walls are paper thin. Stayed on the 2nd floor and could hear conversations outside, heard every car passing on the main road and especially cars in the parking lot. Don't expect a good night's rest.

It was truly one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Ashley checked me in and she was wonderful. When I woke up this morning, all of the staff was friendly and you could see that they cared about putting their best foot forward. The continental breakfast staff asked if my breakfast was good and if it was clean enough. I think my favorite part was when I saw housekeeping employees enter the hotel. They all greeted each other with hugs and warmth and kindness. They were truly happy to be at work and they truly found friendship in their coworkers. It was wonderful to see. The hotel itself was very clean very comfortable. It was perfect.

After explaining the situation that the website routed us to the wrong property and that I had a child with disability. They stood firm on not allowing me to change my reservation. Which lead me to spend 424.00 renting another hotel and now have absolutely no funds. I would never recommend this place there’s such thing as waiving in certain occasions, it was not by choice we was hour away from our destination. And I could not checking to that property.

checked in Jan 26th,sunday,to attend an event,took a shower to find out the tub is clogged up and filled the tub up to our mid calves,but no choice we cant missed the funeral service for a friend,when its my husband’s turn to shower,he slipped and fell in the tub,landed on his back,thank God he didnt hit his gead! reported it to the front desk,who just said “we dont have a maintenance at this time,we have somebody to check it in the morning,came back to the hotel to find iut that the tub didnt drain at all,went again to the desk hoping to get another room but said NO,no room available and we ended up just asking for extra towels for the bathroom floor as water splattered on the floor,she gave us 2 bath mats,the following morning woke up to see the tub still filled with water and ended up not taking a shower ,spoke with the manager who apologized for the inconvenience,and emphasized to her that the experience could have been worst if other people esp elderly would slipped anf fall and die! because of negligence! it gave us a feeling of taken for granted!”

It was mostly pretty good. Pancakes are horrible, flat, fall-apart thin. NO waffles either! Our stay was for 3 weeks and the LOUD air conditioner and ANNOYINGLY LOUD bathroom fan, that wouldn’t stop until light was off, will make me definitely think twice about staying next year! Ladies at Front Desk were not very friendly. Kindof grumpy! Except, for the young lady that works evenings, who always greeted you with a big smile and always asking how your stay was going! Really, would it help others to smile a little!!

Arrived at 4:15pm to check-in and stood at the desk for aminute or two without being greeted or acknowledged (two people at the desk, one helping another customer), then was advised that our room was not ready and would be another 20-30 minutes wait, so we asked if could be moved to a different room. We were given another room, upon entering the room, noticed a fairly strong odd smell, while we got used to it after being in the room for a bit, the smell never went away throughout our stay, everytime we entered the room noticed a strong smell of what kind of smelled like maple syrup. On Sunday morning the breakfast buffet was out of eggs, bacon and coffee without any staff insight. Came back few minutes later and the eggs had been replenished but there was still no coffee, only decaf. It wasn't an awful experience or anything, just not the level of service and experience normally received at Holiday Inn Express.
