The staff at check-in was friendly when we arrived around 11pm. The property is well lit and has a security guard at the entrance so safety did not feel like an issue at all. The room was clean and the A/C was blowing cold. This is an older hotel/motel and you can see the age of the place but it seems well maintained, so I have no complaints. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for somewhere close to Disney, shopping and restaurants, while on a budget. I would stay here again.

Our third stay at this hotel. Great shuttle service to various Disney and Universal type activities nearby. You pay for parking but it is reasonable. The hotel is a little dated in parts but it's not like we spent ages in the room and we a deck and 2 pools on-site I would use it again and recommend it to others.

It was a mom/son trip with my 2 year old we stayed 4 nights and had a blast. The splash area and playground are so much fun and enjoyed. Wish the playground would open before 9 as we are early risers and it's far enough from guest rooms that noise shouldn't be a problem I've been staying at this property for 20 years at least, and always return a few times a year between me and my family booking.

This was such a great find. Its gated with a security booth. They have so many features. Restaurants that offers amazing breakfast buffet and also offer lunch and dinner options. They have a bar with happy hour specials and a game room with a pool table. Great outdoor patio seating with a splash pad water area. Two pools, washer and dryers or have the staff wash for you. I cpuld go on but there is just so many little details i enjoyed. They staff was so pleasant and helpful.

We had liked Rosen Inn at Lake Buena Vista on a previous trip, and was put in the 'renovated' side, but that was old, outlets all loose, hardly any of them, one ice machine broken, 2 out of 3 washing machines down, 2 of 4 dryers down, and even though signs say vending machines on all floors, only saw one on level 1. First day there, put 'do not disturb' sign on the door, then get a call from the desk, as though that was not a good thing. Second to last day, come back to an uncleaned room, only to see on the printout that if they have too many checkouts, we may not get service. Really? On top of it all, they have flyers for the bar/cafe on every elevator and they hand you one, and not one of the price lists is accurate. They charge WAY more now than what's posted. Very disappointed.

I’ve stayed here a few times. It has been great in the past, but this time it was just OK. The property is well manicured, but is only half renovated, so it isn’t cohesive in its appearance. The rooms, as well as the main lobby area need upgrading. Our bathroom door wouldn’t even open all the way, and the amenities are pretty basic. The included shuttle is a great offering, but the first driver had 10 signs telling people to tip (basically a taped piece of paper on every other window), and the second driver was making everyone trash or dump all drinks and snacks before entering the bus. For the price, most of that is to be expected, and I would be inclined to rate higher, except, the bartenders at the bar closed whenever they wanted, and acted annoyed to be of service. It was the weekend, and the bartender kicked everyone out at 9:50, saying they closed at 10. On the website, it says food stops at 10, but the bar stays open as long as there’s demand. The bar had easily 6 or 7 parties, most of whom were enjoying drinks. When we asked to confirm the time, the bartender said she was closing early because it was dead. It was not. She said she’d serve us 1 round, but then we’d have to leave. We declined the round, so as not to inconvenience her, but closing so early on a weekend night is crazy to me. Reception was fine. The girl who checked us in was friendly and accommodating. The location is very good. They just really need to up their game in some key areas.

Lots of lodging choices in Orlando area, but would definitely recommend checking out the Rosen Inn LBV. It is walkable to a selection of restaurants and has a shuttle (buses) to the attractions. Room impeccable, as always, but this time I had time to admire the landscaping. Well done!

This was a nice place to stay. In fairness regarding cleanliness it was probably not worse than other places. Our socks got dirty from the carpets. We have stayed in rooms with wood floors which are easier to keep clean. We stayed 3 nights and ran out of coffee in our room the second day. It was not resupplied for the rest of our stay. Our tissue box was empty the second day and was not replaced. This is not earth shattering but something offered not provided is not truly a benefit to compare to other competitors. To stay in the future there will be a $10.00 parking fee nightly. I have no idea what that is about. The stay met our needs so I am grateful they were there.

The room was dated, and the beds were small for adults, but we could’ve dealt with that. What we couldn’t deal with was the fact that within minutes of being in our room we saw multiple roaches. This made it hard for us to sleep throughout the night. I don’t think we’ll be staying here ever again.

We stayed at this property 2 yrs ago and so I figured we'd come back....wish we hadn't. Our door wouldnt open or close without us struggling with it, the hair dryer handle got too hot to hold while drying my hair, we saw 2 roaches in the room, refrigerator wouldnt get cold, room smelled like mildew, carpet was sticky and lumpy, microwave didnt work and we had to take out our own trash on our 3rd day here. We will not ne staying again.

It was average I guess, the location is good, the front desk was nice. It’s right next to the freeway so it’s loud. The room seemed old and didn’t flow well. The fridge and microwave is in the bathroom so that’s gross and makes it tight to get ready.

We were on the road side and the traffic noise at night was horrible, during the day it was not horrible because the traffic was congested and so not a lot of noise. The room was clean but the beds were hard and the pillows were super small.

The beds were comfortable, staff were excellent and it was centrally located with cheap uber drives to the theme parks & restaurants. (The shuttle service the hotel provides are not to all the parks and are inconvenient times.) The two complaints I have are: 1. The noise: we were on the highway side and it was extremely noisy all night. I also tend to sleep with a fan on for the white noise - and the fan in the AC unit of this hotel was not a loud white noise like in most hotels - so you hear traffic all night long. 2. The wifi: it was great down in the lobby, but where our room was (1517 & 1502) it was horrible. My kids like going on devices for a short bit before bed and we struggled with it.

Stayed here many times and for the first time had a room facing the busy I4 roadway. It is very noisy traffic and noticeable in the rooms. Effectively 50% of users will face this. This would stop me using the hotel which otherwise provides good value for money. Extensive external upgrades over last couple of years. Hopefully the room internals will be next as they are looking a little old and gloomy.

Came for a night..came in later since, We flight was delayed… & wasn’t able to have breakfast or dinner due to places being closed. ;-( Check in // needs some IMPROVEMENT….. Especially, if your not from the area not knowing the area..since, your one of your main elevators is out and had to explore Your whole area to Find out our room From Local Customers who Staying there. No workers around to assist! So sad! Where is the customer service here!

Dinner on site was terrible. Honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had… even for a buffet. Staff was friendly for the most part, but we had to ask multiple times for a crib that we were told would be brought to our room, then when I called back they said no one was aware. AC in room did not run consistently.(it was not on auto, we set it to continuous to try to get it to work) Honestly would not stay here again.

Housekeeping cracked my computer screen. There are very few outlets in the room: 1 near water, 1 in a lamp on the desk that requires the light to be on to charge, 1 on the night stand (where we had a cPap plugged in). The only other one was behind the bed near the floor. I plugged my laptop in there, and stood it up vertically (& visibly), inside a bag, between the chair and the bed. Housekeeping shoved the shoes under the chair, and cracked the computer screen (presumably with a vacuum). The hotel refused to compensate us for the damages and blamed us for not using the desk.

I have stayed on this property many times and this was by far the worst. We were woken up by house keeping in check out day at 9am and she proceed to come back multiple times in the next hour. It clearly stated that check out was at 11am. The multiple disruptions made my family and I very uncomfortable. It was also uncalled for when it was 2 hours before check out.

As a loyal guest at Rosen Inn, I unfortunately had an uncomfortable experience once I approached my room after check in. Our room door was unlocked and propped open. Due to safety concerns, Aric in the front desk, kindly changed the room. I’ve stayed in the property many times in the last 6 years for numerous nights at a time, this was by far the 1st time I’ve experienced this situation.

First time staying at this Rosen inn and we lovee it here so close to the parks and so many good options within walking distance for food and entertainment it was awesome. The beds was a little to soft for me but that's me. The room was clean and quiet. We liked the breakfast buffet a lot reasonable price and lots of opinions and kids under 5 eat free which was awesome. Most likely making this out go to hotel whenever we are in Orlando

The property was pretty. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The rooms were SUPER clean and well maintained. I have only ONE complaint and that’s that there’s no freezer section in the mini fridge. My daughter is diabetic and I need to pack her food when we go to the parks and this was the ONLY downfall of this property. Won’t deter me from staying again, though. I loved this hotel!

First, the travel package did not include breakfast, so I purchased the breakfast option on the Expedia website during my reservation. However, upon arrival, I was informed that only a "grab-and-go" breakfast was available, not the buffet as expected. This was not specified on the website. My request for a refund was denied, and my family was not even permitted to dine in the restaurant. Second, while the check-in clerk was polite and professional, other staff members seemed unhelpful and unwilling to assist, like they were doing a favor for providing basic information and service. Stayed as part of a school tour group. Great hotel, awesome front desk service, easy free parking, no issues with elevators, covered walkways between buildings, breakfast buffet decent, healthier snacks-fruit, hummus, cheese etc in the convenience store inside the lobby available late night. Reasonably close to Universal/Disney. I have been to both Universal/Disney many times, always stayed on site, for my first experience off site-this wasn't bad. The only thing I did not care for is the carpet in the room, due to be replaced.

Stayed one night. Was a late checkin with no issues. Place looked good from what i seen at night and morning. Pools. Stores and restaurant. Buffet breakfast was good selection and taste. Friendly service at desk and buffet. Room was clean. Didn’t have time to walk the outside area so not sure what was around. Stayed the night and left for port canaveral the next morning. Wifi was free and worked pretty good too. Would return.
