The hotel was absolutely perfect. First, it feels brand new, everything is nice and upgraded. Second, the entire place is well decorated to a little detail. Starting with perfectly aligned lamps in the hall, centerpieces on the tables, absolutely amazing paintings on the walls around the place ( they looked original, not cheap prints), very stylish leather couches in the lobby and so on. The view from the lobby and breakfast area is breathtaking. Breakfast was perfect to my taste with vegetables as one of the options and good coffee. We were also notified to see northern lights when sky cleared up and were able to see it for the first time right from our window.

Stayed in the Aurora cabin and it was incredible. Private and cozy. Gorgeous Auroras and falling stars. Bathroom was beautiful. Floors heated throughout. The main Inn was beautiful too. Nice ambiance. Nice bar area with nice sitting area. We did not eat at the resturant, but wished we would of because it looked lovely and the dinner look good ( private Christmas party). Service was excellent. Very clean. Breakfast included was adequate. Wished we would of booked extra night. I highly recommend. Best place we stayed in Iceland.

Nice property out of the way. If not for cloud cover would have been perfect for the Northern Lights.

We loved our stay and your hotel. My only suggestion is to consider preserving an area for viewing the Aurora and the night sky. the area back by the hot tub would work well if the lights were changed to minimize the light interference.
