Nice place for vacation stay

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was courteous, professional, and very helpful.

Overall good place with great location. Breakfast was amazing! The room had a bit of a smell. We checked in later in the evening and lady at the registration was annoyed with our presence. But other staff was quite courteous and polite. Peloton bikini the gym was broken. Close walk to a wonderful beach

Breakfast was very good but cold each day. Furniture was worn out and looked really bad, not what we’re used to at Embassy. One day we were notified the water in the entire hotel would be turned off from 11:00 pm-6:00 am because of testing the pipes.?? Embassy Suites is one of our favorite hotels but this experience was a little disappointing.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Embassy Suites in Destin Florida Miramar. Unfortunately, this property did not live up to the standards I expect from the Embassy Suites brand. The hotel was advertised as being on the water, which it is not. Additionally, the pool was closed for the majority of our stay during spring break, which is completely unacceptable given that this is one of the busiest times of the year. To make matters worse, the water was shut off for two separate nights during our stay. The hotel was completely sold out, yet management still chose to conduct maintenance during peak spring break season, which significantly impacted the guest experience. I typically do not request refunds, but due to the number of issues we experienced, I believe compensation is warranted in this situation.
