Voor een grote auto is het niet handig om in de garage te parkeren van het hotel, het is te krap. Wel is er voldoende parkeergelegenheden in de omgeving. Wij hebben gekozen voor een garage vanwege de extra veiligheid. Prima loopafstand. Voor de rest was het hotel uitstekend en is al het personeel gastvriendelijk! Heerlijke eten met hun 5 restaurants en bar beneden. Heel mooi en kleurrijk, alles is schoon!!!! SCHOON SCHOON SCHOON. Geweldige sfeer in het hotel en ook goed beveiligd in de avond. Met 3 haltes met de metro in het centrum of anders 7 min rijden! Hou je van wandelen? 20 min wandelen en dan ben je in het centrum. De buurt heeft kappers, haarwinkels, kerk, supermarken, genoeg restaurants of alleen voor je koffie, maar dat kan dus ook in het hotel als je niet naar buiten wilt.

Very friendly and helpful staff, theres a bar and restaurants within the building so easy to get food and drink if you dont want to go far. Lille is very walkable, however the hotel is within 2 mins walk of a metro station too.

I stayed with my three sons for a week here and it felt so comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome and it was such a fun place and at other times a great place to hang out and play table football. Would defo consider staying here again! ✨

Nice ”hipster” Hotel with foodcourt and nice Bar. In evenings a lot of young people having drinks, which was very nice. Rooms are noise proof, i did not hear any noise. Service and breakfast excellent and friendly. This is good price/quality Hotel.

Out of the 3 rooms we had booked, 1 was incredibly noisy due to a late night event on and impacted my friends sleep considerably, another had a leak in the bathroom of unclean looking water which meant she didn't want to shower. The hotel smelt of drains unfortunately in common areas. The late night event was a real disappointment as the noise made a one night stay on a quick trip unpleasant. Surprised events that loud can run that late without better soundproofing.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. The location is within easy walking distance of many local areas of interest and lots of shopping. The room itself was very clean, but tiny. Tiny may be somewhat of an understatement to be honest. They have made the most with economy of space, but that did not leave much room for simply moving around in the room. There also was no place to sit in the room unless you want to sit on the bed which was essentially on the floor.

We had a very pleasant stay at Jost. The staff were friendly and the food hall had great options to choose from. Breakfast could have been better. If you are not in by 9am, many of the options are already gone and are not being replenished. You have to cook your own eggs and waffles. The room was nice and clean, but no storage/wardrobe in the standard double. It could get quite chilly at the night, the windows are not well insulated and the aircon turns itself off during the night, so we had to get up and turn it on again. The parking is very convenient, but extremely narrow and tight, so a big suv would struggle to navigate through. We drove an Audi Q5 and it was already a bit too snug. The hotel is within walking distance to the central parts of Lille. It took us around 10-15 min to get to the Christmas market. Overall, a nice stay, thank you for having us.

Tof hotel met een hippe foodcourt en een heerlijk, zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet! Kleine maar gezellige en propere standaardkamer. 10-15 min wandelen naar de Place de la Republique. Veel kleine eettentjes in de straat achter het hotel. Wij hadden onze auto gratis geparkeerd aan metrohalte CHU Eurasanté en dan de metro genomen tot metrohalte Gambetta (3 min wandelen naar het hotel). De buurt rond metrostation Gambetta is wat sjofeler, maar vlak rond het hotel is daar niks van te merken. Het hotel is echt een aanrader voor die prijs!

Je voyage beaucoup et cet hôtel m’a offert la pire des expériences : malgré le paiement de ma chambre via Hotels.com, JOST m’a fait payer une seconde fois (en affirmant que je ne l’avais pas fait). Pendant PLUS d’UN MOIS, malgré des appels quotidiens, des relances, des demandes d’explications, l’hôtel refuse de me rembourser : « la manager n’est pas là », « le directeur n’est pas disponible », « le comptable n’a pas encore donné son accord ». Une perte de temps, où l’incompétence règne avec la malhonnêteté. N’y dépensez pas votre argent, surtout!

Séjour totalement décevant. Nous avions réservé une chambre normale, avec salle de bain et toilettes — rien d’extravagant, juste le minimum. Résultat : une box sans sanitaires, ni plus ni moins. Pour avoir une vraie chambre, on nous a réclamé me montant de la chambre en prix supplémentaires ! Après une soirée gâchée, et un changement de chambre à… 2h du matin, on nous a enfin “fait un geste”. Un geste tardif, et loin de compenser le désagrément. J’ai ensuite fait une réclamation : plus de 8 jours pour recevoir une réponse, qui n’était en réalité qu’un récapitulatif de réservation que je n’avais jamais vu. Aucune excuse. Pas une once d’empathie. Rien. Franchement ? C’est prendre le client pour un simplet. Je déconseille fortement. 👎

Very friendly staff, super comfy bed. Love the library of books in the bedroom! It's a very basic hotel room but clean and comfy, all you need as a base to explore. The bar and food court is a fun place that puts on various events throughout the month.

I cannot say enough good things about the incredible, helpful staff at this property! I arrived for the Olympics and the property was brand new! I stayed for about a week. Rooms were quiet and pristinely clean. They have several different room types to choose from. They kindly gave me the best view of Lille! Having food court is super convenient. But the staff and management went above and beyond! They were there around the clock whatever help I needed they were there. Thank you so much!

The receptionist gave us a very warm and friendly welcome when we arrived and showed us around the food court area. As long as you’re okay with a 20 minute walk into the centre of Lille where everything is then this a great hotel to stay in. We found it to be clean and quiet with an array of food options in the food court.

Hôtel au concept unique: plusieurs restaurants, bar, décoration fun, espace détente avec jeux de société et livres divers à disposition. chambre pas très grande mais bien pensée où chaque chose est à sa place avec livres à disposition. Des soirées spectacles sont également organisées. Un personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Bref vaut le détour.
