It had everything. The location to lift was unbelievable. I rented my skis there, bought lift tickets and didn’t have to leave to get anything as everything was available. Starbucks, hot tubs, indoor outdoor swimming. You name it, they have it.

Amazing location right next to the lifts. Stop for the free breck transit buses is just right outside next to the lift as well which really worked out great to get around town since I needed to go grocery shopping. The room was very spacious with a full kitchen. There are restaurants in the hotel, but I can't say much for dining as I just took the free city bus to the city market grocery store. The room was clean except the toilet had BM stain and the bathroom smelled of it. Minus 1 star for cleanliness, but still 5 stars overall.

We loved our stay at Beaver Run (building 3). The layout of the resort amenities and rental units is perfect! Ski rentals right by ski slope & lift was super convenient. We also loved that the ski locker storage unit for our room was slopeside. It made the beginning and ending of ski days super easy. On-site restaurants, shops, and Starbucks was a plus. Jacuzzi and indoor pool and saunas were nice way to end a ski day. We used the resort bus to go down-town every day. We had on-site parking at building 3 and only used our car to go on outside activities (dog sledding, snowmobiling, etc). Loved this resort and would highly recommend.

We really appreciated all of the amenities that the resort offered especially the multiple pools and hot tubs and we had fun playing mini golf and other games at the arcade. Our room setup was odd! When you walked in you were basically in the bedroom in the suite. Our room was also very hot and despite opening the windows (it was cold outside at night), there was zero airflow. And we didn’t have a balcony either. Parking was a bit of a pain but distance to Main Street was a bonus. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would have appreciated our room being a bit cooler. Oh…and our shower door was broken too. My kids were worried about getting trapped so reluctant to use it.

We love this place because it's pet friendly. It definitely needs some updating! You can tell in the hallways and by the pool that things need to be renovated, but it's a great location. The pool was closed on a Saturday, which was kind of a bummer for us... parking is expensive!-

The property and amenities were very good. The building is a maze! Finding parking in the garage was a challenge. The sofa bed was not comfortable, can feel the springs from the mattress.

I liked the location.. But I did not like the old updated I also was very shocked how the work out room “gym” was so filthy the floor mats work out balls were super dirty that they had a dark tent too it I was pretty disgusted.

Very small and outdated rooms kids didnt feel safe , furniture was brocken bed sheets was so durty , carpet was nasty and durty. Mold in the showers never will stay there . T.v was very mall from 1930 walls are very durty smell in the room .

Check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean and very nice. The hotel is wonderful. When we had an issue with the TV, a maintenance staff member came within 10 minutes and fixed everything right away.

The satellite tv service did not work for our entire night. Called twiced to get it fixed. Maintenance showed up two hours later and did not speak English. Also, shower did not drain, I'm assuming clogged full of hair. How is it possible after it gets cleaned everyday, the cleaning crew does not report this?

There were several problems regarding the suite. Things needed to be fixed. Things needed to be cleaned. Several things did not work. Staff were unhelpful and difficult to communicate with. Provided excuses and never took care of things that needed attention. The heating unit did not work. It was considered to be off, yet it was extremely hot and uncomfortable in the unit. There were very few kitchen utensils, unable to cook a meal. Trim was hanging and fell off the door. Spiderwebs present along with lots of dust. Did not get daily linen changes, supposedly the housekeeping washer and dryer were not working and so they were short on towels not to mention staff. The bathtub was clogged on the very first day and we could not use the shower for three days. The hallways and elevators were always dirty and not well vacuumed. TV’s were very small and the internet connection was terrible. Difficult to watch an entire show/movie. *** I would like to have a customer service representative call to further discuss concerns about the property. Thank you.

Stayed here for a night while touring the mountains to see fall leaves. We stayed here because of the affordable cost compared to other places in Breck and other mountain towns nearby. We were pleasantly delighted by this place--they call it a resort though we didn't utilize many of the amenities they offered. We stayed in the studio unit with 1 bed and living room area--it was SO clean (probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in!) and well-stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. The location is great--we likely could have walked to downtown for dinner, though we opted not to. Parking in the surface lots was tricky but we were able to park in the underground lot no problem. Great place, wish we could've stayed longer!

The property was in a good location and close to Main Street (10 min walk). The property was huge. It was clean and comfortable. It did seem like it was slightly older but we enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely book again.

Really nice suite with a view. Everything was clean and comfortable. Being able to cook saved us money. And we didn’t really need the shuttle, as the walk to town was easy. 2 things I would like to point out. 1: There is a parking fee. Why? Who is hiking or riding their bike to this hotel? Just include 1 vehicle in the nightly rate. 2: Although AC is not needed in most of Colorado, during our visit, the high was 66, lows at night in the 40’s. We had the balcony door open all night and it was still 70 degrees inside. I would worry about being there when it’s hot as there is no cross ventilation in the room. Some sort of attic fan to draw in cold air would negate the unnecessary need for AC. Would return for the great amenities and location. Just hope it doesn’t get too hot at night.

Felt like we did not matter at all to the property. No AC, the little thing that makes a lot of noise in the room was supposed to be an AC. The television kept getting disconnected from their internet so it was not worth keeping on.

Check in was ok. There was only 1 gentleman working and a long line. We waited 30 mins to check in with easily 5 more families behind us. Room is actually a rented out condo so pictures will be very different than what you book. Loved having a kitchen. But our suite did have some major issues. Over the bed it looks like there was or is a water leak. Many outlets have cracks around them, and the bathroom had weird separation in the bathroom with tiles that probably have mold up in them. Same tiles are in the kitchen that have water spots. We only slept in the king bed which was super comfy but there’s ZERO AC or air circulation. Which we didn’t realize. So it gets HOT and then they don’t like the windows or doors left open and that barely gets the air circulating. Pots and pans are definitely old and old teflon coating which should be replaced. Kitchen knives are super dull. They give basics and just salt and pepper. Decor looks like it needs to be replaced as well.

Beaver Run Resort was a little outdated in our experience. We reserved a room with a king bed and upon arriving at the room, we found two queen beds. The decor of the room was all mismatched. Since there was no air conditioning, there was a fan we ran all night and that was okay.

HOT HOT HOT! We had a tough time during our stay due to the heat. Even with outside temperatures dropping to 40°F at night and the window wide open, the apartment just wouldn’t cool down. It was not really warm outside either, mid 70s. The layout is quite unusual, the bedroom is located at the back of the apartment, right by the entrance and far from the window. This means the cool air doesn’t reach the sleeping area, and the heat just gets trapped back there. On top of that, the bedroom is right next to the hallway, so we could hear everything going on outside. It made it really difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

In a six night stay, our room was never cleaned. Two of the day, we got no new towels or trash removed. House keeping would tell us they would do something then never show up or do it. Front desk and house keeping might as well be two different companies- they cannot communicate. The hot tubs are gross and were over run with kids running from tub to tub. All the staff were foreign and were the kindest, hard working people. They seemed way over worked but were eager to please. They need about 3X the staff to run the place.

Although once inside the complex, the signage is excellent. However, to find the guest check-in is a little bit of a challenge. I might suggest some better signage for people to park and to nowhere to go into check-in. Another positive is that my car didn’t start the morning. I needed to leave and they came and boosted it without charge. That is fantastic customer service!

Book here as a Colorado Resident all the time. Wife broke her foot so we couldn’t come up for our normal weekend. Hotels.com and Beaver run took the liberty of not allowing their frequent customer to push the stay to another day. Took my $1500 for 2 nights and told me to pound sand. Very likely they rented my room to someone else anyway as these are almost always sold out, and for a premium. I would rather stay at the Motel 6, 30 miles away and drive, pay for parking, walk to the lift than book here or through hotels.com again. I’ve used this app and stayed at this very hotel multiple times. Never again, the service experience alone should be enough to for anyone to avoid. Highly *don’t* recommend. Prices are just a gouge of your pocket, hotel is fine but rooms definitely do not match the price. Obviously being a multiple booking customer per year and local family doesn’t matter. You book a month or 2 out and they still stick you with the non refundable purchase. I’ve never had to change our reservation so I’ve always just closed my eyes and accepted they are going to gouge me for $700/night. After this experience, I’m out.

The two things good about the hotel - The rooms were really nice and the location was outstanding. Its a convention center so very big. It took multiple elevator to get to room. The hotel itself is old and dated. The ski area is right next Door so everything was close by and conveniently located. There was a market to get Starbucks which was nice. Couple of ok restaurants inside. Everything else was pretty bad. Checkin process was terrible. We were given room 4331. When we went to the room keys didn’t work. Called up front desk and was told our room is in a different building 2. The employees were not friendly, sometimes rude. seemed like they are not paid well and they couldn’t care about the guests. The ski locker keys did not work so we had to carry and store our ski equipment at the lobby every day. The room was not cleaned on time. Had to call everyday evening to get someone to come and clean.the cleaning lady was super rude.

I thought all the staff from check-in to maid service was exceptional, very pleasant. I had an extremely bad incident trying to check out. I gave a staff member a $20 tip to get my suitcases down to the lobby (I hurt my knee skiing). An hour later, my suitcases are not downstairs. The front desk employee was rude and not helpful. I finally corralled someone else and insisted he retrieve my luggage. Bus arrived, no suitcases. Fortunately the luggage came before I was stranded. I could not control the temperature in my room at night. I guess everyone had theirs turned up, so mine was up too.

Older property- there are newer ones surrounding. Ski in and out. No kitchen in basic rooms. Several hot tubs and large pool. Fun property to explore. Covered paid parking available.

The housekeeping was the best part of this property. The game room had a number of machines that didn’t work and we paid $20 for two sodas and a pack of gum (come on, really?) at the Sky Mart.

We really enjoyed this resort but were a bit let down that the restaurant/bar were closed until June 1st. Why have most everything operational but not that. We felt like we did not get our monies worth since all amenities were NOT available and the price should have been much lower because of this.

My family and I had a great stay at the Beaver Run, nice location, friendly staff, awesome pool and hot tubs, comfortable rooms and very affordable! I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant Spencer that is inside the Hotel, slow service, no buffet on Saturday morning, food was mediocre as well

Good staff, clean, housekeeping doesn't bother constantly like some other places. Ski in-out is fantastic. Pool areas are great. Only experienced con was the door keys stopped working multiple times, but security was quick to bring us new keys. The price of lift tickets in Breck has become outrageous, but that's reality. Not the resort's fault. Breakfast on weekdays was laughable. Otherwise a good experience.

I like the old school lodge style the rooms were very nice and clean great views everything you need onsite. Spencers restaurant was a disappointment for the price I expected much better tasting food.

The room is nice, but some areas need some care, there were part of the walls had been damaged showing drywall. The pillows were the worst part of everything they were small and too soft, unless you folded them then they were hard as a rock. The food was a good but a little limited, I ate a slice of pizza and it was grate, so the next night I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was just ok nothing like the day before.

Appreciate the space we had in the Colorado Suite. Location is so convenient to walk to Main Street but also have a shuttle on-demand into town. Very nice staff (thank you Kelly!). Great Friday night barbeque (thank you Omar) with music.
