The condo was very comfortable and located steps from Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift. The hot tubs, pool, gym, sauna, and rec room were awesome! Just wish I had better water pressure foe the shower. But hey, you can’t have it all! Highly recommend this place!

Location was great, base on peak 9. Health club was great. We enjoyed the hot tubs, sauna and steam room. No parking onsite - we had to park 0.5 mile away and take a bus. Our wine was not in room upon arrival but they fixed this quickly with a phone call.

Lots of construction going on but it was a great place to stay. Rooms were huge and pool/hot tub were great. Would definitely recommend as it is close to shops and dining.

We stayed for two nights for a family vacation. Hotel is currently going through a complete renovation and unfortunately it does impact the stay. There is scaffolding all around the building and in front of all windows. The hallways was covered in plastic/paper. The building doesn't have central air and out window would only open around 5 inches. The pool had a few parts closed for constuction but was not a problem. Unfortunately the power went out for 3 hours in the morning and an hour in the afternoon, which wasn't their fault. I'm sure this is an excellent location but the construction put a damper on our visit. The staff was nice, quick check in and the room was nice. The assistant manager was. Ery nice. The location was great and very close to everything.

This is a nice 3 star hotel, very well located, very close to peak 9 base and two blocks from the Main Street with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel is old but well maintained and I was lucky to have my apartment with a Mountain View. Rikya, the night receptionist was fantastic. My only complaint was about the swimming pool and surrounding area. The water wasn’t heated and the area was kind of cold. The jacuzzi also was outside the cover area. Overall is a great hotel regardless the swimming pool issue.

We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town.

We rented a 3 bedroom premier condo for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We traveled with multiple families and were able to see different rooms within the complex. We would highly recommend upgrading to the premier and additional rooms if able. We loved the amount of space and the kids had large rooms with their own bathrooms. We had a small but full kitchen with amenities. The condo was very clean and updated but did show some wear. The only thing we would change would be a bigger balcony (ours was big enough for one folding chair). Otherwise, great property, friendly staff, plenty of parking in the garage, and our family loved the pool/game area.

Extra fees at check in not mentioned on your website. First room they gave us smelled awful, the white carpet was dirty and the bed was not made. No air conditioner….ive never had to ask at any property I stay at in the mountains whether or not the room had AC. The second room had same issues but at least the bed was made. My wife and I spent money on candles to try and make room bearable. Charging for parking was an insult after the fact. $200 deposit for incidentals on a room where you can’t literally do anything is ridiculous. With all the construction all over the place including protective sheeting in the elevator along with rolled out floor protection in the hallways sure doesn’t scream hospitality to me. What an awful place to stay. My wife and I slept on top of bed in our clothes because we were afraid whether or not the sheets were actually cleaned. The smell was just hard to describe. My wife and I would have fought more on site but we were so tired and just didn’t have the energy. I guess it goes to show you can find garbage anywhere…including Breckenridge. I have never openly complained about an accommodation but I guess there is always a first.

Great place, right in the centre of Breckenridge which has plenty of restaurants, shops etc. Spotlessly clean with fully equipped kitchen, really comfortable bed. Kids used the sofa bed and slept well. Gorgeous view of the mountains from our room too. Definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean and spacious, rooms had every toiletry you would need and paper products. Kitchen was well equipped to cook and clean up after yourself. Laundry rooms on every floor. Noise level was non existent - rooms quiet, views amazing. All amenities were great for family time and TVs in each room. Enough towels blankets and pillows. Bed was super comfy! Loved our stay, we come every year and this time was our most cozy time. Also very walkable to the plaza and restaurants art boutiques.front desk amazing!

OOld and beat up, the room was not clean; there was hair all over the floor upon arrival and the floor felt like there was a layer of dirt on it. there was no hot water for a full day; meanwhile, temperatures outside were below 0. The heater in the room barely worked; we had to turn the burners on the stove just to warm the room up.

The potable electric fan was extremely noisy. The room was stuffy so we turned on the potable fan which was so extremely noisy that we could not sleep with it on. The pillows on the bed were cheap and extremely uncomfortable.

“Had a wonderful stay at this condo in Breckenridge! The room was spacious—definitely the biggest one-bedroom I’ve stayed in here—with two full bathrooms and two large balconies. The only downside was that the balconies faced the back of Gravity Haus, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The dishwasher was broken, but the staff kindly offered to wash any dishes we used. The televisions were super easy to navigate, which was a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay!”

Location was great. Can walk to everything. It is under construction so halls were covered with Ram board. When in unit and open window, the exterior roof is filled with scaffolding and quite the eye soar. The room was clean and updated. However, wow was this small! Bathroom & kitchen area are good size, but living and bed area are tiny. Common areas including rec room and hot tub were great!

The best part about this place is the location. It's walkable and the onsite parking is so easy! Our condo was nice. No AC but it's not needed as tons of windows and mountain air.

Due to staffing shortages the check-in is at a completely different property. We arrived around 745 pm after a full day of traveling and had to go to another building to check in then go back to our booked property about a half mile away. Unload our luggage, walk around the building and our keys did not work. We had to wait for another staff member about 10 mins to let us in our room. We had to hurry and find a quick place for dinner because most places close by 9 pm. We came back from dinner and our keys were still not working. Nobody at front desk. Had to call again and they had our name spelled wrong on the key card to check in. Took another almost 10 mins to get this sorted out. Completely unacceptable for a premium property. Would like some discount or compensation for this huge hassle.

The room was in good shape although the furniture was dated and overall it needs to be renovated. I wish they had told us ahead of time that there is no maid service included, as you have to pay to get your room cleaned The software they use instead of physical key/card to access your room, elevator, and amenities has a lot of issues. It logged us out a few times and we had issues to make it work. We had a TERRIBLE experience with a lady in the front desk, which happens to be the worst customer service experience we have ever had in our lives. My wife was having issues with the app to enter the room so she went to the lobby and asked for help, the lady yelled at her (literally yelled in a very rude manner) and told her the reason was that we had checked out from the hotel (we had 2 more nights left). My wife showed her our reservation and she again started yelling at her telling her that sometimes the system fails and that she needed to try again. My wife then asked if she tried again and didn't work again, would she need to make a line again so she could get assistance and the lady yelled at her again telling her that she had to make the line. My wife's cousin asked for her name and she yelled at him and said she would call security. Needless to say, I was very upset after that and talked to the Manager and to the lady who also yelled at me and made me lose my temper and cursed at her. Things escalated for no reason if the lady hadn't been so rude to a customer.

I wish they had told us ahead of time that there is no maid service included, as you have to pay to get your room cleaned The software they use instead of physical key/card to access your room, elevator, and amenities has a lot of issues. It logged us out a few times and we had issues to make it work. We had a TERRIBLE experience with a lady in the front desk, which happens to be the worst customer service experience we have ever had in our lives. My wife was having issues with the app to enter the room so she went to the lobby and asked for help, the lady yelled at her (literally yelled in a very rude manner) and told her the reason was that we had checked out from the hotel (we had 2 more nights left). My wife showed her our reservation and she again started yelling at her telling her that sometimes the system fails and that she needed to try again. My wife then asked if she tried again and didn't work again, would she need to make a line again so she could get assistance and the lady yelled at her again telling her that she had to make the line. My wife's cousin asked for her name and she yelled at him and said she would call security. Needless to say, I was very upset after that and talked to the Manager and to the lady who also yelled at me and made me lose my temper and cursed at her. Things escalated for no reason if the lady hadn't been so rude to a customer.

When I arrived at check out I was charged $40.00 more than what I reserved and paid for the room. Why? and I expect a refund. Then it took us two hours to get in the room as the electric door locks would not work. There was no one at the hotel to help us so we had to drive several miles away to get help with our room door. One of our worse experiences with a hotel room.

From the front desk being closed and having to go to another property to check in, the "smart lock" app that didn't work leaving us waiting for someone to bring a key card, to the garage exit that closed really quickly after depositing tag in the drop box, leaving us waiting for someone to let us out--this fairly nice property, a good room at a good price, was ruined by the stupidly flawed electronic access gizmos.

You can't beat the location. Park underground and walk everywhere in town. Right next to The Maggie base area.Individually owned condos, ours was beautiful with a balcony and gorgeous view! Front desk staff were incredibly helpful!

Village at Breckenridge Resort was a perfect place for our family of 6 to stay off season. The setup was accommodating with 2 bedrooms, a pullout couch and 2 bathrooms. We loved that the resort was walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping in town, as well as the gondolas.

I really like the fact that the hotel was in the heart of everything. The restaurants was 20 feet away. Parking was a bit much $50 a night, which was not included in the room price.

Good location for Main Street in Breck. You don’t need your car if you stay in town. Parking at the property is $25/day IF you can get a space. We had to park in a gravel lot, but it was free. There are cookies at night in the lobby; the pool is small.

Receptionist was not friendly. But all good there was construction around pool area. Arcade room isn’t what I expected nonetheless it was fine (3 Machines). I love coffee all day long couldn’t get that, everything closed after 730ish and no coffee in lobby. Shower has blinds (great perk) but haven’t been dusted in a while

Great location and amenities for families with little kids. The pool and splash pad are great, easy hiking from hotel to trails. Parking at the hotel was sold out when we got there but we were able to get a spot the next day. Checking in was kind of lengthy and there was a long line and only 2 people in the front desk.
