Free parking was available but limited. Great location to where I needed to be. Staff was nice.

As always it's a good place to stay close to everything and there's free parking. Keep in mind that there are only 11 parking spaces and 22 rooms. Therefore it's a first come first serve. But it's free !!!

Clean room and nice decor. Peaceful and convenient location. Parking is “available”technically, but highly limited.

Great budget motel when you need to stay for a couple nights. Close to Folsom bars/clubs/nightlife, nearby dining options and close to public transportation. Friendly staff and limited parking available. Off-street parking is also available, just have to keep an eye out for street cleaning dates/times. Close to freeway on/off ramps, however, noise is not an issue. Recommend for sure.

We walked from the Inn to the ballpark, which was a nice evening stroll to and from. We checked in early so we got a parking spot. Parking is very limited, so it could be a problem if you arrive late for check in.

This property has parking, but it is extremely limited and difficult to get a parking spot. While the room itself was clean and looked modern, the surrounding area felt rather unsafe. I saw a lot of homeless people in the parking lot. The WiFi also did not work properly and the shower did not work either. Staff was also rude to me when I needed assistance with my room key.

Smelled like cigarettes and mold

Everything was dirty. The water would take for ever to go down in the shower and the sink. The walls are thin and we could hear everything next door. The bed was very uncomfortable. The remote in the room didn’t fully work. Not enough parking.

Staff was friendly. Room had water damage and mold in the bathroom in multiple places. The ceiling was falling down in the shower. Not exaggerating family of house flippers. They dont give you blankets until you ask for them. Pretty expensive for people defacating outside our room on the sidewalk.

Room was disgusting. Smelled horribly of mildew masked by heavy cleaners. Even with the cleaner smell, everything was dirty. Toilet had urine on it, bathtub was very dirty. The bed was literally collapsing in the center. Light fixtures falling out of the ceiling and off the walls. The parking lot is terrible. Linens smelled like they'd been sitting in a dusty closet for months. Overall just terrible. Avoid this place at all costs. The only good thing was the gentleman at the front desk. Very friendly, respectful and helpful.

There was stain on the bathroom door by the light. There are also stain on the towels.

Very clean and walking distance to Giants game

I enjoyed my stay here while visiting SF. Well managed for a small hotel rooms are clean. And parking is directly outside your window I don’t even think homeowners have that perk

The Bay Bridge Inn is centrally located , nice friendly staff. However the carpet looks like it has not been steam cleaned ever. There are large stains in the carpet and there's a large sticky spot at the foot of the bed. The exhaust fan in the bathroom makes a continuous high pitched noise that is so loudly high pitched I would use the shower in the dark...

The room isn t bad- actually better than expected. However, the parking is scarce and the walls are PAPER thin. We heard people all night long. But the staff was nice at check in and its location is excellent and convenient.

It's not a luxury hotel, but it's a fairly priced and affordable hotel that's clean with a professional staff. I wouldn't say the staff is warm and friendly, but they are professional and responsible. My biggest complaint is that the wifi is weak. Thankfully, they let me move rooms to be closer to the main wifi router, but even after moving, the wifi was still too weak for a Zoom call. Thus, I had to do a Zoom call standing up for an hour in a corner of the small lobby, where the wifi was strongest. The parking lot is small with only a few parking spaces; after parking my car, I took Uber/Lyft around town to avoid losing my parking space. The TV in my room was unplugged from the cable/DirecTV - I'm guessing the previous guest unplugged the TV to plug in an Apple TV, Roku, XBox, etc. - but the front desk clerk happily reconnected the TV for me. I believe the hotel uses cheap mattresses, but I was able to sleep fine. The bathrooms are small but sufficient and clean. I would stay here again if I'm looking for a bargain in San Francisco. If you like to be really warm at night, bring an extra blanket!

I have been staying at Bay Bridge Inn on work related trips for the last 2 years. The rooms are spacious, always clean and well maintained. I like that the rooms have refrigerator and coffee machine. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I will stay here again. However there are a few things that I wish the management would make note of. The internet is atrocious. There is no reason to offer a pathetic service like this in 2024. Second, the place can be noisy at night or early in the morning because of heavy equipment operating outside or because of hoodlums shouting right across the rooms for no reason. Finally, the check-in procedure is awfully long and painful. I am sure these things can be improved for a better experience for the guests.

Room was clean and comfortable but I would suggest getting an upstairs room, because that was my only mistake was getting a downstairs room, The room above me was extremely loud but when I did call the front desk to complain they took my complaint seriously and called immediately and they did everything they could to get it to quiet down. The staff was very helpful and kind. I ended up staying a second night here.

Super thin walls, not easy to sleep, and the tv didn't work. Parking is limited, and difficult

The location of the hotel is not ideal. It is hard to find. The room needs repairs from bubbling drywall in the shower to the blinds being all broken letting light through. There was so much noise upstairs and outside in the parking lot all night. I was not able to sleep.

The property is very conveniently located in downtown San Francisco for sightseeing and the Golden State Warriors game. The hotel is older and not remodeled but clean. The major downside to the property were the double beds were bad. It was reasonably priced which compensated for some of its shortcomings. Rated average.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly .The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient. The service was excellent.

As always this is my first choice to stay ... it's a clean and reasonably priced motel that's conveniently located right off the 5th st exit from the bay bridge. Friendly and helpful staff, housekeeping is always friendly abd willing to help ...

I stayed at this hotel for several days and expected a good experience, but it fell short. There were two main issues: Inconsistent Information: When I checked in, I confirmed certain details multiple times, but three staff members gave me three different answers! One was very firm in saying "no," while another later said "yes." This inconsistency forced me to pay for an extra day. The lack of follow-through on their promises was extremely frustrating. It’s infuriating! High Deposit & Slow Refund: The $150 deposit was relatively high, and I was told it would be refunded within 7-15 business days. It’s now been two full weeks since I left. Other Notes: Cleanliness: It was okay at first, but after three days, the cleaning became less thorough—maybe because I didn’t tip? Location: Not ideal for going out at night. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Not a good area at night for tourists.

It’s not the safest area, but the staff is friendly and the price is right for the city.

Priced well. Excellent location. ( We attended a concert at Chase Center) About 30 minute walk. Lots of places to eat that you can walk to. Wholefoods, Target and safeway, 5 to 15 minute walk. Place was clean and staff was nice and helpful. It is an older motel style place so temper your expectations. Other than that I would stay here again and recommend.

The Bay Bridge Inn is close to Powell Street BART station and the ball park. Very walkable. The bottom sheet on the bed pops off without a lot to f movement. That is not comfortable.

This was a nice experience for the price I paid in 2024. Very quiet. Decent area. Keep in mind SF has a loooot of homeless everywhere. So don’t feel as if you choose a bad hotel the moment you pull up to check in.

Close to oracle park

The Bay Bridge Inn is conveniently located at the immediate vicinity of the Bay Bridge. Sufficient parking is also provided, though is not 1:1 per room. Some or most of the rooms have been remodelled and look as they do in the photos published in their marketing collaterals.

The property was in a convenient area for concert purposes. The staff was great. The area around was not safe. homeless or just people on stairways, around parked cars and back and forth in front of our door and window. We left around 4:00am just to be on the safe side.

The hotel and staff were very friendly. The location was not great, very close to the freeway so you could hear traffic all night. The shades in the room didn't close properly so it was a bit bright in the room. The room was clean and I felt safe with my family.

We stay here whenever we have an event at the Oracle Park. We trust it, we know what to expect. While it is not luxurious, it is a 20 minute walk to Oracle, and safe. we only need to spend a night, and they have free parking.
