The positives: nice staff, nice pool and not too cold, breakfast basic but fresh bread etc, hotel itself had just a few people so was quiet in hallways. The negatives: hot tub seems to be degrading. When I was in it I wasn’t sure about the peeling paint , concrete and got out. The air conditioning in our room was super loud. It only operates by turning on and off so it was extremely hard to sleep through. Bathtub did not drain well but was clean.

We booked online for 2 rooms but only had us down for 1 room. 2nd room ended up costing us 10% more than it should have. Pool and hot tub out of order, looked like it has been that way for quite some time. Very outdated hotel. No hot breakfast options.

Staff was excellent, very kind and helpful. Limited items included in breakfast. Pool and pool room both very warm. Our room was a little musty smelling, but otherwise clean. Overall a good stay for the price.

No chlorine in the pool water in shower doesnt last hair in rooms no shampoo etc wont come back it was terrible and not worth what i spent

We were closing on our home and needed a place to stay. We booked a last minute room. They were very accommodating. Our room was basic but actually comfortable. They had direct Tv, heated swimming pool (actually very warm) and continental breakfast. (Pretty basic but did the trick) Overall a good stay!

The room was good. Clean, comfortable bed. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ok, toast, bagels, juice,coffee. No waffle maker. The was very good. My big disappointment was the pool and hittub were shutdown for renovations. I specifically rented this motel for that reason. I complained to the manager and he did refund $30. From now on I am calling ahead to confirm pool and hotub are open and working.

Staff very disrespectful. Pool is not working and room was dirty and poorly cleaned.

The whole place smelt like skunk. The bathroom floor has a huge gap in the flooring. The room and pool were very cold!

Hot water was hit and miss for a shower. The hot tub was not working and was colder than the pool was. The heater was on and the ac was running at the same time. Fridge was not cooling fully. Bed was comfy, room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathtub drain was clogged with 3 " of water in the tub, TV didn\'t work and there is a lack of plugins for charging items like phones/computers. The "fitted" sheet was on inside out anddidnt fit. Floors were dirty

The place was ok, the gentleman at the desk was courteous and helpful. As far as the room, the beds were clean but general cleanliness not so much. Bathroom towels were pretty beat. A buddy and I were there for one night so it wasn't so bad, we were just in town to pick up a couple machines from a local dealer.

The floor was not properly installed, the floor was literally buckling up and the bathroom was not completed. The tub also would not drain so we couldn’t shower. Half the outlets in the room did not work. The beds were disgusting. There were blood stains on the mattress protector and my dog got into some old chocolate cookies left under one of the beds. It’s pretty obvious there is no cleaning done at this hotel. I wouldn’t be shocked if the sheets and comforter weren’t clean as well. The screens were broken and we weren’t able to open the windows. Very disappointing and far too expensive for the horrible conditions of the room. This place has really gone down hill over the years. I will not be back to stay here.

We took pictures because it was so bad. There was a hole in the ceiling, smoke detector covered in a plastic bag, broken lamps with pieces on the floor. Room smelled like smoke. Red splatter on the walls, phone, floor. Honestly the most disgusting and unsafe room we have ever been in.

Hotel is very rundown which would’ve been doable if it weren’t for the filth! The hallways were dirty and sketchy, I almost left before I even got to my room. Our room was filthy. There were hairs and pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor & the bath tub. The blankets looked like they have never been washed and they were as old as the hotel. My husband slept in the room but I ended up sleeping in the back seat of our truck cuz it was so gross!!! We will never stay there again!!!

The staff was also terrible and very unhelpful and uncaring. We got a refund and went to the hotel across the street. Incubator for insects or worse!

Stairways were dirty...looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Once we got to our room there was a terrible smell..I couldn't tell if it was smoke or just moldy/wet smell.

I had terrific customer service! Everything was clean and smelled very nice! My room was very clean and the towels and bedding were so very soft!

Shortly after turning on the AC, it began emitting a burning smell, which was both concerning and unpleasant. The bathroom conditions were unacceptable. The toilet was not securely fastened to the floor, shifting every time it was used, and it sounded as if it might break with each flush. No soap was provided for either the sink or the shower, and for two adults we were given only one towel. The shower drain was badly clogged, and the toilet paper roll was nearly empty upon arrival. Breakfast was another disappointment. At check-in, we were told it would be served from 7:00–10:00 a.m. However, when we arrived at 9:30, the shelves were empty, and only a gallon of milk and a few yogurts remained in the fridge. When we asked the front desk about it, we were dismissively told breakfast actually ended at 9:00, despite the misinformation given at check-in. The response to our concern was nothing more than a careless “oh.” This property charges far too much for such a poor experience. I rarely write reviews, but I am extremely disappointed that the money I spent here felt entirely wasted. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Desk guy helped me get the TV signal going, nice guy, the only thing that I think needs to be done is every once and awhile lift up the mattress and box spring and clean along the bed frame, you can see crumbs and etc.

A very old motel. Friendly check in, clean room, terrible bed mattress extremely loud air conditioner. Floors were very sticky, but perhaps because of humidity. Sheets paper, thin as well as the towels, but did their job.

This hotel needs some serious updates. The beds are in rough shape. They tried redoing flooring as it appeared new but it’s popped up in several places creating spongy tripping hazards. They clearly didn’t use enough glue to hold it down in both rooms we had. On the other end staff was pleasant and room was clean.

The room was noisy from the exit door, the neighboring laundry room, and people in the hallway. The door has almost 0 sound proofing and feels really lacking in privacy. The hallway stinks terribly and the continental breakfast is so limited. For the price, I expected a bit better; not perfect, but better.

Amazing staff rooms are clean and well kept looks like property had some work done on it looks really nice definitely will be staying again

Check in was a mess. Was told that the room that we were supposed to have had a broken pipe. The options we were given was a single room (for 4 people) or a double where the door did not lock. Neither of which was acceptable options. The person at the check in claimed that they tried contacting us. There was absolutely no contact - no phone call, no e-mail. Nothing! Then we learned that they mistakenly thought we were a different reservation with the same last name. Those people were not contacted either. Booking the hotel, we were well aware that it was not a 5 star hotel, but with expectation already low, this was was worse than anything we have ever stayed in! The mini-fridge in our room was on a pallet. The other room, the mini-fridge was on the carpet and could not be opened. To make matters worse, both rooms were reserved as non-smoking. It was obvious that the one was a smoking room and nothing could remove that smell! Will not ever be staying here again.. Really sad, since this was my hometown and really expected more.

I last-minute booked this room after getting stranded in a snowstorm and the staff was nothing short of wonderful. This is a very midway hotel, but sometimes those are the ones that are the most interesting lol.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient (near gas station, Walmart and fast food). The pool was a nice surprise, but the pool room was super warm and humid. The hotel room was not in the cleanest condition. Under the bed there was dirt and dust and some of the towels in the bathroom had some kind of debris/dirt on them. I also found a piece of dirt/debris in the bed linens. It wasn't a big deal for only staying one night and it was more affordable than other options nearby. I would stay again if we needed to.

The staff was helpful and courteous. Easy access to dining and shopping needs. The room was very clean and up to date. Only concern was the hallways and stairs. Really needed to be vacuum and cleaned. Would stay again.

Positives: Room was clean. Liked that there was no carpet on the floor. Staff was nice. Cons: Building itself seemed a little run-down, Didn't really like the area where it's located.

We had a wonderful time. The room was clean, and smelled clean and fresh ..the window was open. Excellent weather that day. Pool was open till 11pm. The bottom of the pool was nice and clean. Water so clear and warm. Oh so nice! There were plants lined up against the window sill living their best life. Hallway and other guests were quiet. No screaming in the hallways. The keys worked the first time. So nice for a change. Breakfast was fresh. Hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee and such. We slept great. Little hard for the beds. But very nice. Check in and check out was seamless.

Place isnt any thing special, just a place to stay. I booked it because the price was ok and there was a continental breakfast, we got there only to find out that the breakfast consisted of bagels and yogurt... not exactly the kind of continental breakfast I was looking for. Hotels should state specifically what their breakfasts consist of.

Hotel is adequate for the price. Room was spacious and comfortable. Water pressure in shower was wonderful. Continental breakfast was inadequate with limited offerings even very early in the morning. Sunday was a bit better with a fruit and yogurt available at least. It appears that guests are expected to be content with dry cereal and toast.

the whole floor smelled of w..d and the room was warm when we checked in. Breakfast was cereal, slice of bread and a few baked goods. coffee was like water. staff couldn't fix the coffee machine. the photos are deceiving. this place need major upgrading. wall paint coming off, toilet sink leaking. bad experience!!!
