Smelt pot/weed in our room all night long my son was coughing so badly he has asthma had to use his inhaler. Was hole in wall patched by duct tape so pot was coming in through it. Men were working next door all day on other units while we tried to relax by pool. No shade or umbrellas.Hot tub was broken. Never in 3 days gave us fresh towels when we asked only 1 towel available. Never cleaned or made our beds whole time we were there or cleaned our rooms when we left. Had to ask for more toliet paper.

While the price was right for a busy 4th of July weekend, it was pretty obvious that the cleaning crew (if one exists) was not doing the normal rounds. Tables and chairs in the Pool area were covered with garbage ... we had to clean ourselves each time we wanted a small table. Bought cleaning supplies from nearby store. Jacuzzi water was white (!?). -- Thankfully, the bathrooms were relatively clean and new, and the air condioning worked. Privacy locks on bathroom not working. -- overall, this locale would be ok with some basic deep cleaning and light refurb.

massive remodeling underway, so outside in horrible though inside room is great. stairs, outside hallways, and public areas including parking is way below average. the public hallways are just plain horrible. Great surprise is inside the room is wonderful - new floor, new bathroom, new bed and bedding. Bad inside is no working phone and most wall power sockets do not work. People are friendly.

The first day we checked in it was all right but the next morning I was really awakening to construction and they did not say anything about construction. There was no ice machine available no clean linen. dirty bed is not clean has things on the sheet and pillowcases blood to be exact floor was nasty. Paul was super nasty. The pool the Jacuzzi was super nasty. The elevator is outdated like they shouldn’t be up and running. They need to update it. I was told I was gonna refund at first, then I was told I can get a refund only if I checked out

The location is good. Right off the freeway. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. The place itself is very old and dated and not like the photos you see on here. You do get what you pay for and the people that stay there were ghetto. Our room was a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. We didn't use the pool but that was very dirty as well. Our sink was not working well. Hardly any water coming out of it. Our room was just dingy. We needed a place to sleep and we checked in at 4 am so didn't even bother to ask for a different room. Overall I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone else.

Beds were very comfortable! A little basic inside, but the area was very quiet with lots of parking. The door was opening from the outside even with the lock on but they came and it started locking properly. No breakfast offered but we were told a ihop was down the street.

The staff was very nice but the room had problems. For one, the TV did not work, the microwave didnt want to work, the comforters had stains, the shower was dirty & had a wad of hair in it, the towels were dingy looking & one of them had hair on it. I will never stay there again

Other guests were watching tv so loudly passed midnight, couldn’t sleep for that besides other guests were smoking in the stairs, it was pretty smelly, all the furnitures were very old and bathroom wasn’t clean enough either!

The room is dirty, doesn’t seem like they have room service daily. It’s filthy and stinky. There were no towels, shampoo, soap. I called to ask for some there was no answer. I had to go to the office and request for some. The bed covers looked used. It’s just the worse experience I’ve had so far. The pictures of the place deceive. It looks very decent in pictures but in real life it’s nothing compared to the advertisement

The room smells horrible the sheets had stains and nobody swept or mopped had spiderwebs in the balcony. The tables were dirty, and the bathroom had mold. The rooms are clean, sinked are not clogged, lights all have bulbs, doors lock and the property has adequate parking. While low cost, the floors are new, beds comfortable, and wals are newly painted and folkes that stay here were all nice working people. Website access and TV access will test your patience as very intermitment and quite annoying. Toliet broke though they repaired quickly, so they are responsive and want you to enjoy. Overall it was fine

The rooms are beautiful, they are being remodeled. But the property areas such as the elevator is very dirty and old. The manager is really simpatic, but the desk person was not that much... We can see they are working on improving , so I beleive it will be soon a good plave to stay, but I would say it is average.

Room was not clean. Floors were still dirty as well as for appliances. We did not have a microwave even though requested. Walls are hollow so could hear next door all night. You get for what you pay.

Overall, the stay was good. The room was affordable and clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. I would definately book again. Check in took longer than expected. The man at the front desk was an older gentleman which may have been why but I'm a patient person. He was very respectful, friendly and helpful. Only local channels were available, which would have been fine if it was smart TV and we could have connected to our Netflix or Hulu accounts. I think it would be a great hotel if the TVs were upgraded and there was a mini fridge in the room.

The hotel is doing major renovations on the rooms. My room had recently been done and was pretty nice. The shower was a nice and large walk-in. The finish work was comparable to what I have seen in major hotel chain rooms. Had a refrigerator, nice TV, and a working desk chair for working on my computer. The window was double paned. There were a couple things. The construction folks got the hot and cold water lines mixed up. I told the front desk. They welcomed the comment and would speak to them. The door has some large gaps that let air and noise in. Not horrible. The TV only had over the air channels. The hotel had a very large, nice, pool area. All in all I was pleasantly surprised for the price paid and would go back if the need arose.

Read the reviews. Service is horrible, hotel receipts were on the window sill visible to anyone walking by, with our personal information and price paid. By the way we paid over $30 extra than other people for same room. This is a breach of confidentiality. Comforters were stained, sheets were dirty with hair, lint. Room didn't look or feel clean but it did smell good. I would not go back.

Staff member was helpful at the front desk but we never received any room service. We got locked out at 3am because the key card was not working during our second night there. There was no electric kettle as described. AC was turning on and off constantly but it kept to room cool. Overall it was an okay experience. I was very pleased that the inside of the room did not smell of cigarettes.

Wow. Terrible service & the rooms were horrible im not sure if it’s a racial thing but the service is bad and the are falling apart they doing maintenance in the back for already years and the come at 6am -8pm and they are extremely loud so be-careful with getting a room in the back!

They gave me a hard time about the deposit but it wasn’t in their initial description and they only provided one towel when I had reserved the rooom for two and they didn’t have change to break a $20 so that I can purchase something to drink and the tv didn’t work at all

The hotel service was horrible. We called the front desk three times for extra towels and they would say to wait for 10 minutes for the maid to leave the towels to us and those towels never came. Also there power also turned off while we were getting ready and called and said to wait for 2 hours while we needed to go.

I tried to check in at the front deska at 6 pm, the door was closed so I ring the bell, nobody there ,then I called the phone number and nothing there was no sign at the door.i waited outside for more than 10 minutes then the guy from front desk showed up and didn't even apologize for the long wait., terrible service,than I asked for an upgrade because my room didn't have a refrigerator and he just said no without giving me a reason.

It is a wonderful experience to live here. The location is convenient and the parking lot is large, so you don't have to worry about parking. The big shopping mall is just across the road and you can walk there.

The hotel does not look like the pictures on google. Staff is rude, very unsafe, homeless camp in the back of the hotel. Its not safe i immediately move my fam to a safe place. Its all bad here, staff is rude.

The guy at the front was rude had no customer service, the rooms were dusty looked like they hadn’t been occupied in years. The pool was dirty and the Jacuzzi was gray online. It’s advertised with free breakfast, but when I asked about in the Front , the guy was rude about it and said that they no longer did that.wifi was also promised and the wifi did not work and when I called the front office they said they could not do anything about it

Like: walkable to shopping mall, restaurant close to freeway. price is eco friendly Not like " rooom not very clean, no coffee maker , no electric kettle until I asked ( of course no microwave) I don\'t mind they raise the price a bit to get a coffee maker or they shoud have a coffee service in the front office

My grand daughter booked only 2 nights they confirmed this to me. I replied that I required 3 nights. When I got there they said I had only booked 2. They claimed the had not received my email and would have to charge me at a much higher rate for the third . They have no breakfast facilities and the room could have been cleaner

Beds were very comfortable! A little basic inside, but the area was very quiet with lots of parking. The door was opening from the outside even with the lock on but they came and it started locking properly. No breakfast offered but we were told a ihop was down the street.
