Close to the beach, about a 10 minute walk to the pier. Easy check in. Looks like rooms have been renovated recently. I stayed in a two queen room with a kitchenette. The Kitchenette was bare. We did get use of the small table with two chairs. The room was really clean and so was the bathroom. However, the beds/mattresses were as hard as the floors. We had the worst night sleep. No extra blankets in closet, no iron. Really bad water pressure in the shower. Enough towels for two guests. We were a family of four, had to call for a couple more. The parking lot is one of the biggest issues. The stalls are really tight and close together, quite a few say compact car only. One handicap parking only and no space to the right for wheelchair accessible. If you have an suv or a big truck you will have a hard time parking easily or opening your doors. Once you check in and get a parking, if you leave — you may not find a parking spot when you get back. Several guests had to park on the street. My husband had to park a block away down the street as well. No elevators for those who have handicaps or bad knees/hips/elderly. Stairs only.

The toilet overflowed our first night and when we called the staff, which was through text messages, they told us to look for a plunger, to fix it. We were not provided internet access, told we had to pay for it, even though free internet access was advertised. The pool was green and we were told it was from the sand on the beach! Parking is very limited and tight. I will say the room initially was clean.

Clean rooms & pets can stay too! Very good location within walking distance of several restaurants, cafe, donut shop & liquor store. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was assigned by your room and I thought that made our trip easier and less stressful not worrying about parking on the street. Would recommend for a weekend stay in Pismo beach!

We were so disappointed with the state of this hotel. The pictures online do not at all match what the rooms or the hotel look like. We stayed as a family of four, and our room was so small that we were tripping over our luggage. The room was dirty and in poor shape, as you can see in the photos. The pool was cloudy, green, and full of sand. The ice and vending machines were out of order and leaking water. Do not book a stay here unless it is your last resort. I don’t know where all the five star reviews are coming from, because this is not a nice hotel.

Dirty, damaged, extremely noisy & poor customer service for $204/night. Motel 6 would have been much better. I don’t usually give bad reviews, but this was terrible & I have photos. The only good was that the bed was comfortable & clean.

On first glance looked clean and fairly modern. But I found 3 long black hairs across the pillows, hoping with every breath that it was the cleaners as they made the bed but man it’s off putting. Then there was the faint smell of urine. The towels were all a beige colour, from not being commercially washed properly. I see a lot of good ratings so I’m sure I was just unlucky with the hairs but unfortunately for me it made me check everything with more scrutiny than if I hadn’t seen them.

I read everyones reviews and this seemed like a decent place to stay. Check in went well very friendly staff. But when inwalked in to my room.... the walls could use a very good cleaning, all the walls were so dirty. The screen in the bathroom shower was just collecting dust. Other then that location is great, outside was nice.

It is a clean spot located near food and drink and the pier. The rooms are very small, too small to have 2 queens. No room with 2 beds for a desk or chair. I can not image having 4 people staying in that room! The Wi-Fi could have been better.

The room was small, but very clean and the TV screen had a few issues, when the internet carrier seemed to freeze and so it was interrupted numerous times. Otherwise, it was very comfortable.

Cute hotel close to the beach but sadly thin walls, probably one of the noisest hotel stay I’ve ever had. Both rooms on either side of our room had families with kids and no volume control or awareness of the late hour. To top that off a drunk couple were arguing out in the street as a bonus! While those things aren’t exactly the fault of the hotel my stay was less than desirable.

We stayed in a room for 2 nights . First night was pretty quiet but second night once more people checked in, it indeed got a lot more loud. Kids running up and down the halls and if they’re right next door you can practically hear everything going on. Very thin walls. The bed was not comfortable at all, very hard so if you’re looking for comfortability when it comes to sleep i would pass. The water pressure was not the best especially when it comes to flushing the toilet, it would not completely flush unless we filled the back of the toilet with water! so that was inconvenient. Although the place has some negatives I think the only two positives were the location because there’s so much around to walk to, don’t need to move your car at all if you’re deciding to stay within that area. The other positive would have to be the affordability of the room compared to a lot of the other hotels that are just a block or two closer to the beach.

Nice, clean room, minutes from the beach. Wi-fi is terrible, drops constantly. There were no coat hangers so nothing could be hung up. Only one mirror which is in the bathroom and gets fogged up. Had to ask another guest for the Wi-Fi password because what they give you is unreadable. Staff very curt saying the Wi-Fi is working fine before you even finish asking if there’s a problem with it.

Basic motel that could benefit from a little refresh. Yellowed towels, towel rack falling off, faucet had the option of drip or blast with no in-between. Needs a power wash and a fresh coat of paint. Bed was so hard. Friendly staff and good location.

I’m definitely coming back. This place was super friendly and gave me wonderful service and reminders too which I really appreciated. The room was big and clean. There was only two things that were not working correctly but I wasn’t that concerned about because I was hardly in the room. One the AC wasn’t working properly. Two the TV wasn’t connecting either but orher than that it was a great stay.

Ive stayed here once before. The first time, I didn't want to leave a review but the thermostat was not working and there was no extra blanket. I let it go. This most recent time, the TV and TV remote were not working properly. I went to the front desk and was given verbal instructions. I went back to my room and followed the instructions. I still was not successful. I went back to the front desk but it was locked. I noticed some movement and heard noise from a window. I knocked and the property manager and/or owner came out. I told him the TV/TV remote were still not working. I asked him to come help me. He did and said it was because I wasnt in a deluxe room or something along those lines. No room at that property are "deluxe". The first time I stayed there, the room and bed were much smaller and I had no issues with the TV/TV remote. The man got mad, raised his voice at me and told me "ma'am I am not your babysitter." I know if I were male and/or not traveling alone, I would not have been spoken to that way. Oh and by the way, an entire family lives on the property.

I am on a cane. I was unable to walk up the stairs and the management was unwilling to accommodate Mai handicap and wanted to charge me additional $30 to put me on a ground floor room which I believe was unfair. Management told me because I booked online, it would be additional $30 to be on the ground floor.

The lady in the front desk was so extremely nice and pleasant. She made sure we were okay & provided excellent communication. I wish I would have gotten her name but overall the room was nice and well kept. On top of this, the room was very clean.

Close to the beach, about a 10 minute walk to the pier. Easy check in. Looks like rooms have been renovated recently. I stayed in a two queen room with a kitchenette. The Kitchenette was bare. We did get use of the small table with two chairs. The room was really clean and so was the bathroom. However, the beds/mattresses were as hard as the floors. We had the worst night sleep. No extra blankets in closet, no iron. Really bad water pressure in the shower. Enough towels for two guests. We were a family of four, had to call for a couple more. The parking lot is one of the biggest issues. The stalls are really tight and close together, quite a few say compact car only. One handicap parking only and no space to the right for wheelchair accessible. If you have an suv or a big truck you will have a hard time parking easily or opening your doors. Once you check in and get a parking, if you leave — you may not find a parking spot when you get back. Several guests had to park on the street. My husband had to park a block away down the street as well. No elevators for those who have handicaps or bad knees/hips/elderly. Stairs only.

The room with a kitchenerte had Nothing in it.. Not a pan not a plate.. Very disappointed as i like to make my own breakfast.. Plus the room was so small. On top of that the guy that checked me in was So rude when i asked him if they have a pan i could use.. I would not go back there again

only 20 rooms but 5 min walk to beach and pier and restaurant's. Room was very clean..simple...great bed. pod coffee maker with COSTCO coffee pods included along with shampoo/moisturizers etc all included. Price was right

Only thing I might (if I was to add a point of improvement) is it would be nice if they offered breakfast, but it’s so close to the cinnamon roll place down the street, we didn’t care. Great stay for the price!

Clean rooms & pets can stay too! Very good location within walking distance of several restaurants, cafe, donut shop & liquor store. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was assigned by your room and I thought that made our trip easier and less stressful not worrying about parking on the street. Would recommend for a weekend stay in Pismo beach!

Our stay was great. Love the walking distance to the beach. Very convenient kitchenette in our room since we have babies and frequently needed to wash bottles and pump parts. Beds were comfy. Space in shower wasn’t too crowded which was good so I can bath my kids after being in the sand. Parking is tight especially if you have a bigger vehicle. Overall it’s a decent place to stay without hurting your wallet.

Our room has refrigerator, microwave. Also has a separate kitchen with table and 2 chairs. So convenient to cook on 2 burner electric stove. I now realized Low toilet is very practical for young and old for ease. There are country or countries have no toilet they SQUAT on a hole. Excellent STAFF. We prefer no pet hotel but our room is not for pet.

Super friendly and helpful staff always willing and happy to assist. The property was clean, well maintained and is in a great location. AC in rooms was a nice addition and the pool was clean and refreshing. The only thing you might miss is an elevator serving the second floor. They have a small open lift system to help with getting up the handful of steps to the first/ground floor.

The bathroom I had to clean the tub, there was hair all in it it was icky, there was some sort of cigarette type butt near the toilet, and none of the outlets worked except for one up underneath the bench in the room. The only positive thing was the front desk guy, he was awesome he was very nice but the room was not clean I should have gotten a refund but I did not
