Had everything except a.c so bring your own, as long as you not there in the summer or spring should be okay . Old building nice views from all sides and walking distance to resort.

I love Mammoth but the rooms at MMI are old and really outdated. Rust, mold, paint peeling, etc mostly in the bathrooms. Parking gets worse and worse with only about 35 parking spots in the covered parking and it’s really narrow and tight. This place just needs a major overhaul
