Cozy little B&B that is easy to get to and located next to food, fuel, and shopping. I had the "little" room, which was a great deal at $95 a night for the area. Yummy breakfast to boot :)

Very charming place! Friendly staff and the room was very cozy. No air conditioning, but even with visiting in August it didn’t bother me at all. I just opened a window. Nighttime temps at Mammoth are just fine even in summer. Close to several restaurants and stores. Great place to stay if you’re exploring the area. Lots of parking available. It can suck to lug coolers and stuff up to the second floor (it’s still bear country technically), but that’s about the only negative I can think of that’s not really the property’s fault.

Room was clean, one bed was a little more worn. Bathroom sink was clogged but all else was nice. No air conditioning but, fans were provided. Room had somewhat been updated. Outside stairs needed attention. Breakfast was simple but good. Enjoyed the hot food offered. Parking was easy. Staff were nice. Close to restaurants. Thank you!

The room was adequate. Everything seemed clean until I took some flatware out of the drawer and some wasn't clean. It had a toaster oven but no nearby plug. Had to put the toaster on top of the microwave to plug it in. No cloths in the kitchen area. There were no lamps by the bed nor plugs for electronics. The fan was helful (no ac).The bathroom was nice.
