Booked an executive suite, AC and Air in main bedroom wasn’t working but we didn’t mind to tell the staff but it would of been nice for everything to be working, also facility has no microwave anywhere we had to walk to another location to heat up certain things :)

Great stay. Downtown LA so a lot of music right across the street, but leaving the A/C fan set to on, running all night, drowned out the noise for the most part. Nice gym too! Highly recommend!

We loved e central. The location was good and the staff was nice. The only issue we had was that little shop in the lobby literally never followed the hours printed on the door. It was open once randomly on a Saturday night and then never again at any time during the 4 days we were there. Also the shower pressure was terrible.

The booking included 20% off food and beverage but their patio lounge called Nixo was most of the time closed. They kept telling people there was a DJ on Fri and Sat until 12 midnight. We went at around 10 pm and they were about to close. No DJ, no bartender. Also their breaksfast said 6am to 12 noon but they closed at 930 am.

The location and proximity to things downtown was great. The hotel itself was nothing special. The complimentary coffee was only available one day. The dining was closed the entire time; luckily it’s close to other places. Parking was $55 per night and I literally watched valet park my vehicle 5 steps from where I was. Even the ice maker wasn’t working. The hotel was just overpriced and offered nothing. Never again!

I would not stay here again. There is no pool, they lock the restroom in the lobby and the staff yells at you. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom door was broken and made it difficult to open from the outside and inside. It was a barn sliding door. It fell off the track and got stuck. The shower drain was clogged and the water never got hot. Just lukewarm. The fees!!! I’d rather pay the fees at a more upscale hotel like Hotel Indigo, which is down the road and parking is $67.00 per night and $32 for a destination fee a night. That’s $190 extra, on top of what you pay to stay there. Upon check out I was wanting to use the restroom before I checked out but it was locked. The lady yelled at me and was not nice when I was explaining what was happening in the room. If I’m not going to use the pool another option is USC Hotel. It’s within walking to the BMO Stadium. Overall, avoid the headache and stay somewhere else with better customer service.

Our room was not ready by the check in time. I drove over 3 hours. And then had to wait in the lobby with my daughter and our bags for a room to be ready. Room was not ready until after 430. The staff was not apologetic to the late room. And offered no consideration for the inconvenience. The bathroom was not as clean as I expected.

The hotel itself was nice enough. Little spots of mold in the bathroom, but there’s no windows so it’s expected kind of. But what I wish I’d known before booking is that there is mandatory valet parking that costs 60 dollars per night, no other option. And there’s a 30 dollar destination fee that’s also required at the end of your stay. I paid about 200 dollars for the room itself beforehand and also paid another 90 when I checked out. Just be cautious booking if you’re saving money before booking. Hotel is great, just wish they’d build those costs into the total price of the room so there weren’t surprises.

Loved this hotel -- great location, friendly service and very spacious rooms (especially compared to others in the area). My only complaint is the extremely thin walls that means if people are loud in the hallway, or you have louder neighbors you can hear everything. Otherwise great value for the price.

Check-in was a breeze…once they realized I was standing there. The resort fee was a bit exorbitant, but considering the commercial nature of the area it makes sense. The standard king room was a great size; way bigger than expected and had enough room to leave a suitcase (or even 3) opened up comfortably. Eighth floor had a city view with a semi-opaque shade and blackout curtains. Bed and pillows were comfy, the heat/AC worked great, and the room was clean by a clean-freak’s standards. Outlets plus USB ports located on each bedside lamp plus 2 & 2 at the desk. TV was the largest I’ve seen in a standard hotel room and had some streaming apps (Netflix, YT) available for use with your personal account. WiFi was free and had surprisingly high speeds (561/489Mbps midday). My only issues are with the shower which became a small headache. The dual handles seemed like they were going to come off when you turned either, the handheld spray was gushing water out of the threaded hose connection, and the overhead shower barely let out much water. Also, whenever you turned on the water in the shower, tiny gnats would pop out of god knows where. Shower off and they disappeared. Weird. If I was staying longer than a day and a half, I would’ve requested to switch rooms. All in all, I would return if I needed to stay in DTLA again.

We chose this hotel because we came down for a Lakers game and it was very convenient and literally not even a five minute walk. It was a little loud for a couple hours after the game but other than that pretty quiet.

What a great location to base ourselves close to the metro lots of grocery shops and restaurants right across the street for. The Crypto arena . Room was comfortable great size TV Street noise was loud sometimes but we are right on it so it was expected

The hotel is right across the street from the Crypto Arena which was perfect. I had a concert I was going to and being able to just walk across the street was so convenient. The front desk was also very helpful and was actually able to get me checked in early since they had a room available.

Easy check-in, very friendly staff, lobby clean and has a little store for small items you may need. Room very roomy and clean, bathroom nice with plenty of towel, bed was comfy. Easy accessible to walking around downtown or taking public transportation. Would stay here again!

The valets were very courteous, helpful, and always warmly greeted us; they get an A-Plus! However, they don't have an app, so bring cash for tips (I found this disappointing; a lot of hotels have an app for the valet now.) The room and hotel overall are nice, and you cannot beat the location; lots of walkable restaurants. There is sometimes the sound of loud music across the street at night because of events held there - I did not mind this, but those with heightened sensitivity to noise might. Electrical outlets in the room were a small issue. The lamp next to the bed worked, but the outlet in the base of the lamp for plugging in a device was loose and would not hold onto the plug, so I had to charge my phone elsewhere in the room. And it is one of those hotels where you have to put your key in a slot to get the power to turn on. That is fine, and we figured it out when we saw the slot on the way out of the room, but there could be better signage that a guest would see on the way into the room. Front desk staff could have been friendlier (they did their job competently and completely, but we felt a bit of a chill--and when we had occasion to enter a different hotel lobby nearby, we were greeted so warmly that it stood out even more). There is no microwave (anywhere) for guests to use.

Our room was not ready by the check in time. I drove over 3 hours. And then had to wait in the lobby with my daughter and our bags for a room to be ready. Room was not ready until after 430. The staff was not apologetic to the late room. And offered no consideration for the inconvenience. The bathroom was not as clean as I expected.

I stayed here several times in the past and this time the staff was rude. The lady at the front desk who helped was absolutely terrible. The manager who jumped in when I said no need to be rude was absolutely terrible. She talked down to me several times. Had my business but I will tell everyone I know not to stay here.

Quick and easy check in. Staff was excellent, friendly, and extremely helpful. Rooms were well kept and had a great view of the grammy museum across the street. Was staying here for the Enhypen concert and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Never again, could not access our room due to a malfunctioned door lock, spent an hour sitting in the hallway of our room waiting for someone from maintenance to return from home to unlock the door.. manager Kevin was ruse and dismissive of our concerns and mad little to no effort to accompany us or our comfort. Do yourself a favor. Stay somewhere else.

Got to hotel, told there were system errors and had to wait 30 minutes to check in. We went ate came back an hour later and had another long check in process because of system errors, given keys to a room that wouldn’t work, went back down stairs, had to wait for someone to help us get in the room, only to discover the room was already occupied. Waited another 30 minutes to get another room which was upgraded, however it was already 11pm and all we cared about was getting into bed. I will say staff did what they could to make it better but it still doesn’t excuse the two hour delay in us being able to get into a paid for room.

Staff are very kind and house keeping is awesome. Hotel isn’t comparable to others. (No microwave in the rooms or lobby, the dining on the second floor…would never recommend as their stuff has NO TASTE. Was served eggs on a paper plate. Wings have to taste, all breaded items are dry.) halls are beautiful and beds are comfortable. The safes in the tins don’t work. For a prestige hotel downtown…the lobby is VERY small. Not as advertising. Convenient store in the hotel it’s so convenient. Easy to get around downtown as everything is close by.

Great location, decent views, very clean, comfortable bed. Loved the slippers and robe. The little store indeed the lobby is convenient. The lounge was nice, service kinda slow but nice atmosphere. Great food but a little pricey but it's LA.

Perfect for a Laker game! I picked here for the location right next to Crypto arena and everything went smooth. The valet and the bellman were most excellent! So I tipped them accordingly, even though the hotel valet charge is absurdly overpriced. Resort fee also not cool. And a rando Destination fee is illegal now in California if it's not listed upfront BEFORE YOU BOOK the room so be ready. Lucky I didn't deal with it since I booked through here. Room was clean and comfy. The rain shower was legit. The outdoor patio lounge was great drinking free hotel coffee and playing chess in the morning with my girlfriend. Just make sure you take care of the bellman and valet still as it's not their fault the extra fees are so high. They were the most helpful and friendly and just made our stay inviting, super smooth and memorable.
