The woman at the front desk during check-out was also deeply apologetic, mortified, and disgusted when I brought the issue to her attention—she immediately called her boss to try and resolve it. **Cons:** The stay took a sharp downhill turn the next morning. At 10:00 AM, I woke up to find a nickel-sized cockroach in the bathroom (which I managed to trap in a container). Around the same time, housekeeping began aggressively knocking and loudly yelling "housekeeping," despite check-out not being until 11:00 AM. When we packed up to leave early, the hallway was completely blocked by housekeeping carts. When I asked if we could squeeze past, one worker ignored me entirely. Another housekeeper moved a cart while screaming at the first worker. To make matters worse, the first housekeeper then came out and loudly insisted I was staying; when I told her we were checking out, she threw her hands up in the air in frustration. **Verdict:** While the front desk staff tried their best and were genuinely kind, a pest infestation combined with hostile, chaotic housekeeping makes this property a hard pass. I am still waiting on a call back from the manager. Save yourself the headache—do not book here.

We had to evacuate our house, therefore we had to book this place at the last minute. We had to check in late in the evening once finally settled, and ready for bed noticed that there was a very strong odor of urine throughout the room. Ended up having to leave the room and stay elsewhere because couldn’t get comfortable with a strong smell.

The hotel itself was presentable, the staff were kind and professional and the location was safe. The only negative thing I have to say is the odor. There was a strong musty urine smell in the hallway and only the hallway. The rooms did not have the smell.

I was only there for a short stay.
