Quite and clean. Ask for a room facing the mountain. Great stop before heading over the grapevine in the morning. Laundry machines and vending. Great breakfast as well, like full size Jimmy Dean sausage patty's. We'll be back.

The room was excellent. Not a lot of pressure for the shower. Perhaps the shower head was clogged. Nice pool and spa. They even had a Bar-B-Q available with nice seating area. Breakfast wasn’t much but cold items.

This is a beautiful safe place to stay. We’ve stayed there before and have enjoyed it every time. The only thing was that the pool/jacuzzi area was closed for renovations. We were looking forward to getting in the jacuzzi but everything was great

We really liked the location of the Inn. The room was great and we appreciated the small refrigerator. Our only issue was the hot tub was a lukewarm tub.

There were stains on the back of the pillow cases making me think they weren’t cleaned the mini fridge wasn’t cleaned out at all with food from the previous guest and the pool had a rat floating in it and the vending machine definitely needs cleaned and the expiration dates checked more often I bought two items and the m&ms with nuts date was a month old however the breakfast was convenient and the front desk staff was very welcoming

This property was clean around the outside. Inside the room wasn't the best but just ok. One of the chairs was ripped and had stains. There were bugs flying around the room and dirty stains on floor. But for 1 night it was terrible.

The hotel, and the room were okay….BUT it was full of flies! After spending the evening killing flies we woke up to at least 6 on the window. When I mentioned it to the front desk as we were checking out, her response OK, I will have it sprayed. An apology or just act like you cared would have been appreciated. We have stayed there at least 10 times before, never again. I do however want to comment on how helpful and lovely the desk person was when we checked in.

Room was not cleaned well. Food was stuck to the counter of the bathroom sink. Sticky drink rings and food stuck to the bedside tables. Zero soap in the room for hand washing (weird) It’s too late to care about it in the middle of a wind storm after checking in at midnight. but it was gross. The bed appears clean. Good enough for what we need tonight.

The lobby was the most adorable I’ve seen in a long time. It reminds me of a Christmas vacation spent in a cabin. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. We just stayed one night before our trek through the grape vine to universal.

This is our favored place to stay when we travel in this6 direction . The location is convenient and quiet. The breakfast is excellent and balanced. We7 did have difficulty with the wi-fi, possibly because other guests were online at the same time. Very important was that we got a good night's rest.

The beds were SO comfortable! I loved the rustic vibe. It was a perfect location for our road trip as it’s right by the highway, but you don’t hear it. Gorgeous Mountain View with a few cows too!

The front desk staff was quick, efficient, and courteous. The check in was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is in excellent condition and much better than was expected considering the price. I couldn’t recommend it more, it is a great value

The checking in process was rotten. The first room assigned was already occupied which I only found by going to the room. After getting a second room assigned, when I went toTHAT roof, it, too was occupied. All of this required up and down 10 flights of stiars before the third room I was assigned actually was empty ... and I did not go up to that room unitl the desk clerk personally made the trip up and back. The room was adequate only and when I sought the provided brfeakfast, the only option was packaged pastry only. I will certainly not seek lodging at this facility again.

I would give my rating 5 stars had it not been for the check in. I changed my room from a double queen to a single king bed. Front desk said they could no longer give me a room on the quiet side away from the noisy freeway. Said the Hotel company doesn't let them make changes. Then she said the hotel was sold out and no more rooms were open. NEITHER WERE TRUE! Hate getting lied to, there are so many other options. Bed was excellent! Forget "breakfast" it was muffins or a yogurt.

Very convenient place to stop along the highway. Rooms were quiet despite being near the highway. They have a pool and place to grill. Only negatives were that it is not very close to any place to eat except Jack in the Box. Also, wish the breakfast had hard boiled eggs or oatmeal.

Very nice. Clean, efficient, friendly. We stayed in a Wyndham Days Inn in Oceanside and had a less positive experience. For me my only complaint is the breakfast. They have egg sandwiches, but I can’t eat those (my husband was very happy with them). Hard boiled eggs would be nice. The muffins are very sugary. I ended up eating the food I brought instead.

Our stay was amazing. It is easy to access the property. After a 17 hour drive day the room was a site for sore eyes. It's quiet, spacious, and welcoming. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is simple. Not really a kid friendly place.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR VANDALIZED! HIGH CRIME AREA PER POLICE. Went out to our car in the morning to find 3 Smashed windows and they stole some things out of our car including checkbook ( not in sight) . The car was parked right in front of the office. Police responded quickly but had no access to security cameras because Staff did not have access to the system without a manager. Staff said manager was not on premises for the next 3 days.. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK! YOU TOO CAN BE A VICTIM !
