One selling point for me was the bar and restaurant advertised in the pictures. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were closed along with the pool also. It wouldve been nice to have a few beers and snacks before the football game a sofi stadium. With out the amenities i feel i overpayed for this hotel. Service wasnt terrible but it certainly wasnt great either. The room was clean and the bed was decently comfortable. Next time i go see a game at sofi stadium ill be looking for a different hotel.

There staff was rude at check in, They’re using old misleading pics of the property from what it used to look like, None of the amenities were available( no pool-no bar-no none of the stuff that made The Adventurer my FAVORITE hotel in LA for the last 20 years. I would’ve NEVER booked with them if I’d a known that the hotel is NOTHING like it used to be. They falsely advertise knowing that once you get there you’re stuck because there’s no refunds on bookings if you cancel. This was a horrible experience

Unfortunately, we got a hotel room with a broken sliding door lock. We told 2 staff members at check in, but it was not fixed. It was unsafe etc. We took several room pics as proof of what we ended up with because the original room pics on internet were different from what we paid for on expedia. Sadly, We were given a hotel room that had 2 bunkbeds and 2 beds instead of 3 queen beds as we paid for on expedia. It was not like expedia pics and info that we paid for. No pool use either. It would be appreciated and necessary for hotel to update info on expedia and keep room safe, fixed, etc.

The staff couldnt accommodate since they gave me a room with no pullout couch. I asked for blankets and pillows for my friend only to be told to come later and then told that housekeeping was gone, which is bs because ive worked at a hotel before there should be someone to deliver items. Also my car got a hit because he didnt want to open the gate when i got home from the event i booked this hotel to go to. Completely unprofessional

The hotel pictures on the website is TOTALLY different than what the actual hotel. This place is VERY run down. The rooms looked clean but the bed covers were dirty, black mold in the bathtub, dirty floors, smelled like air freshener that was 100 times too strong and there is no microwave in the room. It’s by the lobby. The pool is closed and the place looks like a haunted hotel. I think back in the day, it must have been a nice hotel. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The windows to the room don’t close all the way which makes you feel unsafe and hear everything. Until about the witching hours, you can hear the airplanes fly by which were very loud. It was convenient place near SoFi stadium. Over priced! We reserved 2 queen bed room for over $200. Never again.

I didn’t like the broken lamp, the hole in the bedding, the dead and alive bugs, the cabinet without door handles or knobs, the dirty tub and shower, the barbed wire on the fence, the parking arrangement, the people surrounding the vicinity, the lack of additional security features such as the lock on the door, no vending machines or ice, lack of toilet paper, no toilet paper holder, very delayed flushing of the toilet itself. The photos are not reality! Front desk staff was ok, but wouldn’t let my travel companion check in without my credit card (even though I called and spoke w them about the situation ). This place is extremely rundown, all services were closed (pool, bar, restaurant), crack heads hanging out everywhere in front, and room was filthy dirty with only one trash can. My daughter found a hair on the stained towels, there was trash piled up under a chair, no couch (as room description suggests) and basically a dump. The sink in the bathroom was a trickle, shower has mold, fridge needed to be propped up so it would close and carpets were gross. The neighbor came back after 2am blasting music and woke us up and it felt like a youth hostel with sticker shock pricing. Never ever again will I not listen to the reviews and give a property a chance. $300 for a nasty experience.

Worst hotel experience ever. I used a black light and seen handprints and fluid spray everywhere. My card key never worked even after exchanging and reprograming a dozen times. I cut my had on the metal handrail for the stairs and had to get a tetanus shot when I got home. I found an acrylic fingernail on the floor. There was old bits of cereal in the bed between the matress and the frame. No ice machine, I was told to go across the street and buy ice. No microwaves in the rooms, just a shared microwave in the courtyard. Pool was disgusting and closed. The refrigerator was broken but luckily we saw the maintenance man and he brought us a brand new one right out of the box but then it took over 5 hrs to get cold. I wasnt going to attempt to take a shower so luckily it was just an overnight trip for a concert so I waited until I got home the next day to shower. Very limited parking, no gate or security. I do not recommend this place. They need a visit from the county code inspection to get them to get lots of things in order at that place. This app isn't letting me upload any photos for some reason.

This property may have been nice 50 years ago, but alas no longer is. The "suite" was barebones, and the bathroom was filthy. Partner killed 4 cockroaches. The exterior of this hotel is not in the least welcoming either.

This place is such a ripoff. Talk about complete catfish. The rooms look nothing like the pictures advertised. Our room smelled like mildew and pee. Walls were purple with white holes everywhere. Room had Dead Roaches, Dead bugs and was filthy. Bathroom sink hanging from wall. They tried to refuse our refund because we refused to stay there with kids. Do not book here!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE TO STAY NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. A red flag if it only has 2 pictures. Once we got there the lobby smelled like cigarettes. The room has roaches very dirty moldy bathroom, and bath water runs yellow. The bed sheets were dirty. Bathroom door didn’t even close.

Our room was filthy, cigarette burns all over the bedding, broken table. There is NO tiki bar by the pool like the pictures show. The windows don't close all the way because they're the old glass slats.

The location isn’t so bad especially since it is an 11 minute walk to SoFi Stadium, Youtube Theater, the upcoming Intuit Dome and about 15-20 minute walk to The Forum. Most of the food options are a block west of the place and really start by La Brea Ave. the restaurant bar next to them is permanently closed, so don’t bother checking it out. Too noisy at night, my keycard malfunctioned quite a bit, the shower faucet got weird at times, if it came out of spigot it was (left to right) hot and cold but when turned the middle knob to turn a bath into a shower it would be cold to hot. Not a complaint but noting that housekeeping had random time and the staff doesn’t speak much but respond and work quick when it comes to issues, registration, etc

This hotel does not look at all like the photo. There is no complementary breakfast like stated and our room barley had a window it was just shutters. There were also amoke burns everywhere making it feel unsafe. I unded up purchasing sheets from target to cover the bed. Thankfully no bugs of any kind and free parking.

Unfortunately, we got a hotel room with a broken sliding door lock. We told 2 staff members at check in, but it was not fixed. It was unsafe etc. We took several room pics as proof of what we ended up with because the original room pics on internet were different from what we paid for on expedia. There are four walls and a bed, but not much more than that. The rooms are mostly bare with a few sticks of furniture. The bathroom is in terrible repair. We booked it because we were going to a concert at So-Fi stadium and it is walkable. Never again.

The hotel pictures on the website is TOTALLY different than what the actual hotel. This place is VERY run down. The rooms looked clean but the bed covers were dirty, black mold in the bathtub, dirty floors, smelled like air freshener that was 100 times too strong and there is no microwave in the room. It’s by the lobby. The pool is closed and the place looks like a haunted hotel. I think back in the day, it must have been a nice hotel. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The windows to the room don’t close all the way which makes you feel unsafe and hear everything. Until about the witching hours, you can hear the airplanes fly by which were very loud. It was convenient place near SoFi stadium. Over priced! We reserved 2 queen bed room for over $200. Never again.

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. A red flag if it only has 2 pictures. Once we got there the lobby smelled like cigarettes. The room has roaches very dirty moldy bathroom, and bath water runs yellow. The bed sheets were dirty. Bathroom door didn’t even close.

I cut my had on the metal handrail for the stairs and had to get a tetanus shot when I got home. I found an acrylic fingernail on the floor. There was old bits of cereal in the bed between the matress and the frame. No ice machine, I was told to go across the street and buy ice. No microwaves in the rooms, just a shared microwave in the courtyard. Pool was disgusting and closed. The refrigerator was broken but luckily we saw the maintenance man and he brought us a brand new one right out of the box but then it took over 5 hrs to get cold. I wasnt going to attempt to take a shower so luckily it was just an overnight trip for a concert so I waited until I got home the next day to shower. Very limited parking, no gate or security. Too noisy at night, my keycard malfunctioned quite a bit, the shower faucet got weird at times, if it came out of spigot it was (left to right) hot and cold but when turned the middle knob to turn a bath into a shower it would be cold to hot. This is terrible. It looks nothing like the pictures. I’m going to tough it out only because I dropped my wife and daughter off at sofi which is convenient. But I want my money back and they do not give refunds “under any circumstances”. Seriously, do not book this hotel.

There staff was rude at check in, They’re using old misleading pics of the property from what it used to look like, None of the amenities were available( no pool-no bar-no none of the stuff that made The Adventurer my FAVORITE hotel in LA for the last 20 years. I would’ve NEVER booked with them if I’d a known that the hotel is NOTHING like it used to be. They falsely advertise knowing that once you get there you’re stuck because there’s no refunds on bookings if you cancel. This was a horrible experience

The staff couldnt accommodate since they gave me a room with no pullout couch. I asked for blankets and pillows for my friend only to be told to come later and then told that housekeeping was gone, which is bs because ive worked at a hotel before there should be someone to deliver items. Also my car got a hit because he didnt want to open the gate when i got home from the event i booked this hotel to go to. Completely unprofessional

The photos are not reality! Front desk staff was ok, but wouldn’t let my travel companion check in without my credit card (even though I called and spoke w them about the situation ). This place is extremely rundown, all services were closed (pool, bar, restaurant), crack heads hanging out everywhere in front, and room was filthy dirty with only one trash can. My daughter found a hair on the stained towels, there was trash piled up under a chair, no couch (as room description suggests) and basically a dump. The sink in the bathroom was a trickle, shower has mold, fridge needed to be propped up so it would close and carpets were gross. The neighbor came back after 2am blasting music and woke us up and it felt like a youth hostel with sticker shock pricing. Never ever again will I not listen to the reviews and give a property a chance. $300 for a nasty experience.

Walking around, there are multiple points of entry from outside, so the security is nothing. Pictures NOWHERE close to actual. I travelled here with my 2 daughters. No way could we stay here safely. Spent an hour with Expedia who was researching my assertions and demands for refund. After one hour, they said they would need to call me back within 24 hours. Still waiting for that call. Horrible horrible, still expecting a refund. Expedia will lose customers over this.

One selling point for me was the bar and restaurant advertised in the pictures. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were closed along with the pool also. It wouldve been nice to have a few beers and snacks before the football game a sofi stadium. With out the amenities i feel i overpayed for this hotel. Service wasnt terrible but it certainly wasnt great either. The room was clean and the bed was decently comfortable. Next time i go see a game at sofi stadium ill be looking for a different hotel.

This hotel does not look at all like the photo. There is no complementary breakfast like stated and our room barley had a window it was just shutters. There were also amoke burns everywhere making it feel unsafe. I unded up purchasing sheets from target to cover the bed. Thankfully no bugs of any kind and free parking.

The hotel was fine but we picked it for the Continental breakfast (which we were charged extra for) and the pool and neither of those things were available.

The place didn’t look like the pictures posted at ALL. I was also charged an extra $7 for breakfast and they didn’t have it at all and told us to call a different number about it. The room I stayed in had a room where it lead to a balcony but the door to the balcony didn’t lock. Overall would not come again and was not worth spending over $200 for it.

The photos are not reality! Front desk staff was ok, but wouldn’t let my travel companion check in without my credit card (even though I called and spoke w them about the situation ). This place is extremely rundown, all services were closed (pool, bar, restaurant), crack heads hanging out everywhere in front, and room was filthy dirty with only one trash can. My daughter found a hair on the stained towels, there was trash piled up under a chair, no couch (as room description suggests) and basically a dump. The sink in the bathroom was a trickle, shower has mold, fridge needed to be propped up so it would close and carpets were gross. The neighbor came back after 2am blasting music and woke us up and it felt like a youth hostel with sticker shock pricing. Never ever again will I not listen to the reviews and give a property a chance. $300 for a nasty experience.

Our room was filthy, cigarette burns all over the bedding, broken table. There is NO tiki bar by the pool like the pictures show. The windows don't close all the way because they're the old glass slats.

Very bad experience it was nothing like what we expected, pictures and reviews are from previous owners and place felt like a dump.They have people living there on weekly a basis and place has strange smell to it, there is no amenities, at all half hotel was empty, and the pool was almost neon green 😡 if I could rate 0 stars I would.
