It was too noisy from the other guests while trying to sleep and the bed was too hard. I feel like they should add more for breakfast. It was ok and also i wish they had a laundry on site for guests, it would make it easier.

Friendly staff, Ice machine was broken first night but otherwise a good experience. Breakfast needs some help. Very poor quality food… powdered eggs, yogurt wasn’t really yogurt (some kind of mix) and muffins and fruit were limited or not stocked daily. Powdered coffee and tea from a machine. Better than nothing but this company can afford to do better breakfast offerings at a PLUS location. Housekeeping accommodated my room cleaning requests and were exceptionally friendly. The homeless population and trash in the parking lot needs definite attention as well as security in keeping the exterior doors closed (kept being propped open). I would stay here again if no better options were available.

The place is clean, updated rooms, and an amazing breakfast bar. The service is friendly and hospitable, There are tags on the door to indicate whether you want housekeeping or not. I had one querk but management took care of the situation immediately, friendly, a learning manner, and top niotch. My parents stayed at the Quality Inn which was more expensive and they were not satisfied I wish there was a treadmill for the workout area, but there are weights, upright bike, and a cross trainer which are easy to operate. There could be a few more plug-ins by the desk but it is doable. I really enjoyed my stay with a nice location around multiple restaurants, Target, Sees Candies,, and the friendly staff. Thank you!

While the staff was very friendly and check-in and ground floor facilities were convenient, there were many things about the room that made it unpleasant. . The floors were bare boards, hard and uncomfortable for sensitive feet. The bed was very substandard—I could feel springs when I had to push against it. It was firm but with no padding at all, much less pillow top. We were there for 3 days due to being evacuated during a fire, and the only real sitting area was the bed. After 2 days, I felt like I was getting sore spots on my butt and hips and it was uncomfortable to lie on my side. There were 5 pillows on the bed and every one felt like they were stuffed with clumped up paper towels—lumpy and uncomfortable. After the first night my neck was strained and painful for days. This was supposed to be a Best Western Plus, but everything felt substandard. The ice machine was broken. The resolution on the TV was so poor I couldn’t read the menu from the bed. When we tried to use the microwave while the TV was on, it popped a GFI in the bathroom—which could not be reset. A very pleasant maintenance guy came quickly and replaced the GFI, but he still had to play with the plugs behind the TV to get it to reset. The next day using the microwave, the same thing happened—GFI popped and wouldn’t reset. So no power again. We just checked out at that point. This hotel is very conveniently located to stores, restaurants, etc. so hopefully Best Western will decide to upgrade it.

Nothing could be done about the rusted shower and tub.

I've stayed here before and liked it, but not so much this time. Arrived to find that the A/C had not been turned on in my room, so my room was an over (it was close to 100 degrees outside). I do understand that this might be a cost saving measure, but if so it's not a terribly smart IMO one as it means that guests can't get any sleep until the A/C takes effect (which was hours in my case). Next, there was a German cockroach in my bed (see photo; hope it's not too gross); these guys are nasty, which suggests an infestation. I asked for and received a new room - also w/ no A/C turned on. To their credit, the staff were concerned & looked fairly diligently for any more cockroaches in the new room; I never saw any. Some days later, while at the event that necessitated my stay, I received a phone call from the front desk stating that they'd never received my credit card authorization form, and asking me for information over the phone. I declined to provide the information that way & instead chose to drive to the hotel in person, where I was informed that it was no big deal, everything was okay. Kinda weird. Nobody else in our party (we all stayed at the same venue) recollected being asked about "authorization forms", so I'm not sure what that was about. OTOH, the breakfast bar was great (see other photo); good food & the nice lady gave me extra sausage when I asked. The new ticket system to cut down on waste & ants is a good idea, IMO. Will I be back? Umm ... maybe?

This was the most disgusting hotel stay I have ever had. The inside of the air vents were absolutely rancid, the floors were literally making our feet black. We had 4 rooms, in one the air didn’t work, in another the water in the shower wouldn’t turn on, the hallway door to the outside didn’t lock or latch and people sat and smoked right outside of it. The manager Vicky was horrible and rude and did nothing to help us.

I have stayed at different best western hotels in Canada without any issues. We checked into the one in Hemet just before 10pm on Wednesday. The girl at the check in was polite. The elevator smelled of urine. The air quality was so bad in the room and there was a stale heavy odour. We tried to change rooms but the smell was the same. I am very sensitive to smells since I am pregnant and my husband actually had an asthma attack. We couldn’t sleep at that hotel so we managed to get a room at the Hamptons which is close by and at this point it was almost midnight after a long flight. I would love to completely get my refund because I noticed I was charged $137 directly by the hotel. Expedia refunded me most of my money minus the “two hours” they said we were checked into the hotel. If you have family and want to relax I recommend to find another place to stay.

Had to move rooms because the first room smelled so horribly bad. When dealing with staff they were rude but they did get a bit nicer. Floors were very squeaky and nosey. I had to buy air fresheners for my room and gave one to my niece who was also staying there. Breakfast was good.

Overall cleanliness was good. Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker were convenient. Good tv channels to choose from. Two complaints were the smell throughout the hotel and room. It’s like they renovated but didn’t clean what is hiding underneath the new materials. Even the elevator smelled bad. Other issue was A/C. It didn’t work very well, took about 4/5 hours set at lowest setting to get it cooled to a comfortable temp for sleeping.

Horrible stay. Beds are so high off the ground (32inches off the ground-yes we measured) that my disabled mother could not physically get into the bed and was forced to sleep in a chair in the room. The front desk woman only told us that she is aware of how high the beds are and needs to address it with management. They said that next time they can offer a stool for her to walk up onto the bed…even though she’s handicapped and can’t walk up stairs. They did not offer to do anything else to assist. Additionally we had issues with the TV and contacted the front desk 5x and got different answers each time we called for assistance to the front desk. None of the plugs/outlets next to the beds work so we charged everything in the bathroom outlet. We had several other issues (front door card reader trouble), but the point is—We will NEVER be staying at this location EVER again. Our best advice- don’t waste your money and book your hotel room somewhere else.

The beds were up on stilts, very high for a 5ft lady. I had to step on my suitcase to get into bed and injured myself in the process. The beds were very firm and made my back worse. The chair was very worn and should’ve been thrown away.

The room shared a wall with the elevator, so Everytime some used it, I could hear it and all the conversations everyone was having in the lobby/ dinning area. Very difficult to get any sleep.

The room was dated butwell appointed and bed was reasonably comfortable. I’m not sure what’s going on with the half size pillows. The free Wi-Fi didn’t work at all half the time and was crappy when it did work. The front desk has no idea what to do about Internet issues and was not motivated to get more information. I doubt I will be staying in this area again, but would probably look elsewhere if I did.

The free Wi-Fi didn’t work at all half the time and was crappy when it did work. The front desk has no idea what to do about Internet issues and was not motivated to get more information. Pictures on web site looked like the king suite style room had a separate bedroom from the sleeper sofa area, which would've provided privacy for two people with one sleeping on the sofa bed, but it was just one open room. Misleading. Nice, newer, mattress on bed. Horribly thin mattress on sleeper sofa laid over what feels like a chain link fence. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Small breakfast eating area compared to Hampton Inn a block away (in Hemet, CA) for same or lower price. Bathroom door very difficult to open once closed. Key card reader on door rarely recognized card.

I've stayed here before and liked it, but not so much this time. Arrived to find that the A/C had not been turned on in my room, so my room was an over (it was close to 100 degrees outside). I do understand that this might be a cost saving measure, but if so it's not a terribly smart IMO one as it means that guests can't get any sleep until the A/C takes effect (which was hours in my case). Next, there was a German cockroach in my bed (see photo; hope it's not too gross); these guys are nasty, which suggests an infestation. I asked for and received a new room - also w/ no A/C turned on. To their credit, the staff were concerned & looked fairly diligently for any more cockroaches in the new room; I never saw any. Some days later, while at the event that necessitated my stay, I received a phone call from the front desk stating that they'd never received my credit card authorization form, and asking me for information over the phone. I declined to provide the information that way & instead chose to drive to the hotel in person, where I was informed that it was no big deal, everything was okay. Kinda weird. Nobody else in our party (we all stayed at the same venue) recollected being asked about "authorization forms", so I'm not sure what that was about. OTOH, the breakfast bar was great (see other photo); good food & the nice lady gave me extra sausage when I asked. The new ticket system to cut down on waste & ants is a good idea, IMO. Will I be back? Umm ... maybe?

Very poor quality food… powdered eggs, yogurt wasn’t really yogurt (some kind of mix) and muffins and fruit were limited or not stocked daily. Powdered coffee and tea from a machine. Better than nothing but this company can afford to do better breakfast offerings at a PLUS location. Housekeeping accommodated my room cleaning requests and were exceptionally friendly. The homeless population and trash in the parking lot needs definite attention as well as security in keeping the exterior doors closed (kept being propped open). I would stay here again if no better options were available.

While the staff was very friendly and check-in and ground floor facilities were convenient, there were many things about the room that made it unpleasant. . The floors were bare boards, hard and uncomfortable for sensitive feet. The bed was very substandard—I could feel springs when I had to push against it. It was firm but with no padding at all, much less pillow top. We were there for 3 days due to being evacuated during a fire, and the only real sitting area was the bed. After 2 days, I felt like I was getting sore spots on my butt and hips and it was uncomfortable to lie on my side. There were 5 pillows on the bed and every one felt like they were stuffed with clumped up paper towels—lumpy and uncomfortable. After the first night my neck was strained and painful for days. This was supposed to be a Best Western Plus, but everything felt substandard. The ice machine was broken. The resolution on the TV was so poor I couldn’t read the menu from the bed. When we tried to use the microwave while the TV was on, it popped a GFI in the bathroom—which could not be reset. A very pleasant maintenance guy came quickly and replaced the GFI, but he still had to play with the plugs behind the TV to get it to reset. The next day using the microwave, the same thing happened—GFI popped and wouldn’t reset. So no power again. We just checked out at that point. This hotel is very conveniently located to stores, restaurants, etc. so hopefully Best Western will decide to upgrade it.

Everything was great. Employees were nice and friendly. Until there was someone in the lobby talking too loud and woke us up. We stayed in room 112 which is next to the lobby. She kept going on for hours until my wife got up at 4am and told her to be quiet. Not sure if that persone was on the phone or talking to one of the employees. Please have your graveyard shift employees to keep the lobby quiet. Thanks

I was traveling alone, w I th my dog. I had no problems, but when walking my dog in general area, it felt a little sketchy due to numerous vagrants after dark. The motel was clean and comfortable and quiet. As i couldnt go anywhere nearby for a snack, i opted for a snack from from front desk...thought $3.00 a bit much for a very small bag of chips. The breakfast was very nice and the server was most friendly and made me feel comfortable.

We needed a place to stay while we looked in on some property we own in the area. Check-in seemed to take longer than usual but after a long day of travel we got to our room.
