Really nice property with lovely pool and hot tub. Plenty of parking around property however they charge $25 per day for the parking. Ideal with the shuttle to and from Disney outside the hotel next door.

Loved how nice the rooms where, pool was great. The only downfall was only one elevator which was a hassle to use with many people trying to use it on different floors. Food quality was good just need few more options for the quality of the hotel

The staff (especially Skye and Nelson) were very friendly and helpful. About a 10 minute drive to the Disney parks but it's possible to walk. Parking lot fell safe and there was security patrolling. The only con is that the hotel is showing it's age in certain places. The elevators could definitely use a sprucing. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was clean and safe. The staff were friendly and competent. The breakfast was good enough. My kids liked the muffins. Our room was good. The beds are getting a bit old and the kitchen was bare minimum strocked. I would stay here again. It was close to Disneyland by bus. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Target is right across the street and the nearby restaurants were good. There's a Starbucks next door for better coffee.

Close to Disneyland and right on the ART trabsportaion line. Staff waa excellent. Got us in early. Very polite. Property and room was dated. Phones didnt work, shower leaked. Other than that it was great.

The stay was decent. The elevator was awful - it was rickety and took forever. Breakfast was okay - it’s free so fine. Parking was good and I didn’t feel my car would be in danger. About a mile and a half from Disneyland but they also offer a shuttle service. It requires an app so be prepared to download that. Lots of restaurant and big box store options near by if you need anything.

Really enjoyed this hotel on my vacation trip to Disneyland with my family of 5. I had booked another hotel but this one was $150 cheaper so I ended up booking here and glad I did!! Staff was very nice . Parking was easy , but $25 a day to park. Breakfast buffet was delicious!! Kids loved it . Asked for towels and house keeping was there in less than 5 mins. Shopping center and dining is walking distance . Shuttle to Disneyland is two hotels down ( walking distance) however we waited 1 1/2 hours and it never showed up and I prepaid . So I don’t recommend if you’re going to Disney late morning . I never leave reviews but told my husband I just had to because of the warm experience we had. Will be going to Disney again for a longer stay in October and will definitely be booking here again (: !

The pull out bed was not a mattress but springs sticking out of the mattress, the bath tub was horrible and there were cockroaches!!! I will never stay here again.

This hotel is RUN DOWN. It is not at all as advertised. I would never book here again. The pool was dirty, the hallway, room, bathroom all disgusting. The paper cups in our room were dirty. The shower wasn’t working properly. The bed sheets smelled so foul.

The first day we got there I wanted to take a shower. The shower had black/brown stuff on the shower floor, so my fiancé cleaned it up for me because I was grossed out. I then turned the water on and there was no hot water. So we called the front desk and they said they could move us to another room. We unpacked again and got settled in. I felt like the rooms were pretty gross and I checked the bed for bugs because I was grossed out. I’ll not go back to this hotel again.

Very bad experience – Not recommended We had bed bugs in our first room, and when we asked to switch, the second room also had bed bugs. This is unacceptable. The hotel clearly has a serious cleanliness issue. I do not recommend staying here.

Room was clean, except for one detail, it had roaches. The split of the room and living was great, but the front desk personnel at night was terrible. He charged me for the room and parking twice, and said he would fix it but never did. Gentlemen at time or check or ended up helping me and refunding me.

We pay for $155/n so we know what to expect; however, we didn’t expect to find bed bugs, cockroaches, and our bathtub water would not closed and always drip water. We brought them up to front desk and got sheets changed and sprayed per the gentleman. However, the bathtub water was not fixed. The room is old and all furniture are old, couches with cigarette holes. The bed however very comfortable we have to say. We love the split room layout with full kitchen. Can’t beat for $155/n, but bed bugs and roaches are pretty disappointed. Our daughter got bited several places.

Stayed for five nights two adults three kids 2,8,11. Was nice the bedrooms were big with two closets. Took about 8 minutes to get to Disney driving. But there is a bus that takes you there. Breakfast was nice muffins waffles potatoes sausage bacon toast bagels coffee juice and lots of condiments. Hot coco packets. Overall nice stay with free breakfast and getting to cook in the hotel and take breaks in the middle of the day from Disney. I’d stay again with my family. Budget friendly

The room was very spacious, quiet, and view was great. Several restaurants were right out the front. Parking was great and close. Do be prepared for $25 per day parking fee. Starbucks right next door. Shuttle to Disneyland is next door. Very safe area. Great staff, very helpful and have a sense of humor. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is very well worn by families & rooms need a serious makeover. The front desk girl did everything she could to make us happy. The location to Disneyland and shuttle are the pluses. Lobby & breakfast were fine. The first room we had to turnaround and leave as smelled like it had been wet & moldy. The 2nd room was nice size but did not meet the Homewood suites standards we are used esp after just leaving a brand new one in San Diego downtown. When we pulled out the couch you could not even consider it a mattress as all springs. We had to pile cushions on it for my adult daughter to sleep on. I reported but it was never changed out so she slept 3 nights on cushions for xmas. The manager did give me a discount on 1 night stay. The cabinets were also beat up & dirty carpet.

The beds description is not what you get when you arrive. The pillows were hard and lumpy. They had a queen sheet on a king bed so it didn’t even tuck in or fit. We gave all of the bedding to the house cleaner expecting them to fix it returned at 10 o’clock to find that they didn’t do anything in the room. We didn’t get any new linens that we had to go get from the front desk at 11 o’clock and make the bed our self.

The property was great for our family vacation for 1 week, we had small kitchen and separate bedroom. The rooms were good, updated bathroom, but the hallways were dark and could use some updating. The pull out sofa was not comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was fantastic! The lobby and breakfast area were great. The staff were extremely helpful.

Easy stay. Spent a night here with my family after a day at Disneyland. Room was clean, space was big enough for my husband, myself, and our two kids. Stayed for 10 day family vacation at Disney and this property has made everything difficult. Kitchen staff is wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Can’t say enough great things about Nelson! However, on a 10 day stay we had housekeeping show up once on their own, despite their claims that housekeeping is every other day of your stay. We had to request housekeeping three times on our own, and twice they never bothered to stay. With a family of five, we ran out of toilet paper, soap and clean towels. Front desk staff were entirely unfriendly, and argumentative when we made our complaints. Don't bother to greet clients when they are coming or going, only if you approach the desk. We also received an email from Hilton which asked us if we wished to complete any upgrades. We requested late checkout for an extra $30, a week prior to our arrival. On the day of our departure, however, the front desk phoned us and said they had no recollection of approving this upgrade. Not sure where the disconnect was between Hilton and this hotel, but was extremely disappointing to say the least. Pool is not maintained, we had three full pool days here. The deck is not swept off, and multiple palm trees had left debris. Ducks inhabit the pool, leaving feces that were not cleaned up or taken care of. My husband has done a lot of travelling for work always staying at Hilton properties. He’s always had great experiences. This property is a big miss for the Hilton brand!!

Everyone in the hotel staff were so friendly. Each morning when we came down for breakfast they all greeted us with a hello or good morning and us what was planned for the day. When needed extra towels they gave it us right away. I will definitely come back to this hotel again if I make it to California again. Plus from our room we were able to see Disneyland fireworks! Wonder hotel to stay in!!!

The room was dirty when we arrived. We weren't able to check in as our room wasn't ready. When we did return to check in, we tried to get information about our stay and we're rudely told that we already were told. The luggage was supposed to be delivered and after waiting an hour we had to go down to get it with a oh well we forgot. We still tried to get information and were rudely told that we had it. I tried to explain that it had not been told. The pool and hot tub were really dirty. The food was very good, but one staff was so impatient that she pushed me out of the way from the coffee, to add more coffee to the container beside me, making me push into a mom and child next to me. It caused my hand and arm to be burned. When confronted she laughed. Even when I tried to deal with it with staff she laughed and was so rude.

Awesome staff. Asked for more towels couple of times and they arrived within 5mins. Reception sent messages asking if we need anything else. Good breakfast. The rooms could be better maintained though, but overall I would stay again here

. I booked 2 rooms. We got there late after a day of Disneyland. They said they were all book, yet I had a reservation for 9 people and 2 rooms. They gave us a handicap room and a room that was not functional. The second room the toilet was cracked. The pull out bed had a note that it was broken. Called to get extra towel because there was only 3 and there were 4 people. They never came. Breakfast was ok. I wouldn’t recommend.

Room was great but the shower kept changing temperature every 3-4 minutes. Breakfast was not very good. Have stayed at other hotels with better breakfast. Eggs were gross, waffles tasted like cardboard. We are very easy to please but this was beyond. Would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to have stores and restaurants close by at walking distance. The pool was clean and enjoyable for the family. The happy hour that included wine, beer, and food was a delight. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Close by to Disney and convienent to get my rented stroller delivered. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The Homewood suites is very good with one exception Breakfast it couldn't get mych worst...Powedered eggs awful, overcooked crusty bacon , undercooked sausage links, small banana muffins. I could've went out to get my breakfast..I couldn't believe it bad !

Stayed for a week. Staff was fantastic at breakfast time. Good hot breakfast for the kids. Perfect location if you’re heading to Disneyland. Room needs an update but it’s not a reason not to stay. Great value for my money.

The breakfast was not good - chicken or pork every day, for breakfast? Always the exact same meal. They were always out of towels; had to ask for clean ones because they only clean twice a week. We bagged up our own trash with shopping bags and wiped the floor with our old towels. Stains on the bedspreads. The whole place is VERY run down. Will not stay there again.

We had a wonderful experience with the hotel! First off, the breakfast is AMAZING. Each day is a different selection of hot foods, with the standard cold options. There is plenty of seating/tables and the breakfast team of staff is so friendly. They remember who you are and always say 'good morning' and have a conversation (Laura G. was absolutely a favorite of ours to see each morning). The room was clean and spacious, with 2 big closets and a dresser for clothing. It was great having a full kitchen and living room. Housekeeping kept an eco-friendly standard schedule unless you call them with a need. The pool and hot tub are nice and in a secure locked fenced-in area. There are chairs & loungers by the pool, and towels are typically stocked during the day (if there were no towels when we went in the evening, we would notify the front desk and housekeeping would stock it within 5 minutes). Parking on the property was $25 USD per night. If you are planning on doing the Disney parks, this hotel is just an 8 minute drive away. The hotel description does say that it has a shuttle ... but it's actually just a city bus that comes to a different hotel down the street, and you can take it for $6 USD per person. The hotel also has several restaurants and shopping centres around the property.

It was very clean and comfortable! The staff was very helpful and courteous. The only thing that might be nice is to have more variety in the breakfast menu. It’s all good, but for anyone staying more than a day or two some variety more would be welcome. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay!
