Amazing house. Very clean and excellent condition of all facilities. Kitchen, bathroom, pool, hot tub, fire pit - all excellent. We truly enjoyed the space, cooking meals, handing out at the pool, sitting around the fire pit, kayaking in the river, etc. All the bedding was super clean. The host was excellent with communication - we had a minor issue with hot water / water pressure and she immediately came to the house to reset the hot water tank. Thank you to the hosts for all the work you do to keep this property in such great condition!

We had an absolutely wonderful long-awaited family vacation at Tori and Justin’s beautiful lake house!The home was perfect with plenty of space for us - a family of 20 comprised of children ages 4 months to 16 years old, parents and grandparents.We spent many enjoyable hours in and around the pool and hot tub, fishing in the lake, and kayaking. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the kitchen beautifully equipped.Tori was extremely communicative and helpful at every turn, including offering additional baby supplies when she learned we had an infant in our group. When we had a temporary challenge with A/C on the lower floor, Justin came right over to check it out and help us rectify it.The location is excellent—only 10 minutes from downtown Lake George but also a welcome respite from the busy, high-traffic tourist area. We even hit Six Flags and white water rafting, both less than 20 minutes away!Thank you Tori and Justin for making ours a fantastic vacation to remember and cherish for many years to come!

Property was just a short drive to everything. Having the heated pool was great, the weather was a little chilly but the kids all got to enjoy the pool still. River access to fishing on the property. Owners were very attentive and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and gave us suggestions on things to do.

We stayed at Victoria's house with a group of friends for a bachelor/bachelorette party. The house is everything and more. Even better than the pictures. House is FULLY equipped, beds are comfortable, and the pool, hot tub, beach volleyball, and kayaks are just an extra bonus. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental for a group of friends that are visiting the Lake George area. Communication with the host was wonderful too.

The house was exceptional! It is outfitted with absolutely everything you will need for a fun and relaxing get away. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. The kayaks and canoes gave our family hours a entertainment. The sand volleyball court was also a favorite. I highly recommend this property.

It was awesome. Everything we needed was met. We had a beautiful view of the Schroon River. We took full advantage of using it with our fishing poles and paddle boards and the homes cayaks and canoe. The pool and hot tub were an extra. Not to mention the volleyball court. The house was spacious. Enough room to all of us all the amenities were there we Loved it

We had such a fun stay at this wonderful property. The pool and hot tub were a major plus, and the house was stocked with lots of children’s toys/items which was helpful for our big group that included kids of different ages. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were nice and spacious! Would definitely recommend!!

The house is perfect for family reunions, spacious with a great kitchen, outdoor table, pool, and game room. We loved the house, and the location is perfect. We spent most of our time enjoying the river view with the mountains in the background. The kids loved the game room, the pool, kayaking, and canoeing. This may become our new holiday rental! Oh, and the hosts were amazing! We had some issues with the wifi and they took care of it immediately.

The house was beautiful, clean & had tons of room for the 13 of us. Made a great home base for our party to ski for a few days. This is the 2nd year we stayed with this host Victoria Baird, she is great to deal with & her properties are great. We will be back in 2025!!!

Most amazing stay with our family of 18 ranging in ages 2-50! The house was beautiful, clean, exactly as described. We stayed mid October for 2 nights and was warm enough to go kayaking on the lake and sit outside around the fire pit. Close to many local attractions was a plus! We will def come back!!

A beautiful property in a beautiful location with amenities to satisfy the most discriminating renter. Very clean and well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Plentiful and comfortable sleeping arrangements and a game room that keep our four grandsons occupied when weather keep them out of the pool, hot tub or the river that flows behind the house. Great location that allowed us to travel to area attractions and nearby Lake George. Our host touched base with us a number of times to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, which it was. Celebrating my wife's 70th birthday with all of our children and grandchildren was truly enhanced by this property and its wonderful amenities.

This was a girls weekend - we were looking for a great space, with lots of room to relax and catch up. This house did not disappoint! The pictures were just as shown, the space was clean and spacious with plenty of room to relax and entertain. We stayed with 19 people. The house was spacious and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. House was equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and more than enough towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating and the check in and check out process were very easy. 12 min from all things Lake George. If they had availability in the summer we would book again. Great stay and would recommend

We saw this house and thought it would be great for our 5 family/17 person group. Ages 47-8. All skiers. Great location between lake george and gore mountain (we visited both while here). The house was INCREDIBLE!!!! It really should be in a magazine! The decor is next level! And the amenities! The owners really do a lot to make the house feel cozy. We used the fireplace and hot tub and both were great! The beds were unbelievably comfortable (and I can say this because I slept in a different bed every night lol! Mommy issues) the shower in the Primary bedroom is next level! Everyone showered in that shower at least once! We cannot wait to come back again next year, and are looking at possible summer dates too! The communication with the owners was almost immediate! Very knowledgeable and very communicative. We got about 6” of snow. The notified us about someone coming to plow and it made the whole process so very easy. Highly recommend.

We rented this house for the weekend for my mom’s 80th birthday. We had 13 people have plenty of space for everybody to spread out and enjoy. Kitchen and living areas were delight. Bedrooms, nice neat and tidy. Great Game room. I’m certain it would be absolutely wonderful during the summer with the pool. The view of the river was breathtaking every morning and the sound of rushing water made. It feel very tranquil. Beautiful home with a great host.

We had an absolutely wonderful long-awaited family vacation at Tori and Justin’s beautiful lake house!The home was perfect with plenty of space for us - a family of 20 comprised of children ages 4 months to 16 years old, parents and grandparents.We spent many enjoyable hours in and around the pool and hot tub, fishing in the lake, and kayaking. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the kitchen beautifully equipped.Tori was extremely communicative and helpful at every turn, including offering additional baby supplies when she learned we had an infant in our group. When we had a temporary challenge with A/C on the lower floor, Justin came right over to check it out and help us rectify it.The location is excellent—only 10 minutes from downtown Lake George but also a welcome respite from the busy, high-traffic tourist area. We even hit Six Flags and white water rafting, both less than 20 minutes away!Thank you Tori and Justin for making ours a fantastic vacation to remember and cherish for many years to come!

Tori’s house was the best! It was large, clean, and up-to-date with plenty of entertainment. She was also very communicative and responsive. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay - highly recommend

My son recently got married in Lake George, NY. He was married Oct 18th and probably the best time of year to get married in Lake George! PROS: Tori the property manager was amazing and very quick to respond on everything. (Even shipping my glasses to me when I left them!), The home itself is GORGEOUS! Great space if you are traveling with a large group of people. You can still have your own privacy in the home. BED - Was very comfortable! Very Quiet neighborhood! They thought of all the small details: Make up wipes, small travel deodorants, blow dryers, condiments, Coffee bar and snacks when arrived. CON - I HAD TO LEAVE!!!! But I will for sure find my way back! Rent this property you will not be disappointed... until check out day! Thank you for such great hospitality!

What an amazing property! The house, the pool, the river access, the host. We could not ask for anything more. The host was very attentive to us and responded to questions very quickly, she even started to text me because it was a quicker response. Sent us info about a jamboree that was going on right down the street. I asked about a waffle maker and they didn’t have one so she order is one and we had it by Saturday. Lots of room for everyone and something to do for everyone. Already planning our next trip!

The house is perfect for family reunions, spacious with a great kitchen, outdoor table, pool, and game room. We loved the house, and the location is perfect. We spent most of our time enjoying the river view with the mountains in the background. The kids loved the game room, the pool, kayaking, and canoeing. This may become our new holiday rental! Oh, and the hosts were amazing! We had some issues with the wifi and they took care of it immediately.

Our family of 13 had an absolutely GREAT time while staying at this house! It provided everything we needed...plenty of space, seating, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, and more. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaks, game room, and fishing in the river. The location was perfect for us, and while we didn't even need to leave the house to have fun, we were close to every place we wanted to visit. The host, Tori, was the BEST! She responded so quickly to my questions and made sure everything was just as it should be. We would definitely stay in this home again.

We loved this property for our annual family vacation of 20 people aged 6 years to 100 years old! ADK is a great place for a family vacation and this house added to the experience with a comfortable space for all, stocked kitchen, beautiful location and a pool! Plenty of room for a large party to gather and eat. Rooms are comfortable. Location is convenient to Lake George, the outlet malls, hiking, and many local attractions. Grocery and drug stores are very close by. Owners are very responsive and checked on regularly but are not intrusive. They responded immediately on any questions or concerns. We all had a great time and plan to come again next year!

This house is awesome. Comfortably slept 15 adults. Great outdoor space for grilling, playing volleyball, sitting pool side and enjoying river views. Short 10 minute drive to Lake George. Owner was very responsive via text and ensured our stay was A+. Would totally recommend!

Property was just a short drive to everything. Having the heated pool was great, the weather was a little chilly but the kids all got to enjoy the pool still. River access to fishing on the property. Owners were very attentive and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and gave us suggestions on things to do.

Most amazing stay with our family of 18 ranging in ages 2-50! The house was beautiful, clean, exactly as described. We stayed mid October for 2 nights and was warm enough to go kayaking on the lake and sit outside around the fire pit. Close to many local attractions was a plus! We will def come back!!

Great house for a large group! Well stocked and nice selection of indoor /outdoor games and toys for all! Beds were comfy and extra pillows /blankets white noise machines were nice to have available! Just a few minutes to Bolton landing and lake George village….hosts were VERY responsive and provided lotsa good information about area in advance!

Our stay at this property was absolutely incredible. The house itself is incredibly charming, spotlessly clean, and located in an amazing, convenient location that made exploring the area seamless. What truly sets this home apart, though, is the host. It is completely evident that they thought of every single detail and perfectly anticipated the needs of their guests. We were blown away by how well-stocked the home was—the kitchen had every utensil and gadget you could possibly need to cook a great meal, and the bathrooms were fully loaded with thoughtful amenities and extras that you rarely find in a rental. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!.
