Need more lighting in walkways around rooms.

The stay was great! Pool was heated and in great shape. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and items changed daily which was nice. Beds were comfy, patio was nice, rooms were large!

Accommodations were good for our 4 day stay. We did not spend a lot of time at hotel during our stay but did have free full breakfast daily in morning, and pool use. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. The workout room was small and could use improved equipment or more space. Overall coffee was great, friendly staff and perfect for what we needed. It was a great location to Sabino canyon, saguaro national park, colossal cave and our family members in the area.

Safe, quiet courtyard-style motel room. Not fancy, but perfectly serviceable. Nice vinyl floors (much appreciated! bring socks) and good wifi/AC. Bathtub was in bad shape (huge chips, slow draining). Bigger than average fridge and microwave. Lost access with my key once, but it was the end of the month. It's in a very ugly lot with an abandoned Big Lots and its fair share of local problems, but the Mexican drive-thru is excellent and everything is gated.

The property is nondescript from the outside, but very charming with Spanish-courtyard touches inside its walls. The only concern was a fickle hot tub, but everything else was fantastic.

The room could have been cleaner. There were food fingerprints on the bathroom door. A picture on the wall was splattered with food??? I didn't feel comfortable waling barefoot on the floor. The bathtub was not clean. Now for the good stuff! The pillows and bed were so comfortable. The breakfast was really nice. We used the pool and hot tub two days in a row and enjoyed them immensely! The atmosphere of the fountains, vines, plants etc were the best part of Comfort Suites.

The property is in a great location. There was plenty of parking with secuity cameras. The lobby was comfortable. The desk agent was friendly and helpful. The room was basic, but clean and reasonably maintained. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was amazing in the shower. The drapes made the room pitch black. I didn't go to the pool, but it looked ok. There was a hot tub that was popular. There were a few courtyards with fountains that were serene. I would stay here again.

The property is clean and well maintained and kept up to date. The gal at the front desk at checkin was amazing. The pool and outdoor area are very nice and the area that it is in is nice. There are a lot of restaurants and other businesses close by.

the pool water was cloudy - it was open, but it didn't appear clean & sanitary the breakfast was mediocre the staff is excellent - everyone at the front desk and the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful - they treat you like friends & family

get what you pay for here. mold smell in the room. its an old place so dont expect much. pool is small but nice with huge hot tub. overall it works but thats it.

The floor was absolutely disgusting! It was like there had been some drywall sanding, and there was a visible layer of dirt/dust, and all of our feet/socks were filthy. We arrived very late (3:30 AM) and slept through room service. I went up to the desk to ask if they could come and clean the floor as we went out for lunch and came back after 2 hours, and NOTHING had been cleaned. Floors were just gross. I was really disappointed that my request to have my floor cleaned was ignored.

I will start with the front desk staff are very accommodating, kind and professional. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade which we paid for; however the room we were given was not very clean and was saturated in some sort of air freshener that was so thick it gave us headaches and you could taste it in your mouth. We were promptly given a room change, but found out that the floors in that room were also dirty. Your feet would end up black if you walked across the floor and the foot mat in the bathroom showed dirt and hair as if they had not vacuumed or mopped in awhile. We were not offered our money back for the upgrade by the hotel. The breakfast was also subpar in terms of options and quality. The pool did not appear to have been cleaned in a while so we did not attempt to use it. We would have left immediately if we had an option to get a refund, but there is not an option to do so when booking through Expedia after arrival. Overall a disappointing experience.

NOT AS ADVERTISED! The property is run down, our tub was flaking, floors were FILTHY turning out feet and socks black, flooring strips lifting, bed EXTREMELY hard, property is also used as a halfway house for addicts (treatment center across the street) so it's feels unsafe and sketchy people around the property. PLUS it's $50 per pet not $25 like Expedia states. Will never stay here again.

Hotel located in a sketchy area. Once in the room there was a strong overpowering odor of chemicals like cleaning and paint. However, the bathroom was not very clean. I wouldnt stay again as a solo traveler

We checked in and immediately left to visit friends. Arriving back late, my wife took a shower. The shower floor was filthy. The room floor was dirty. We could feel dirt and grim on our feet! We had to put towels on the floor to wipe our feet before getting into bed. In the morning, I brought the grim covered bath mat to the front desk. They promised the general manager would call. He never did. I called him (Tish) twice asking him to call me. He never did. After paying $175.00 for a room, I would expect so much more. Stay Away! This place is dirty, dated and they just don’t care about the traveler.

Big long hairs in shower tucked under shower curtain that were not mine. Bathtub surface was peeling and looked dirty and patched up.

We have stayed here a couple of times. Pros: It is an older property but it is clean and the common areas are taken care of. The rooms are dated and simply furnished. The breakfast is warm and simple but the kitchen staff shows pride in their work. Cons: The plumbing has a lot of hard water buildup, were loose and the toilets ran on both visits. This stay the bedsheets were obviously stained from an earlier guest. They appeared to have been washed but the stain was unacceptable. It was late so I ended up placing a towel over it so I could go to bed. The next day I asked the front desk to have the bedsheets changed to a non-stained sheet. That night the same thing happened. Late arrival, same stained sheet, too tired to deal with it, just covered it with a towel. I understand trying to save on operating costs, but crappy plumbing and nasty bedsheets need to be taken care of. We had hoped to find a reasonably decent place to stay in East Tucson. If they had addressed the issue of the bedding I would have given them a better review. As it is, neither the front desk staff or the cleaning staff did their jobs or seemed to care. When I asked for an adjustment the lady said they couldn't do anything because it was booked through Expedia/Hotels.com. She just blew it off because she knows I will have to go to a lot of extra effort to address their failure. Average facility, Terrible service. Just another disappointing experience in the hotel industry.

The rooms were gross. Floor turned our feet black, bugs everywhere. Didn’t look like they cleaned the rooms, floors, counters. The rooms smelled bad and overall was nothing like the pictures. I am used to comfort inns and thought this would be the same but it was so much worse.

My room had dirty floors, and the sink was filthy in the kitchenette. The AC/Heater unit cover fell off the first time my wife adjusted the temp.

The room AC unit was very loud, made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was good. Servixe qas good. Room was reasonable but shower has peeling tub, falling shower cuetain rack. The hotel location is good.

It would have probably been a high end property in the 70s and 80s but little has been done to modernize it. The neighborhood is a little questionable. The manager and staff were super helpful. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast which was fine. It was noisy as all the rooms have a door to a courtyard which amplifies the noise. I probably would not stay here again.

Old hotel that has been maintained. However, room was very dark. No overhead light. Coffee maker was hidden in a very dark cubby below waist level in a piece of furniture below the tv. With good reason; it looked like a battlefield relic. (I used the flashlight on my phone to look at it.)

The hotel itself had so much character. There were lots of outside sitting areas. Our room was updated but you could hear through walls.

This is a conveniently located hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and competitively priced. And QUIET, which was surprising with the busy roads nearby. The only thing missing was an onsite restaurant/bar, but there are several located close by. The water features and pool area provide an ambiance that was unexpected in the location. We'll add it to our list of go-to hotels in Tucson.

Breakfast was great. Our unit had a nice courtyard area attached. Room was very comfortable and quiet for the 3 of us. Plenty of space with a small kitchenette. Definitely would stay again.

I had trouble with the Wifi disconnecting. Also, it would have been nice to have a little table to eat a meal on, but I had a room with 1 bed. I think the rooms with 2 beds may have a desk or table. I liked the continental breakfast, especially the 2 waffle makers! The washer and dryer came in handy. There are 2 restaurants in the strip mall next door so you can walk there if you want to.

Older property with poor lighting after dark. Quite a bit of road noise

Checked in late 4/11/25. Greeted by Roman, who reached out to us with outstanding customer service. His concern for our wellbeing was greatly appreciated. Everyone at the hotel was kind and considerate. We will be repeat customers going forward and will not hesitate to give the hotel our sincere recommendation to our family and friends.

Love staying here. Excellent location and clean, quiet (even tranquil) hotel. April and the rest of the staff are so friendly and helpful.

April and the other staff were amazing. My elderly parents stayed here and the staff had to put up with jokes and one liners every time one of us came over to the desk. THANK YOU

Room was clean, sheets were so soft. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly.

Wonderful, fast service! We unexpectedly arrived ~2 hours early & they were able to get us into a room with no problem. I was also traveling with a pet—their fees were reasonable & the hotel was a great, calm environment.

Check in staff was not very helpful and does not seem to follow through with anything (including basic message communication). Otherwise property is decent. Rooms are clean enough and the hotel is pretty once you get inside (from the outside, it does not look like much).

Very good seevice, daily maid service, they loaned me a charger cable when I had forgotten mine!

The clerk at check-in was very slow to come to the desk and very seemed very uninterested in being pleasant or helpful. When I asked about the payment she said, "It's from a third party." I asked the amount she stated it, but it was not what I had seen in Hotels.com (only about $5 more.) She then said I did not pay in advance--just gave credit card. I agreed. Next she said she needed a credit card again to have in case of any "Extras". She gave me the room key. I went up the stairs, found the room and the key did not work. I went back down the stairs. After waiting a few minutes, I rang the bell on the counter. Another employee came and said they would call the clerk. It took almost 10 minutes for her to come. She reactivated the electronic key--no apology . Fortunately it worked and thankfully I did not bring my luggage in with me!!

Convenient location in a shopping center. A few places to eat in walking distance. Staff helpful. Breakfast decent. Walls thin.

The hotel was okay, not great. Not worthy of it excellent rating on the website. The location of the hotel is not great. Not in the best part of town. While the court yards between rooms and the lobby have beautiful design elements, the room we stayed in was cheap design quality. The food was also cheap quality, not something I enjoyed eating.

This hotel is older and has a weird smell throughout. The parking lot was in a strip mall area which made me feel unsafe because it didn’t feel private. The bed was very comfortable, but that’s about it.

Perfect location for what areas we wanted to explore, like Suguaro National Park

Very close to Sabino Canyon Recreation area, as well as unique small strip mall with great services and shops. New Mexico cuisine restaurant called Poco and Mom

The rooms are clean and of adequate size. The breakfast period is long, allowing for ealy ir late eating. There are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Our stay was very pleasant. It is an older hotel but well kept and really quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and many choices. Met and talked with several people - many of them attending the gem show. Lived in Tucson for 30 years and always remember this hotel in a nice location.

Breakfast was poor quality. Food tasted like plastic, even though there were a variety of things offered. Also, there was not adequate seating for the many families attending Sunday morning we stayed there.

Great hotel for the price. Staff was friendly and room clean and comfortable. The only issue was at breakfast there were several people not staying at the hotel, coming in off the street in the lobby, piling food into bags to take. They literally took anything and everything, to include 10 cups off coffee, all the cereal, bagles, bread etc. None of the hotel workers did anything and it was extremely obvious what was going on. They were posted up in the parking lot. I was approached by another person outside and there was a guy directing them at the window. I feel bad that the hotel workers didnt feel like they could do anything, perhaps due to lack of security or support. It's certainly not worth the risk to them. I'm all for giving away food that's going to be tossed or even giving it out, during breakfast hours but theres got to be a better, more sanitary way. No one staying there could get around them to get any food. They were way too comfortable doing it, meanwhile the hotel patrons were clearly uncomfortable.
