The check in and out went fine. The property was dirty. The room had cockroaches and black mold. The one comforter had burn holes. A pillow didn't have a case and had stains of who knoes what. The room had an awful smell. The outside trash cans were overflowing.

When you walk up to the check in desk and there is numerous signs stating "if you don\'t like your room in the first 20 minutes come back to ask for a refund or a new room" as well on your receipt, that\'s the biggest red flag to not stay there. I didn\'t even go to my room to realize I had made a mistake booking this hotel. Do not book here unless you\'re having a hooker over.

The owner/operator was very cooperative and friendly when processing our refund. Along with the burnt sheets, cockroaches, 2/$5 beer special and paraphernalia left by past guests, we gathered that hotel guests are not the expected clientele.

First, I want it understood that the gentleman behind the counter was incredible and giving me a refund immediately. No questions. That’s pretty much the only good thing about this place. It looks nothing. Like the pictures on the website. Absolutely nothing! The lighting was flickering where there were lights at all. There were police barricades being used to section off the grass areas from the sidewalks. The pool was drained. Local hotel residents (?) we’re hanging up their clothing on the police barricades. There were old school drapes that weren’t even hung properly lining the windows of the various rooms as we walked down the hall. The stairwells smelled of urine. When we got to our room, the light switch did not work. there were literally no lightbulbs in the light fixtures! One of the fixtures had been pulled away from the wall and wires were loose. There were smoke stains up and down the walls. This place was absolutely filthy and grotesque. A woman who I had originally thought was participating in a drug interaction, approached the front desk, and said, “If you want me to clean the stairs, I’m gonna need a power washer and a lightbulb.” !!! Do NOT stay here!

This property should be condemned. The drunk bum passed out in the stairwell. Shady people walking around all night. Several cars cruising the parking lot all night. Only way to room is through the front office. Just disgusting and unhealthy.

HORRIBLE! We didn’t even stay the night it was so filthy! When I arrived there were three other groups with the same complaints. The rooms were filthy, had an odor, fingerprints everywhere, roach infestation, stains everywhere. We got a refund immediately and went elsewhere! Do not stay here..ever!

This place is a 💩 hole. The first room stunk like pesticides, one of the beds wasnt made, the light in the restroom was hanging by the wires, there was no shower curtain, no towels, no bathroom tissue. So went down and asked for a different room. Walked into the new room same smell with roaches crawling on the walls. So went back down and got my money back and found a much nicer place that was actually cheaper. This place shouldn't be allowed to even be open, STAY AWAY!!!

Never been in a room so dirty. Carpet has not been cleaned for a year. Trash, hair and used soap in the bathtub. Empty picture frame on the wall. Lamp had a bare light bulb with no lampshade. Looks like a scene from a drug TV series. Employees were very pleasant at front desk. Obviously understaffed. I was too tired to do something different so I stayed.

Checked in around 10 pm, the room had no lightbulbs, reeked of cigarettes despite being a non smoking room, and was covered in stains. The door barely closed and when it was closed it tilted off its axis and made it impossible to open again, and there was mold in the shower. The worst part was there were stains all over the bed, something that looked like blood on the pillow, and bits of hair that were definitely not ours on the unwashed bedsheets. We checked out immediately, only to have to take a back exit because there were people blocking the bottom of the stairs that were trying to get us to come down too. Unsafe area and awful conditions, don’t recommend at all.

The room was in horrible condition. The door didnt lock at all and didnt shut properly. I told the clerk about it and didnt listen to me and said the door wasnt shut all the way. Online it was advertised as a queen sized bed and it wasnt what it advertised. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting

TV was missing on wall. Bathroom was falling apart shower head fell off sink destroyed inside door algae wadded up paper towels where door knob should be Two skanky towels floors full of dirt and hair front door doesn't shut well curtains falling off rod in window air conditioning didn't work.

Worst stay ever! We transferred rooms 3 times trying to find a room with a working tv. The blinds wouldn’t close in 2 of the rooms. After 2 hours of changing rooms it was 11pm so we have up. This room had no light in the main room. We had to turn on the bathroom light to see, this one had no fridge there was writing on the walls and the toilet didn’t flush properly so we had to go to the lobby for the restroom. It was ridiculous I will never stay here again!! Who do I contact about a refund from this property?

We didn’t stay the rooms were so bad. 1st room someone had laid on the beds there only two pillows that were laid on. Then next went into the bathroom and no plumbing come out of the bathtub shower. So I went down to change the room and looked at 7 different rooms and they all were very very bad. I don’t know how they can rent any out. Looks like a health hazard.

This was the worst stay ever. In the first room, the blinds didn’t close and there was no remote for the TV. So we were transferred to another room with the television did not work. By the time we got to the 3rd room it was 11pm and we gave up. This room was the worst the toilet didn’t flush there was no light in the main room we had to use the bathroom light. The tv didn’t work again and the bed was uncomfortable. I won’t stay here again and I’d like a refund

Advertisement was miss leadings, room was very much the opposite of what was shown online. The ac was broken in the first room given, went back to ask for another room, the second room had ac but the door didn’t close properly, no tv on the tv stand, and a broken toilet. We didn’t stay at the location we sleep in out car inside because I felt more save in my car then the hotel

This motel is not safe, liveable. It should be taken off the motel listings. I had to move twice because the door card would not work, and the second room had no TV, plumbing problems with holes in the walls, no pillows, no shower curtain, no towels.

As I drove around the property to get to the lobby I saw many windows with falling down curtains people hanging out in stairwells, just a shabby look to the while place. I waited10 mins for front desk to check in, no one was there. This was after nightfall. so when I had to park and use the stairs those same men were hanging out in the stairwell. I did not feel safe for me or my car. No well or cups in the room. The heater went out during the night. I informed the front desk. still no heat

It was disappointing first room they gave us had no heat and no remote for the television. The room was dirty and it felt so unsafe. Manager provided another room due to no heat but the room had no television and the curtains would not close. We asked for a refund but it was denied. Please do not stay here for your own peace of mind. We did just go to another hotel.

I never even step foot in the room, as soon as I started to walk towards the room, there was IV usage, prostitution and the place was filthy and smelled like urine the guy at the front desk named Max E, who refused to give me his whole real name refused to pick up the phone to answer a third-party to give me my refund knew what was going on and knew a lot of people who were in and out of the Place, I witnessed as I tried to get my reimbursement back

Everything was falling apart, from the door I had to slam to keep shut to the light fixtures and electrical outlets falling off and out of the walls. The room was missing towels, a wastebasket, soap, and other things, although the staff was very friendly and quick to supply the items. There was also a cockroach, although only one. They said they've renovated other rooms and that they have some problems specifically with the outward-facing rooms, but I can only comment on what I experienced.

I have asked for a refund and I’m waiting for an email confirmation of my refund but have not received it yet. The room key would not work and looking through the window the bathroom wall had patch drywall. The bed sheets had ripped holes on it !

The staff were friendly and helpful! The first room I was given was dirty and I found a cigarette in a drawer and the microwave wasn’t cleaned! The staff got me a new room and it was better but there was writing on the walls and front door,but the room’s definitely could use a good remodeling lots of different issues… The a/c was amazing cold I enjoyed it! The water pressure was awesome for the bathroom showers! The power went out for a couple hours at 2am during a movie! But overall we managed to have a good time

If there was a less than one star, this place is it. Literally, there were people doing drugs, and asking for drugs. The door did not lock (it was broken) and when I spoke to the front desk, they even referred me to another place saying, “Nobody stays here. Completely disgusted and disappointed.

The overall rating and pictures are deceiving. I arrived after sundown, and the environment seemed unsafe and rundown. I drove around the property and through open windows I could see flipped furniture and disrupted rooms. I’m addition, the poor lighting and odd individuals camping along the staircase, and along the freeway (where this place is located) made me feel very unsafe.

We have done our share of travel over the years for both Work and on Vacations. We will never stay here again. This is an Adult / Drug enabling hotel. A lot of "late night" traffic in and out of the rooms. GLH Hotel was Dirty (we had to buy sheets etc.) The Carpets were disgusting. The shower broken. The walls had holes. The inside safety locks that protect you inside the rooms were removed. Dirty and Unsafe and the hotel staff know it.

Worst hotel I have ever slept in. There was a super 8 close by for similar price. The walls were graffitied, the room smelled of sweat, everything was dirty, and there was clothes still in the room.
